Caliber handled our insurance claim and repair perfectly. They kept us in the loop with the progress of the repair and everyone was super friendly. The repair looks great and we are happy with the results. They dealt directly with the insurance company for payments and there was never a stall in the process. Not that I want to have to use a body shop in the future, but if we do, Caliber will be the go to spot.

Excellent experience from drop-off to pickup. Repairs were completed well ahead of schedule and the car looks brand new. Renting a car through Enterprise was seamless as well - they will pickup you up from the shop to get the care and you can leave the rental there when the work is completed - very convenient.

My car was hit by a large piece of plywood on Halloween. Luckily, it didn't affect the driving. I still needed to get it fixed, because the hood was crushed. All the rest of the places I called said they couldn't get me in for two months. Caliber Collision got me in, in two weeks. They answered all my questions. They gave me a time estimate that allowed for any possible delays. Then, they revised it down, when they were able to get all the parts. There was a hidden part that was damaged that cause a day's delay. They communicated on their progress, whether they were still on track, or when there was a delay. I got my car back, and it both looks great and runs great. I would recommend their service to anyone, and if I needed service again, I would try them first.

Sooooo professional. Jason is excellent with the customer service skills. Forgive me for not remembering her name but the lady that runs the front also very pleasant and courteous. Can t say a bad thing about this place.

I'm very happy with the quality of the repair and customer service and appreciate having my car returned clean inside and out. This was the third time we've had repairs completed at this location. An oversight caused a cost discrepancy and the manager reached out to me. It was resolved equitably and timely. The customer service aspect of any business is important and the staff at this location demonstrated the highest level of attentiveness and courtesy to ensure customer satisfaction. I really appreciate it and would use Caliber again, should the need arise.

In the last few months (unfortunately) we had damages to both our vehicles. We had both repaired at caliber, both were done way before promised and both were restored to as they were back to brand new! The customer service was awesome and the work done was awesome! I would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs. Great job to the caliber teams....stillwater and cottage Grove. Keep up the great work!!

Why is asking too much personal information necessary to even schedule a time for repair estimate? Just to be fair, vehicle information, and contact information such as email and phone number should be enough to start with. "We can not schedule a time for repair estimate unless you provide us your personal address!"...doesn't sound fair at all!

Caliber was able to schedule an appointment quicker than most other body shops could for a broken bumper.They fixed the back end of the car in a week. Excellent service and I would recommend checking this place out.

Cottage Grove Caliber Collision did an excellent job in repairing my Dodge Ram. It looks like new again, and the office staff did an excellent job with making the repair experience very pleasant, and were very good at communication and updating me on the timeline. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing to get their vehicle repaired.

Had to have damage to my pickup repaired due to a tree falling on it during a snow storm. I have had work done there before and couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent work. I went over the car s existing unrelated damage with Mario and he said the entire rear bumper would be sanded and repainted, which would fix a paint chip on the side of the bumper. I got the car back and the chip had only been painted over and was clearly visible. I expressed my displeasure and Mario only said well, the guy usually fixes that . I said he obviously didn t this time and Mario just gave me a blank look. I asked if the shop would correct it and was told it would cost extra.Additionally, whoever parked my car outside after the repair backed it all the way up to the curb, placing the rear end over the curb and the tires on it. I won t be surprised if I discover more damage on the underside of the car.I called the manager, Kyle, and informed him of my disappointment. He offered to take the car back and fix it, but I declined. I am not confident in the ability, care, or customer service provided by Caliber.Service: Body & Trim

The team at Caliber is fantastic. When my car was in an accident in mid December, no body shop could even look at it until mid to late February. I wanted all Lexus parts. They are not made in the USA. I agreed with the known delay when I left my car with this business because they have done excellent work for us in the past. My rental policy only covered 29 days of car rental. Caliber went way above and beyond our agreement. They took the initiative, scoured the entire country, found the parts, worked with my insurance company to pay the extra shipping, and got the repairs done by the second week in January. This saved me 6 weeks of car rental. They communicated regularly. They shined my whole car up inside and out. Their service was stellar. Their work fantastic quality. I was in an accident. My insurance company suggested Caliber, so I took the car there for an estimate. Ryan made the whole process very easy. He handled everything through my insurance company, letting me know along the way what the status was. We were lucky, the backordered parts arrived more quickly than predicted, so our car was back to us in less than 3 weeks. Would not hesitate to use them again, although I hope to never need to do so.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Avoid this place like the plague! By worst customer service I've experienced. Mario called me a liar on multiple occasions! I had fog lights when I took my vehicle in for collision repair..They billed me saying "installed fog lights" received my car back and it had no fog lights! They ordered new ones and when I brought it in to have those put on they tried to lie to me and said "I didn't know how to turn them on" and they were already installed! Even though there were no holes and they did not illuminate after pressing the button that previously turned them on prior to me bringing my vehicle in. They were supposed to paint my hood, yet I get it back and it's all scratched still and they say "they buffed it, yet charged me to paint it!! Shady practices. Shady Workers! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

I was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance (Travelers). I was contacted by Caliber immediately, set up a repair appointment within a couple days, and my truck was repaired in two days! I know that was unusual, because they had all the needed parts, but still . I couldn t be more pleased! The office is welcoming and the staff are professional, friendly and responsive. I received daily updates on the progress of my deer/truck accident repair. I recommend Caliber Collision in Cottage Grove, MN, to all my family and friends. My truck looks like new. Great experience each and every vist with Cottage Grove Caliber Collision. Receptionist, Jennifer, goes above and beyond to help with all your questions and concerms! Customer service was top notch!! Intake service rep., Mario kept in contact with me throughout my insurance claim when any changes took place! My Acura looks amazing !!!

This is twice that I ve gone to them because of collision (never my fault) and I ve always get my inside of my car cleaned. They return my car super clean and smelling good.
