Chris at the Cross Lake location is one of the best salesperson we've run into in a long time. He was super receptive to all of our ideas and entertained all of our silly questions. Spent more than the needed time while we were in person and after we left to try to find the right ice house for us. Great place with an awesome selection!

As the ideal customers, we were able to call ahead and put money down and have paperwork ready. Quick and easy purchase and a dream come true for the owners. They did provide military discount and Jeremy did an excellent and thorough orientation of the entire camper before we pulled it off the lot!

Fantastic customer service, John is awesome! Bought a jet ski trailer that ended up being to small. Not only did John take it back, he found me a bigger trailer and gave it to me for the same price! Much appreciated! Highly recommend these guys.

Very friendly clean store. Great selection of of trailer, campers, fish houses, and bikes to choose from.Isaac was great at explaining all the features and benefits of the different utility trailer on the lot.Once I compared there prices to other dealers in a forty mile radius. Isaac had the best prices and quality far to none. There was nothing left but to get out the check book and write the check out.

I really enjoyed the entire experience after dropping into their new store south of Crosslake.From the friendly sales people all the way through the buying process, it was clear they knew what they were doing.It's the kind of place you just plain "like to do business" with these kinds of people who are knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. The whole experience was flawless, from the time I told them what I was looking for I knew, based on their recommendations and knowledge of the product that I wouldn't be disappointed when my trailer arrived. I was not, it's even better than what I was looking for.
