My Husband, and I Decided to trade in our two vehicles. From the moment we set foot on the lot, we were treated like an old friend. everyone is so helpful and courteous at this dealership. our sales person Ben was so awesome. From first point of contact, right down to filling the two vehicles we purchased with gas. Travis the finance person, was also fantastic. we felt like he was doing everything in his power to get us the best deal. The process of purchasing the two vehicles we got, took a little longer than usual, but we never once felt like we were taking up anyone's time. there was so little pressure, and such a positive buying experience. Even though Ben is top notch in our book, we feel like all of the people working here really put their best foot forward in making you feel welcome. Also want to give a specific shout out to Mckinley for helping my husband find the perfect car the night before, unfortunately we weren't your direct clients, but you made our experience amazing with your helpful, and genuinely friendly nature.

I was looking to update my vehicle of over 3 years and chose Schwieters over other local dealers mainly because of pricing and other incentives that they were offering. From arriving at the dealership the day before purchase to get an up close at the vehicle I was looking at , found that it didn't have a feature I wanted, McKinley was on lot and questioned what I was interested in and knew of a vehicle that has everything , thank you for going that extra mile! Came back in the next day and Ben was there to answer more questions and verify everything I wanted, made everything easier and felt like family. Everything went smoothly from there to Finance where business manager Travis was a breeze, even though had to wait a tad longer for a couple more banks to come through. Extremely happy with my purchase and happy to have chosen Schwieters.

We stopped by to view one of their used SUVs that they had on their lot. Logan was great to work with, took his time to show us a few options and made it a seem less process. Derek assisted with the paperwork and was also great. Our second experience purchasing from Schwieters and I m sure it will not be our last.

We enjoy working with Lukas Sorum as he works hard to get us into a vehicle that has most if not all that we are looking for. He is so very patient, and kind, communicates well, is personable, and isn't pushy. We also appreciate being greeted as we come into the dealership by other sales staff even though we work with Lukas. Jeff is so thoughtful and comes to chat (and joke around) with us when he isn't busy.

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought a used 2021 silverado, test drove it and while braking it stuttered usually caused by warped rotars. Told them to fix it before I would buy it. Bought the truck brakes were smooth put on 5,000 miles and started happening again. Brought it to get an oil change today and told them to fix the brakes like they should have been when I bought the truck. Had to pay for the entire repair because they would not cover it. You would think if you buy a $42,000 truck they would treat you right and repair the brakes like a normal dealership. 100% will never go back and hopefully most people won't either.

I liked the team work shown.Beside havening the oil changed, I asked if they could check out a spot on the rear driver side door.The body shop guys took care of this.I asked for an estimate for a trailer hitch on my car and received it.I will be back for more services.

I was happy with everything from start to finish. Jeff my sales professional met me at the door. We talked about exactly what I wanted in my new Silverado. Jeff and AJ found my exact truck I was hoping for. AJ took my truck for a short test drive and did a fair appraisal for the Ram 1500 that I traded in. AJ didn't look old enough to have a driver's license but I didn't question him on it. The next day I met with Travis in the finance dept. and finished up the usual paperwork that is involved . He was able to answer any questions I had and did so very professionally. I was given a thorough orientation of everything my new truck had to offer by Jeff. Then he took me to meet the different departments I may need in the future to service my new truck. I met Scott the service writer. Scott seemed extremely busy and overworked but he took the time to show me everything I needed to know. AJ and Jeff thanked me before I left. I hope to buy many more vehicles from Schwieters Chevrolet in Cold Spring.

Brought my husband's truck in for an oil change. Tech tried to get me to have the air filter replaced. This truck has sensors that tell you when they need to be replaced. I did not appreciate them trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I found this behavior condescending and I no longer have any trust of the service department. I will not be returning.

I had my truck in for an oil change. Had an engine light on. I was charged $160 to tell me mice had chewed through the wires on my hood latch. God knows what they would have charged to replace it(their recommendation). I will see if a simple splicing of wires will get the light out. good grief. Counting the oil change truck wasn't even there for an hour...I won't even mention the extra 3% added for credit card use. GM wants you to use there card, just not at the dealerships I guess.

I had worked with our salesman on and off for a few months remotely. Once I found the vehicle i went in to to the dealership and met him in person. My wife and I really liked our salesman. He was sincere, pleasant, and very efficient. He really knew the product. A great representative for your dealership and our best experience in all our years of purchasing vehicles.

Very knowledgeable staff. We had been searching for a new to us Camry for quite some time and when we found this one at their location we were eager to take a closer look. We worked with Devon and did purchase the car. The sale went smoothly. We discovered a couple of things not quite right after driving the 2 hours home. Schwieters did not hesitate to take care of them.

I worked with Tyler on a used Jeep the one I looked at wasn't what I wanted ... So they had this one in Wilmar and drove it up for me to look at and later bought from them ... They went above and beyond even with the financing department making sure everything was ready to go without any problems..
