Honest, friendly service, and they were upfront about the cost. Levi researched the service history of my vehicle and diagnosed the problem. I was informed about the issues, cost and time frame of repair needed. True to their word was done on time and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. I highly recommend ARVU Auto.

My vehicle quit charging and ended up dying on the road. I limped it to the shop on a weekend and asked them to look at it. They were quick to diagnose the problem and saved me costly repairs because it was a charging issue and not the alternator. I can't shout our praises enough for Levi, Hannah (hope I spelled that right) and Arvu Auto. We have recently started working in this area and have had a few mechanical issues with out trucks. Levi has been amazing in getting our trucks in and out as quickly as parts and time has allowed. If you are in the area and need repairs on your vehicle don't fret if you take it to Arvu, they'll take great care of your vehicle and keep you in the loop.Thank you so much Arvu for being so amazing!! Awesome service, car broke down while traveling and they were the best. We managed to get car there on a Sunday and left the car. Monday they sent us video of what needed to be repaired and came in under quoted price.Wonderful service and so impressed may continue to come back to them even though we do not live close. Figured i would try this repair shop as my normal mechanic had just went through a stroke. Make sure to ask all your questions on charges before you get any work done. I had what seemed like a fuel issue but i had replaced the fuel pump a couple years prior so i wasn't quite sure that could again be the problem. I asked Fair Price to check it out and verify my suspicions without asking about charges first. (My mistake) I was charged $180 to have the cause diagnosed. They also checked my headlights, my wipers, and everything else under the sun that i did not request to be checked over. I expected to 100% pay for their time but did not expect them to have $180 minimum charge. When i was quoted $800 plus to do the complete repair (included the diagnostic fee) i had them stop immediately. A shop can charge what ever they want, i just want others to make sure they ask all the questions first before they make the same mistake that i did.

Check engine came on in my 2014 Cruze, drove there just fine without issues. They kept it over night without ever finding anything wrong with my car charged me $149.00. As soon as I tried to drive it home the next day it was worse than when I drove it there! I brought it straight back ( I didn t even get a mile up the road ) they cleared the codes and it drove fine for 2 days ( in town). Then it was EVEN WORSE! I didn t even go passed 10mph and it was grinding trying to shift like I try to go passed 10mph and then the car would violently try to lurch forward.. ( like a scared teenage trying to drive for the first time as they - go, stop, go, stop- ) <~ only way to describe that.. ANYWAY- we had to get it towed to a different shop and because this is our only car my (DH) had to miss 5 days of work unpaid. So far that s 1000 dollars down the drain as he works an hour away.After another night of it sitting in a different shop they told us the reason our car was running like that was because the people at Fairprice had pierced the sensors to test them instead of unplugging them like they are supposed to. So essentially they made what could have been a small issue a much bigger problem overall. Thanks for that guys... My 1 year old has Spinal muscular atrophy type 1. If he would have had any important doctor visits I wouldn t just be calling you for compensation for YOUR mistake. You should at least be decent enough to refund the 149.00 for it sitting there for you to screw it up!

Called to have universal joints replaced in my pickup (no time to do it myself) quoted 190.00 which is a little high considering I supplied the parts but with in reason. Normally it can be done within 1 to 2 hrs. Brakes and all. During the job it was found that it needed a new rotor ,brakes and line. The parts cost 176.00 and the quoted price jumped to 225.00. All total the bill came to $488.55. All time was figured by computer and I believe that I was doubly charged for labor. Bottom line is that I will not ever return, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. To bad, I had high hopes that they would be good and reasonable priced.
