Very seldom do I write a review However sometime you find someone that really deserves it! I own a 20 year old waste oil furnace no one here in Michigan will work on it let alone talk to you other than to buy a new unit. I found this company Rudbeck manufacturing after calling everyone a friendly voice answered the phone I told him about my old furnace since I don't know much about this unit they asked me some questions and said they would call me back and they promptly called back and said I needed a muffler bearing and they had one they said they would send it right out and "just send me a check when you get the part" its hard to believe today!!! Anyway I called and called for help and they were ALWAYS KIND AND HELPFULL. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY HATS OFF TO THESE MEN

Got yelled at and told to Eff Off and never contact again because I bought an electrical part locally and called to ask for wiring guidance on their oil side. Was treated like total trash only because I bought local. Was going to order a whole new heater block, tune up kit, and nozzles, if they thought it was needed, at the end of the phone call, but obviously that won t happen now. I m a business owner myself and have never treated a customer like that, in the same circumstance of them getting a part or something from someone else. Doesn t take much to be a decent human, but I guess it does for these guys. Glad I will never give them a dollar.

Helped me get my OMNI Heater working correctly. They were there to answer the phone when I needed them. They provided technical assistance to help me troubleshoot and had the parts in stock I needed. They sent the parts to me with the invoice so I could send a check to save money. They answered all my calls during troubleshooting and then called me back with the tracking number for the package. Thank you!!!

I ve been struggling with my waste oil heater for years. Parts were discontinued for it and they had the solution. Both people we talked to on the phone were super helpful. So glad we found this company.

I own a repair shop in Payson, AZ and trust me yes we need an oil heater in AZ. We live in the mountains about an hour north of PHX and it gets into the teens and 20's all winter and we are not as used to it as back east so to us that is freaking freezing. Over the past 5 years I have either given Omni in WA or every other HVAC guy in our small community all my money to try to keep this thing working. So after $1000's and the recent closing of Omni, we ran into this company in a small town in MN. WOW!!!!! We can tell they are just like us, a family owned company trying to do the right thing and help people out. Not only did they train one of my guys and I how to use and work on this old POS system we have, they got it running better than OMNI ever did when they sent it back. They got us the right parts and always were super nice on the phone and actually walked the two of us on how to repair and figure out what was going on with ours. We have enjoyed heat all winter!!! If I could have gotten them pizza or donuts or anything I would have but I could not get anything for them in town! I would love to personaly thank them and if I am ever in Crosslakes MN I will be there to say thx again. But if you need any waste oil heater repair or parts this is the only place to call and deal with. Thx again to the whole crew there!!! From 260 Automotive in Payson, AZ

This is ground zero for used oil furnace parts. The knowledge these guys have is beyond compare. I called for a long lost part for my Lanair burner and they told me exactly what I needed and even how to break it in! I got the piece in the mail fast and now I'm up and running in time for the cold.Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

The owner ( Rick ) is very rude . He told me listen to me because I don t have time to listen to you .He overcharged me on thinner recycling bags , paid top money for shipping and still got bad bags and took forever to receive them .
