Excellent service! Honest and extremely fair. My daughter who is a young student that doesn't have a lot of money to throw around came in with tire wheel damage because she slid into a curb. They fixed the problem quickly keeping the repair as economical as they could. provided some recommendations for the future. And got her back on the road. Highly recommended.

I called in to set up a time to get the car fixed. Very rude on the phone. I attempted to introduce myself and was interrupted. I then stated I wanted my car looked at and he just said ok like I was bothering him. I then began to state what the issue was with my car and I got interrupted again. He interrupted and said I m scheduling into next week I said that s fine, and I attempted to speak again and was interrupted and saying it ll have to wait till next week. At that point I hung up because clearly I wasn t going to be allowed to speak or treated like anything I said mattered. I don t know if I caught them at a bad time or if he was having a bad day, but I wasn t about to pay them money to fix my car if I was treated this way on a phone call.

Wonderful customer service my car broke unexpectedly and it was fixed in a timely manner for reasonable price. I left a message on a Saturday and Monday morning morning they were there with the tow-truck. Brad gave good advice that the car was worth repairing and would last me many more miles

I highly recommend Smitty's Service to everyone! I have had multiple outstanding experiences with this business from simply borrowing a tool that I didn't have at home to fix something on my car to calling them and having them tow my vehicle to their shop where they diagnosed and fixed numerous repairs on my vehicles. They have always been punctual in working on my vehicles whether I have had an appointment or not. They are amazing with keeping in touch with me in regards to what they are finding or how they are progressing on my vehicle. They are the most affordable shop in the area and will not attempt to convince you to fix problems that aren't in need of fixing on your vehicle like many shops do. They go out of their way to help you even when it isn't something that will give their shop a profit, which is what I loved the most about this business. They not only care about their customers but they care about the general public all around. We need more businesses and people like this in our world, which is why I will happily support Smitty's Service for years to come, as I hope you will as well!

The service was top notch. Had a bad wheel bearing go out on a boat trailer. The guys got right on it 4 hour's later on my way. Excellent service, great people to work with.
