Christian Brothers Ford was amazing.. they not only fix my vehicle.. It was in the shop for a few days so they gave me a loaner vehicle.. kept me up to date while my vehicle was being fixed. They were fast and reliable. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be a return customer.

So thankful for this place! We were traveling in our camper van and had a brake line leak. Called over 15 places and nobody would get us in. These guys got us in, fixed us up and got us on our way. Thankful for helping us not get stranded! Very friendly on top of it all!

I was an hour and a half into a seven-hour trek home and had to get last minute services completed in order to get home. It was closing time, but they gave me a snazzy loner car to use for the night and pushed me to the top of the list for services the next morning. They let me hang out (I had nowhere else to go), made me feel comfortable in a cruddy situation, and communicated with me before they did anything to my vehicle that would cost me money. Great fellas there that made sure a stranger was safe and made a bad situation better, thanks guys!

I went for service, which was great. It was actually cheaper to get an alignment here than anywhere else locally. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because when I stepped into the showroom, one of the salespeople was visiting with a friend with his door open. The salesman was cussing a lot, which I find very unprofessional. The whole time I was there, no one approached me. The very next person who walked in from the service center was asked if he needed help with anything, and he was only there for 2 minutes. If I could separate the service center from the showroom, the one would get 5 stars, and the other would get 1 star.

The service department did not communicate with me like I asked. They communicated with the college freshman instead I m sure because it was easier and they would not ask question. When they told me they do not tow anymore I had to ask who does. They told me. I then needed to ask for a phone number. Finally had to pay $105 to have a battery installed. A battery they sold me less than a year before. My Chevy dealer would never do that. Just awful customer service

We had an issue with our Ford transit during roadtrip, they check our truck right away. In about 15 minutes we were back on the road knowing that the truck having a little problem that can wait until our return. They didn t charge us anything. We are young family and we truly appreciate the gestures.Thanks you so much!

This stranded, out-of-state motorist received the absolute best service experience ever at Christian Brothers Ford, Inc. in Crookston, MN. The entire dealership was very helpful. A special thanks to Chris & Dale in the Service Department in identifying the problem and getting us back on the road.

I was traveling through and my car started shaking, so I stopped here on a Saturday morning hoping they could help me, but bracing to be told they couldn't fit me in for a couple weeks. Not only did they make time to see me immediately, but they identified the problem (built up snow under car), fixed it, and were kind enough to not even charge me. I was so grateful at how kind and professional they were to me. The people here are honest and have kind-hearted. Take all your Fords here for service, and buy your next Ford here.

I really wasn't even a customer but one of their guys gave me a ride to my home when I was stuck in mayville without a car. Great guy, I can tell they care about customer service!

Had an F-150 that needed a new engine. They installed it with half down, and were very patient with us when we asked for time to get the rest of the payment. They never hassled us, were always friendly, and did great work. I will be bringing my van here from now on, as well. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Needed some service work done on my new (new to me) f-150. Talked to Chris in the service department, he gave me accurate quotes on what everything was going to cost me and got me scheduled in less than a week from when I called. they even went above and beyond and fixed my seatbelt which wasn t retracting correctly and doing a recall item on my pickup. I will be a return customer due to accurate quotes and prompt service.

Bought a pickup here 4 months ago. Pickup ran great. Only issue was it smelt like burnt oil and smoked a little. Dealer told me it was oil spilt on top of the turbo from replacing the vacuum line. Smoking got worse and when I brought it in to my mechanic he told me both turbos were leaking and valve cover gasket was out for a $2845 fix. Brought it back to Christian and they wanted me to pay a $110 diagnostic fee to see if their mechanics said the same. Both turbos shouldn t go out after having it for 4 months and putting on 7,000 miles. No hauling was done to put strain during those 4 months either. Turbos were rated to last 150,000 miles and my pickup is currently at 89,000.Sales department was good and Scott was great to work with when I originally bought the pickup. My opinion on that has not changed. Just shady practices since not 1, but two leaking turbos should be easy to pick up on during inspection before selling the vehicle.

I was just trying to figure out what type of pick up I wanted and the guys at Christian Brothers Ford were great. I told them up front that I just wanted some pricing and look at some options. They went above and beyond what I expected them too. We test drove 3 or 4 F150's and they sat down and priced out numerous others. I was very pleased with the customer service and purchased my first Ford F-150 there. I will recommend them to anyone that's in need of a vehicle and great service!

My Ford fusion was brought in for an air bag recall. When it was done I noticed the airbag panel on the dash was sticking up a bit in the corner. The next day it was worse. Brought it back to get it fixed and they said the clips break due to the sun and it wasn't them and wanted to charge 170 to fix it. Bringing my Ford to thief river from now on.

Went into Christian Brothers Ford looking for a new vehicle. All of the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. I purchased a used ford car and I could not be happier! I will also continue to bring my car to Christian Brothers Ford for all of my service work, because they are the leading experts in our area for all makes and models! Ran out of gas half mile away from dealership on our to ND. A service rep saw our predicament and loaned me a car and a gas can that solved our problem. Thamks for helping us stay on schedule. Very friendly staff.

Only ever dealt with the service and parts areas, always have parts I need and the service dept. is honest and quick without up-selling services you don t need. A combo that is hard to find these days.

low balled me on trade and wasted my time i drove up and then they wouldnt give offer on my vehicle and stated it neeeded a 3000 dollar fix which in turn went to a GM dealer and fixed for under 300 dollar not 3000 by low sell high and vehicle i came to look at was extremely dirty and they had for a couple week and still hadnt done open recall on it i had to ask them to make sure to do it not worth time
