They went above and beyond my expectations while helping me out with some warranty work. A big shout out to the ones I dealt with directly...Chad and Dave in service, Brady in parts, Kristin in sales, Josh, thanks for taking care of my loaner vehicle lol. And the best for last... Garth, you are the man! One of the best people I know. Thank you to the entire staff at Cokato Motor Sales. Thanks for being a local dealer people can trust and rely on.

They forgot to tighten the battery cables on my truck.left me stranded in south dakota.cost me a trip to a gm dealer to fix the problem,and reset the computer.they were a better dealership awhile ago.

The experience was quick and painless. It was no-hassle pricing as dealer stuck to the MSRP price less any consumer discounts offered by GM. The whole process, from arriving to test drive to final signatures, was complete in less than two hours. I spend more time replacing my last cell phone. Kristen was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle and its features.

We had a great experience with Cokato Motors. Definitely recommend them to anyone. They are a great local business and make you feel at home while you are there. It is very difficult to find an experience like that anymore. Love my new Blazer!

They are super friendly and down to earth at Cokato Motor Sales. They worked quickly to complete my oil change and tire rotation (and I was able to get in with only a days notice with no problem). The people that originally sold me my SUV even stopped by to say hello while I was waiting during my service appt. I couldn't recommend them more.

Cokato Motors does an amazing job of making customers feel very valued. Garth and Kristin went out of their way to find me a 2021 Blazer. When it arrived, I wasn't as crazy about the color as I thought; they found me another. They always make me feel as if I am the most important sale of the year to them. Great communication, great concern to make sure I'm satisfied.

Cokato Motors has by far the best deals and best service of all GM Dealers in the Wright County area. Their service staff are super professional and the owner makes it a point to personally greet and help people as much as possible. They run a top notch business and I'm super thankful for a GM dealership in this town. And, their service prices are very fair. Some reviews now days seem like they are paid for or begged for. I just felt compelled to write this after another awesome service experience with one of my vehicles. They hand delivered it back to my work place as I didn't have time to pick it up. AWESOME!!!

Josh and team at Cokato Motors got me a great truck at a good price. Did way better on my trade than anyone else. I would definitely recommend them. They have some great vehicles that are uniquely equiped. Really nice SS with a 6.2L 6 speed sitting in the showroom. Thanks Josh.

Fully vaccinated and heading out on a road trip! There is no where else I would take my Silverado for an oil change and a checkup other then Cokato Motor Sales. Consistently excellent service work and a friendly attitude. I am a long time customer and see no need to look any where else. Off we go!

Great service and staff, drove 50 miles with a courtesy car on the rollback to pick up my vehicle after I had an accident. Garth, josh and Jordan are the best. Very fair and sincere about helping us out with everything. Very committed to the community too.

In the past 20 years my husband and I have purchased 16 vehicles (15 new and 1 used) from Garth and the staff at Cokato Motors. On every occasion the transactions have gone smoothly with no surprises. This time was no different. Garth and Kristin were very accommodating when scheduling a time to make the purchase. Kristin had gathered some information from me earlier in the day and actually had a lot of the details done before my appointment. As always, I had done my homework about price and what we agreed on, was less than I was anticipating. Cokato Motors is always very resourceful about accessing GM incentives and any other possible discounts. Kristin had several payment options lined up for me to choose from, with and without the extended warranty. After we finished the paper work, Garth went through the vehicle with me, highlighting all the new options and differences from my 2019 Silverado. He is always very thorough, helpful, and above all, very respectful, paying close attention to my comfort level with the new technology.I have my reasons for buying my vehicles from Cokato Motors. First of all, I trust Garth and he is always attentive to the needs of my family and I. On any given day, there are enough issues to tackle. It means a lot to me to not have to question the intentions of the dealer when buying a vehicle. On top of that, I have never had a negative experience at the dealership. Whether I m talking to the sales department, the service department (Cokato Motors does all the service work on my 4 vehicles too) or the business office, I am always received with a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. Which appears to be standard protocol because I ve witnessed the concern and attention afforded to all customers over the years. Above and beyond that, Garth is also very invested in our community, supporting organizations representing many different groups of people. His kindness,conscientious attention to detail, and incredible, but subtle generosity really shows his commitment to our towns of Cokato and Dassel. It would be hard to find another business that can match the years of loyalty being true to our area. This may not be directly related to the purchase of a vehicle, but these things are a big deal to me, when I think about where I want to do business. I highly recommend Cokato Motors.

They did a great job in doing the 50,000 mile check on my vehicle. Very prompt with the job and reviewed everything with me to see if I had any questions. I only go to them for my servicing as they have always treated me well.

The repair & replacement of seat was handled great.I was disappointed that the seat structurally failed, but the team at Cokato Motors worked through several options. It would have been very labor intensive to replace the broken bracket on the seat, and cost much more, so they found a replacement seat instead, which worked great and saved considerable $$$.The service department got the install of the new seat done quickly and conveniently.Garth Asplin and everyone at Cokato Motors, highest recommendations.

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Jordan was fantastic in quickly doing a dealer trade to get in the exact Traverse we wanted after we experienced the WORST car buying attempt at Wayzata Village Chevrolet. We ve never had so much disrespect and lying as we did at that dealer and wasted 3 days trying to buy our traverse only to cancel the entire purchase. At Cokato, everything was handled over the phone, the staff was so kind and honest, we were in and out in 30-45 minutes. It was AMAZING! We plan on having Chevy s for all of our SUVs and will definitely be repeat customers in the future. Thank you!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Thanks and hats off to all of you at Cokato Motors from the Sales Team to the Service Department. I bought my third vehicle from them and could not be happier. This dealership goes above and beyond, more than I could begin to write in this review. This was the first oil change for my new Silverado. Whether it was my 10 year old Silverado or my new truck the technician gave it the treatment I have come to expect from Cokato Motor Sales. Great sales staff, great service technicians, friendly & helpful. No wonder I keep coming back to this dealership.

Time, for all of us, seems to be in short supply. I need my vehicle serviced but I'm at work. No problem, we will come and get it, leave a vehicle you can use if you need to go somewhere and the bring your vehicle back to you. Excellent! It's about helping people. No one does it better than Cokato Motor Sales! Thanks for taking the hassle out of the everyday hustle.
