My husband was on his way to work this morning when his truck stopped working. Huttner Enterprises was just down the road so my husband gave them a call to see if they could check out his truck. It s a holiday weekend so we weren t expecting it to get fix fast and Huttner Enterprise went above and beyond to get the truck fixed FAST. The price was extremely reasonable and everyone we encountered was friendly. It felt nice to find this gem by accident and immediately feel like our truck was in good hands.

Great experience from the start. Called and was able to get in the next day. Went for a drive to identify the problem and due to the expertise they were able to find the problem, were able to fix it and while they were doing this saved me money by doing some other things while they had the tires off. Great experience overall and I am very happy with the service I was provided. Small business with a home feel and if there are ever any other issues I will be back.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a repair quickly. They got me in and fixed up as fast as possible. They were transparent about what needed to be done and explained everything thoroughly. I felt a genuine sense of caring from all of the folks I talked to. I stopped by Huttners shop last minute on a Friday afternoon because my RV had a couple low tires. I was there less than 10 minutes with all of my tires filled and was on my way. I called to get my motorhome non-starting propane generator checked out prior to a three week trip looping Lake Superior. Even though they were busy with the facility expansion, I was told to bring it in and they d take a look at it to diagnose the problem. And diagnose Tim did. Within 10 minutes, Tim was able to prove there was nothing wrong with the generator engine itself, but rather something inhibiting the fuel flow in the line. He bypassed the line with a portable propane bottle and the generator popped right off. A huge sigh of relief on my part. Since I was leaving the next day, there wasn t time to get it repaired but just knowing the problem was not major was enough at that time. I m definitely bringing it back Huttner Enterprises in the Spring to get it repaired! Tim and Roxie (Owners) were extremely helpful and courteous!

I bought a mini van and the tires were awful. I scheduled Huttner to replace and balance all four tires. Huttner called five minutes later to tell me the van shook and vibrated bad. Yes, I told him the air was very low in one tire and it contributed to the shaking. Huttner worker needed another opinion as he expected the rim was bent. I told him to put 35lbs in it and most of the vibration will go away. I also told him to put the rim on the balancer and spin it. Five minutes later he called back to inform me that I needed a new set of rims and wouldn t do the work because of bent rims and one $2 lug nut missing. I picked the van up ten minutes later and Huttner did not add air to the leaking tire. It was down around 5 psi. They didn t spin it either to verify the rim was bad. Instead they wanted to charge me for a new set of rims. I went to another shop. Rims are true and the van now rides like new.I wanted to like Huttner s. They are two miles from me. However if they can t listen to a client tell them the tires are bad and not the rims, I can t trust them. I didn t ask what they would have charged me for a unnecessary rim set, but I m guessing they would have charged me more than the tires I paid $600 for.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The amount of experience and knowledge is amazing. They seem do everything! They are very respectful and understanding. I would recommend to anyone that wants honest and proper work performed to call them first. Tim the owner is so friendly and honest. I took my car there to ask about coolant flushing, Tim told me that I don t need a flush until the car hits 100k miles, he poured some coolant in and educated me about car maintenance. All that for free! I mean who would do that?

Huttner s took great care of us! Roxy is so friendly and got us in as quickly as she could to repair our brakes. We dropped the vehicle off late last night, and Norris called before noon today to explain all that he did and give me good tips on how to take care of our new brakes. Tim, Roxy and the crew at Huttner Enterprises have been great. They've taken care of the regular maintenance on our family's cars for several years now. We trust them to help us stay ahead of problems and keep everything running great. Regular tune-ups, tires, brakes, suspension, batteries, electrical issues, tune-ups, etc. Tim always shoots straight, tells us what we need to know (not what we want to hear) and helps us make smart decisions with our vehicles. We simply won't go anywhere else.

I got in touch with Tim and Roxy to get some new tires and to have my alternator checked after my battery didn't quite do its job during the cold. The prices were competitive, the scheduling was super easy, I could communicate via email, phone, text, facebook, whatever...they were very accommodating. The service and work was top-notch, and they offered a very thorough debrief of the work performed, advice on what they saw, and made sure that I left fully aware of the state of my vehicle.This is a really great family-owned business and I'd recommend it to anyone who is in need of auto repairs. They specialize in american cars, but didn't even flinch when I brought my Kia in, and got me turned around in great time. I'll be back with all of our family cars each time they need service in the future.

Honest and fair prices for services and repairs. I called at 11 am on a Friday morning and they were able to squeeze me in that day. They diagnosed my problem with my air conditioner, got the part and fixed my issue in a matter of 3 hours. Outstanding service.

Tim Huttner is an absolute genius when it comes to specialized vehicles. We have both a Kodiak 4500 and custom built Chrysler SRT8 300. When we drag raced, we had an 8.7 second 1955 Chevy 2-door post. Tim offered ideas on every vehicle and totally dug into the SRT8. What he discovered in that vehicle (which was built for the 2006 SEMA car show for Chrysler's booth) shocked and amazed us. Tim's expertise and attention to detail with re-engineering the wiring / computer system was a welcome relief knowing our new hot rod was in good hands. He explained everything along the way, what he encountered, how he navigated the repair, how the charges came about and was ALWAYS available to answer our questions. Even when we had conerns about a new configuration, he was the gentle professional explaining why he did what he did and how he can modify that fix to our satisfaction. Tim Huttner and his team go the extra mile to ensure your custom vehicle is in safe hands and will meet your expectations. A-1 servcice from an A-1 shop. I highly recommend Huttner Enterprises.
