Was forced to go to this place 2 times now i refuse to go back first time my lights stopped working brought my car in to get fixed they did the job but left my car in the street and keys hanging on rear view mirror with doors unlocked open invitation to get my car stolen second my fiance had some issues with her car starting rough said he found the issue needed new coil and spark plugs instead ended up damaging the vaccuum lines to tye breaks and put them on backwards after fixing them then tried blaming it on a bad cylinoid then has the audacity to call us and tell us he left his tools in our engine compartment and when we told him the issue is still happening he admits he didnt fix the coil.to save us money when we had no issue paying it but did this with out our knowledge just told us it was fixed and gave us our car back now our car has same issue and smells like burning oil when we had now oil issues this place is a joke i do not recomend going to this place if i was the owner id be ashamed of my employees. And not to mention the mechanic was rude and very mouthy to me on the phone.

Not a 24/ tow truck company last night my ex needed a tow and he was 2 hrs away from me we both tried this place phone number was ringing but only ring 2 times and wait to voicemail so I had to drive 2 hrs to pick up my ex drive him to his grandmas and drive back 2 hrs first we where trying to use our roadside account then when they couldn't find a tow company we where going to pay with our credit card yet still nothing

So very thankful! Great group of people and helped us in a jam. Tire blew on our ice house and fixed on location. Even on a Friday near closing time. Speedy, friendly, and efficient. Can't say enough good things!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I didn't know they'd have entertainment in the waiting room. The guy answering the phone calls told some pretty funny jokes to the customers. Even performed a magic trick, turned a guy's 3 hour wait into a 4 hour wait cause he asked a dumb question over the phone. Their service was pretty damn nice.Service: TiresService: Tires

Awesome place. My trailer tire blew out and destroyed the rim on a Sunday. Called and they were closed but gave me someones number. I called and he was willing to come in and open for us. He came in a fixed me up quickly. Good price too.Service: TiresService: Tires

Mike and his people helped out my daughter a couple of times - she was attending the U of M Crookston, so was 4 hours from home. Mike s shop went above and beyond to give us (parents) peace of mind.

The customer service is awesome and mike its and understandable person to negotiate with I took my friends mom to buy a car there at there shop and she has no complaints.On another topic some one try to talk bad about advanced tire & auto/towing on my name ppl or who ever did that learn how to spell my name correct and grow up.

My daughter is a student at Minnesota State Mankato and we live 5 hours away. My daughters car would not start. I called them and they would get it right away and check it out. The figured it out that it was the battery and got her back on the road. Very professional throughout the entire process.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Evidently they can fix a tire. But they couldnt fix my starter. They refused to work on it after several days of deliberation. Seemed very up tight. Service pro accepted my job No problem but they take forever. I will use Shumacher next time.

These guys were GREAT! We hit a deer near Crookston in the middle of the night and they made sure we all got to our hotel safely, and assisted us the next day because we were stranded with no vehicle hundreds of miles from home. THANKS!!!

There is another review below from a Tim Moe. This may or may not be their real name and the review may or may not be legitimate. But there has been some confusion as my name is Tim Moe and I'm a teacher in Crookston. That review did not come from me. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Advanced Tire. I've had numerous tires fixed and bought new tires from them and the work is always done well. I have also had remote car starters put into my last two cars there. And I will continue to go back to Advanced Tire in the future.

Don't come here. My vehicle was misdiagnosed and ended up getting a new part that I didn't need and paying $571.47 for putting 2 large washers on a heat shield to fix the real issue.

I brought my car to there shop to get it fixed and they said they didn t have the parts so they told me to bring the car back in a week and when I brought it back they didn t even want to fix it. Terrible service waste of time and Money
