I purchased a used 2000 Dodge Dakota from Waschke Family Chevrolet a few months ago. Had a very pleasant purchasing experience with Les, who sold me the truck. Fast forward 3 weeks later and the engine blew leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere. Needless to say, I'm out my purchase price and am now out looking for transportation.

Great service! Was on a road trip to Canada for a fishing trip with my good friend and our sons for a boys weekend. Halfway between the twin cities and our destination we picked up a screw in our tire and slowly lost pressure. Stopped in Waschke Family Chevrolet with no appointment. They got us right in. They didn't have the matching tire and the local tire shop they checked with didn't either. They put my spare on after we realized it is a full size and I continued on my trip and lost less than 45 minutes! I am the General Manager of a Ford store in Eden Prairie MN and I was beyond impressed with everyone I encountered at this dealership. First Class!!

Tyler handled our paperwork efficiently and professionally. We loked that. Willy played us his Jeep song and we think he should send it to Jeep! Great salesman and guy.

I ran out of fuel in my truck coming home from a vacation 7 miles outside of Cook MN and was unfamiliar with the area, called a few towing companies and couldnt find any help for at least a couple hours, ended up calling Waschke's and they sent a guy out with a can of fuel and got me on my way within 15 minutes... super thankful they helped me out of a bad situation in an extremely timely fashion!!

Salesman Corey was the best! He was patient, thorough, returned phone calls just as he said he would, easy to talk to, I just felt at ease working with him. He has that just-right balance of responsiveness without being pushy; he knows his job and does it well. If you didn't already have a salesperson in mind, ask for Corey!

Wonderful place and people to work with. I applied online for my car and the next morning got the call that everything was approved and good to go all I had to do was drive up sign papers. Couldn't have been easier and the crew couldn't have been friendlier.. Thanks Aaron and Calvin!

Great people! I had a alternator go out on a fishing trip to lake vermilion 500 miles from home. They took me to the lodge I was staying at and picked me back up and took me back my truck when it was repaired. What I thought would be a nightmare trip went great because of the service they provided !

Quite friendly - was a bit early for appointment, but my car was taken in shortly after arrival. Everything I asked to be done, was completed in a timely manner while I waited

This dealership is awesome. I love the people here and they are what makes me stick with Chevrolet. The service department is amazing. They listen to what you say and they take care of you. Waschke Family Chevrolet of Cook is simply an awesome dealership.

Earlier this summer we were on the way to a Canadian fishing trip with the family when our car broke down just outside Cook Mn at 7am. We called the 24 hour help lline from the Waschke Chev dealer in Cook. Don R came within 1/2 hour and put our truck on his tow truck and piled all five of us on his cab. He took to the dealer and made us coffee and waited with us untill the shop opened. He could not have been more gracious and accomodating in a very unfortunate situation. When the dealership opened Cassandra Dejno explained the potential issues. The mechanic jumped the problem and within an hour they knew what the problem was and in another hour it was solved and we were back on our way to Canada.This dealership turned a very unfortunate situation into a memorable adventure.The group of Dan, Casandra and the Mechanic know customer service and are good at it.
