Bought a vehicle for my teenage daughter here. Experience was great. Kyle helped us find what we were looking for and made the whole process super quick and simple. We just bought a car from Olson Autos on Saturday and were incredibly happy with their service! We worked with Wyatt, Kyle, and Crystal, and they were all helpful. They were incredibly transparent and demonstrated their knowledge, and they also made sure to clean up the car and fill the tank before we left as a bonus. Would highly recommend buying from them!

Great customer service from Wyatt and Crystal.. I walked in test drove a vehicle that I didn t feel comfortable making the payments on. Wyatt kept me in mind and my price range and ended up finding me a ford edge in my price range. Great looking vehicle, great mileage. Couldn t pass it up.. Crystal was able to give me a great deal on my trade so I was able to pay off my loan and roll some money over. Thank you for the help!

Best dealership in Southern Minnesota and it s not close. Top tier service from both the service department and finance. Crystal was absolutely fabulous to work with as she made the process as smooth and easy as possible! Wyatt who ended up being my salesman was fabulous to work with as he helped fit me in a car that best fit me. Dude really is the Tom Brady of salesmen!

I have purchased all of my vehicles from this location, even before it was purchased by Olson. Never had a bad experience there. Recently worked with Kyle, who was a great help in finding a vehicle in my price range and needs, he even helped get one down from their other dealership that I ended up liking. Crystal has helped me with my last two car purchases and was a great help.They were open and honest about all their cars I wanted to look at.

I've always bought my vehicle's privately in the past. I just bought my pickup from Olson Auto. First time dealing with a dealership. Kyle was upfront and did what he said he was gonna do. Crystal was an absolute joy to work with and more than willing to answer any questions I had. When I get ready to buy another vehicle I'll definitely come back here again.

What an amazing experience working with Olson Auto. I don't remember the last time I had this level of customer service from anyone. I hope to keep my Escape for a very long time, but when I'm ready, I'll head back to Olson. And I'll happily send as many people to them as I can. Thanks for everything!!

Finding the perfect car for me with Olson Auto was a complete breeze with the amazing people who work there! Wyatt and Crystal were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me with everything! Wyatt was incredibly easy to communicate with and more than willing to help me out with any questions I had. Crystal was extremely real and walked me through every step of the way, making sure things were as clear as can be when going through the paperwork. I can t recommend Olson enough! Kyle, Crystal, and Bill are such fantastic people who are great at their jobs! I was in and out with my amazing new to me vehicle in only a couple hours. Bill worked fast to get me the best deal on my trade in while Kyle put me in great vehicles to test drive. Crystal is fantastic at pulling numbers and finding the best loan options. 5 stars doesn t feel like enough for these great people!

My experience with Olson Auto (Courtland) was excellent. Kyle Gronewold was prompt in answering my initial inquiry about an Olson van that I found online. He gave me the essential details about the vehicle. Kyle was also candid about the few flaws in the body of the van, even texted me photos of those the evening before I test-drove it. I appreciated Kyle's transparency. Of course, he wanted to sell me the van, but he wanted also for me to know everything about it, even things that might work against a sale. I appreciated that. I appreciated also the fair price. It was better than anything I found online for a comparable vehicle.Crystal made the paper work go fast. She explained everything clearly and had everything ready for us. It was an efficient process.I recommend the staff at Olson Auto to anyone interested in a purchasing a used car.

I am a 3 time returning customer. Each time I ve dealt with them there have been new faces, which makes me always a little nervous. But then I start talking to each person and I m always surprised with how each experience goes so well! My latest visit resulted in both my son and my self purchasing a new set of wheels! Anna, Kyle, Crystal are all amazing people. I needed a loaner for a week, they helped set me up with that as well. I live an hour away from them and drive almost as far to go to work. They were all very helpful in helping my son get into a newer ride with not a lot of credit to his name! I am more than happy to refer S&S to anyone! The day I drive my new ride home, Anna and Kyle both worked very hard cleaning it while I was getting paperwork done with Crystal! They did not complain .I think the person doing the detailing just left for the day ..they stepped right in and got me all ready! Thank you all for being so wonderful to have worked with!!!

9 months later with my 2013 Ford Explorer and still no issues whatsoever. Runs like champ through the snow and hot summer days. Definitely recommend coming here. I loved the whole process and the friendly staff. Thank you Olson Autos!

We highly recommend Olson Auto. Wyatt was very friendly and helpful. Bill made our kids comfortable while we were going through the process of purchasing the vehicle. The finance department was efficient and quick. The service department made a couple minor repairs for us. A great experience overall!!

Great experience working with Kyle and Crystal. Kyle was my salesperson. He did not give the typical pushy salesman attitude. Was helpful, and answered all my questions. When we made a deal on the truck, we went to the business office to work with crystal. Now let me tell you, I have purchased many cars and the business office is BY FAR the worst part of buying a car. They make you sit there for hourse while they go over paperwork, make you sign hundreds of documents, etc. This is NOT the case at Olson Autos. We were in and out of there in less than 30min. The only thing I will mention is that Crystal said she had to show us the extended warranty options by law which is absolutely not the case. There is no law saying dealerships have to provide extended warranty options. Nevertheless, it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone go buy a car there. Terrific experience!

Just purchased a van from Olson Auto!!! Kyle was great and helpful to work with definitely would go back and plan on it for my husband's vehicle in the future. A extra star for his office and how fun it is. Shows his true self!!! Crystal made the financial process go nice and smooth! She explained very well and made sure we knew what was going on. Kyle and Crystal were great. I travelled a ways and Kyle was very transparent and upfront about the vehicle s condition so I had no surprises. Crystal provided great finance options. Both stayed late on a Saturday so we could make the deal. First class experience.
