My son and I had horrible reactions to either the bed or the pool. There were grainy feeling items in the bed that we had to brushed off and we reacted after going in the pool as well. Most likely it was the pool. I sent pictures of our reactions to the contact email to which I was told they raised the chlorine level that weekend. This should never be done! Rude responses and long response time between. Will only communicate through email and won t speak verbally on the matter.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Riverside Inn. The rooms were clean and we loved all the fun themes. Breakfast had a good variety of food. The pool and hot tub were great. The whole place is decorated nicely. The staff were helpful and kind. We will definitely be coming back!

An EXTREMELY welcome gift of a place to stay. Due to a winter storm the road back home (2 hours away) was shut down. Had to stop somewhere and I went here. Sounds like others had the same idea in mind that night, and for the following nights.Service was super awesome, people at the front desk (night and morning) were very friendly and helpful. Held conversations with them both. Rooms are themed which is always a fun spin, I was in the Light House room. Very curious to see what others would be like.Super clean, the bed was super nice and NOT a rock hard piece of junk like in some place. Shower was splendid. Had basically everything you could want.A very nice local business and I'd certainly return here next time I'm in or near the area, for business or for vacation or what not.

We visited over the 4th of July holiday.The staff were very considerate and knowledgeable.They are very accommodating, Super clean rooms all with a different theme!The atmosphere was comfortable and the location is close to everything you might need or want!All in all ....you better believe I'll be back,

This is a must stay place in Cold Spring. The owners are local and friendly. Everyone I came in contact at their friends my desk was friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and area is very safe. Located on the bank of the Sauk river so very nice area to walk around. We came to smallmouth fish the river did not disappoint. I stay in hotels all over the country and I ll take this over any big chain hotel any day. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

A very unique place with the themed rooms. We stayed on the hen house. The best part ,however, was I left my 3 charging cables behind and today I received them in the mail. Thank you for that.Walkability: Restaurants nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were so much fun and very clean. We stayed in the hen house. Adorable. There were a lot of really good selections in the breakfast that was provided in the morning. Cute town and perfect hotel for an overnight girl's weekend.

My husband and I stayed here three nights for a family event in the area. The room felt spacious and had a view of the river. it also had a refrigerator and microwave which are helpful for my dietary restrictions. The staff was friendly and responsive. The breakfast was quite substantial for a continental breakfast. I only wish there were a chain of these inns across America.

This cute hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was reasonably priced and so dang cute. The themed rooms were such a pleasant surprise, and so fun. I would definitely recommend the Ricerside Inn to anyone in the area.Rooms: So neat and fun-themed. Ours was like a suite. Great room. The shower was wonderful.Nearby activities: We went to the local bar/restaurants. They were also very friendly and welcoming.Safety: The gal at the front desk escorted us to our room.

We got placed at the Riverside Inn while our apartment got remodeled and we have been beyond blessed. Super friendly staff and they have the most creative rooms (we are in the Jaws Room ). I would definitely recommend a stay here and will problably stay again if need be!Rooms: Each room has a different theme and the managers have perfectly displayed their creativity in each one!

About 30 of us are staying the weekend for a craft retreat. I've never been so pleasantly surprised with a hotel. It's so clean, looks new and recently renovated. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, full of the personal touch and each room has its own theme. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Although it doesn't have the amenities that larger hotels have like a gym, that pales in comparison to the welcoming and homey feeling of this hotel. We had a wonderful time and i will definitely return!

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Very nice small motel only 10 minutes from noisy & busy St Cloud. What a neat & fun idea to decorate themed rooms. Decorater went all out. Best part was continental breakfast. With Covid most chain motels don't serve much. We were pleasantly surprised to get a good breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again. Only complaint was hot tub could've used more water. It seemed kind of empty.

We drove an additional 30 min to get to a nice place with a "non-smoking" room, only to pay 30% more and have a room smell like smoke. We were shown another room and it smelled like smoke too, and told they all smell that way. The lobby is nice and pool is nice. But ultimately a good room has a great bed. Our bed was not one worth sleeping in. We were disappointed. Because of the smoky room, bad bed, and paying a price higher than others with similar amenities, I doubt we will come back.

Just fine. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and it was what we needed. Rooms were fine. Could have had a better breakfast, but got plenty with cereal and a bagel.All the rooms are themed and we got the India Tiger Hunt and it did not disappoint. Quirky, but different.Room was clean. It is not fancy but slept great.

The staff here are the greatest! Dee and Brandy went above and beyond to make our visit amazing. This place is lucky to have these 2 women working for them. The themed rooms are such a nice personal touch. Thank you!

The weekend of July 19, 20th 2019 many of our family and friends stayed at the Riverside Inn for our sons wedding. The hotel stay was awesome! The rooms were decorated with different themes and everyone had fun talking about their rooms. The hotel and pool is very clean. We had our rehearsal dinner at the hotel in one of the banquet rooms which was perfect. The customer service of all the staff was excellent, especially the young women who was working the desk all weekend. Everyone was so accommodating, your hard work is greatly appreciated. Each room has it's own theme and we got the "sunset porch" room. The room was clean and for the most part updated. The pizza they sell for 10 dollars is frozen, but it is good tasting. Ours was a little burned. The breakfast was delicious. They had waffles, muffins from the local bakery, fruit, cereal, etc. The hotel is really unique from others and it seems to be well taken care of.

The place was a hotel. Not much to say about it. Service was superb and the room was clean. They allow dogs there so I brought my two dogs along with me. The breakfast was nothing more than mediocre. They had doughnuts from a local bakery but I didn't think they were amazing and you could make your own waffles with the rest of the casual hotel breakfast food. The location was next to a big river which seemed to be a popular fishing spot but there were no interferences. Anyway, this is a great place to stay for the night if you're around the area.

Our family stayed there this past weekend & we had a wonderful time. We met some of the staff, Brandi, Dee & Diann, along with the hotel manager, Kasi. All of the staff that we met were very sweet & nice. It shows they all love their job & are proud to work there. We were able to get a tour of most of the themed rooms & they are all so unique & beautifully decorated. Kudos to all of you who help run this establishment !! The building of the furniture & artwork on the walls is absolutely amazing! We loved hearing that alot of the things in this hotel are repurposed We also loved hearing all the stories from staff in how it all got started & how their lives intertwined together! It is truly a love story on all the hardwork that has been put into remodeling the hotel over the years, & that is is continuing throughout. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! We felt like we knew the staff for years! You are all doing an amazing job! We will be back & we will bring more family & more cheese from Wisconsin!! Thank you so much again!
