Really can't recommend this place at all. I've had oil changes done here with major problems (forgot to screw drain bolt tight, used wrong oil type, reused existing oil filter) and I've had tires done here (misinformation on warranty status, delayed fixes, poor fixes done). Most staff tries to be helpful, but they often don't know how to use their systems. Some of the staff is outright rude and should not work in the service industry. I've had overcharges on service and no discount provided when I bring in my own parts. Honestly you are much better off paying a little more elsewhere for a way better experience and the assurance of knowing the job will be done right. My family and I no longer use Walmart Auto.

Went in for my oil change, was told I d receive a text letting me know when my car was ready. We were in the waiting room with a tired toddler. It was taking awhile (1+ hour). So my husband asked when our car would be ready and they said it was ready over an hour ago. I didn t receive a text and they never told told us even though we were the only ones in the waiting room. I had even made eye contact with the guy who checked us in multiple times! Staff constantly passing by us. We are very patient and understanding people (hence why we waited so long to say something), but I m genuinely confused as to why none of the service members said ANYTHING. Overall, a frustrating and bad experience. My 2 year old has better people skills. Last time using this service.Service: Oil change

We brought our truck in to get new tires and an oil change done. When they were done and we got the truck back there was damage between the box and cab of the truck. We called, talked to someone and then went back there and talked to a manager who submitted a claim.They are telling us the damage was already there, which is not true, and instead of proving it to us with video surveillance they are saying they can t show us the surveillance cause it can show a flaw in the system Which wouldMake it easier for someone to steal from them.. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE RETURNED DAMAGED AND THEN NOT DEALT WITH AND FIXED TO HOW IT WAS BROUGHT TO THEM!! You can even see the yellow paint still on the truck!! Yellow paint that matches the lifts in the oil change bay!! Place is a joke!Services: Tires, Oil change

Friendly service at a great price, but multiple issues just trying to get an oil change done.*Mechanic almost put the wrong (non-synthetic) oil type in on one car.*Mechanic DID put in the wrong oil type on my other vehicle.*Almost finished oil change, before telling me they didn't have my oil filter--had to come back to replace after purchasing on my own.*Found out about 2 months after an oil change that the oil pan bolt was SUPER loose and was dripping oil. Finger tightened 5 turns, then tightened with a wrench on my own.Will not be going back here.Service: Oil change

They don't listen to anything you tell them when they're changing your tires. By far the worst place to come for automotive issues.

It didn t allow me to give 0 stars so I had to pick 1. I made an appointment the day before for a headlight and when I arrived at 425 for my 430 appointment I was told that the technicians were done and leaving. I said it only takes 15 minutes and again they said we are done and leaving. I asked to speak with the manager and that was the manager saying we are done and leaving. I had driven from Superior to Cloquet because I had made that appointment. Then a customer said he would help me put it in and then they didn t even have the lightbulb for my vehicle. So sad. I then went to OReillys where the employees took the 10 minutes that it took and replaced the light bulb. Great customer service. Never have ever had a bad experience at OReillys on Belknap in Superior.

I have been coming here for oil changes for years and have never had a problem. Always greeted with courtesy as well. Very convenient way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone after dropping off the car or truck for the service grab a shopping cart and finish up some shopping.

Online it says the auto department opens at 7 called at 7:30 no answer it kicked the call out to the main part of walmart and the lady told me they dont open till 8.... Well it would have been nice if the hours online were updated so I called at 8 and the call kept getting sent to the main part in the store because no one was ansering in the auto department. It took me over 20 min for someone to finally amswer.

Bad service. No one answers the phone. Employees are rude when you go in there and ask questions and they tend to glare. I used to come here all the time for my oil changes and such but I recommend going elsewhere sadly. It s not what it used to be. Very disappointedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

We blew a tire heading through the area and walmart was the only place open. They squeezed us in immediately and helped us out. 10/10 place. Super friendly staff. Just over-all amazing.Service: TiresService: Tires

Purchased a pair of Goodyear tires that were on sale at the time. Had them mounted and balanced took over an hour. Got told it was ready to go sitting outside. Paid the bill and walked out to vehicle expecting to see two new Goodyear tires on the rear. They put on douglas tires instead. A cheaper and a lot less thread warranty tire. I walked back in and was lucky enough to see the assistant store manager and let him know of the issue. Guy behind the counter tried to make me wait over another hour before my tires got changed....again.... ASM looked at him and said they just had my vehicle in the shop and put on the wrong tires and it needed to be fixed now if it wasn't for the ASM I would have had to wait or find someone higher up to get things straightened out faster. For the mistake and inconvenience they put a free oil change on my vehicle in the computer. All I will encourage is to make sure you got what you wanted and purchased.

Fast service. Some employees are knowledgeable, others are new enough to still be learning the rules. Definitely make an appointment to ensure being able to get in!

We came in a hour before close and they were very busy. We had 3 bad camper tires we needed to replace so we could bring it in to storage. Jenny completed the job on time and professional. Give this girl a raise!

While trying to make an appointment I called the auto care center several times but they didn't answer. While I was in Walmart, I went to set up an appointment and took about 10 minutes before I was served. They seem to be understaffed .

Went in to get two new tires to replace the back tires. They took off a front tire (?) And claimed that two of the bolts were stripped and refused to put new tires on the back. The front tire they took off was last installed by walmart but they took no responsibility for the stripped bolts. Left with 3 lugs on the front and was told to go to a mecanic to fix . Yikes!!

Went to grab oil for the car and parked right by the doors to the auto care, as soon as we walked in a guys said that they were closing in 5 min which on your website says 7 P.M., didn t even ask if we needed help or even wait for us to leave because he was such in a rush, he already shut the til down before and when we checked to see if we could go out the door which was 5:01 where we came from everyone was gone and the lights were off.

Every single time I come in to have an oil change done they have a sign that states the auto department is booked for the rest of the night. Please try again tomorrow. They will not let you book an appointment for an oil change. The auto department is awfully understaffed in their garage.

Good luck getting a hold of this place on the phone. No one answers for half hour straight of calling. Asked to talk to a manager and was on hold again, with the same results!! If you want to talk to the reception person then your in luck, they answer every Time!! You can t talk to anyone to complain so nothing changes!!!!!

Checked my oil 2 weeks after it was "changed". The oil Was not changed. Oil filter was not changed and they claimed they didn't have our air filter in stock. I was warned about this and had to see it for myself. Learned my lesson

Probably the best prices on tires and service, bit beware, the service is very poor at best. Do your best to ask questions and make sure they installed everything correctly.

1.5 hour wait for an oil change for them to call me and tell me they couldn't change it because the oil plug was stripped. Brought it somewhere else the next day and it was changed no problem.
