I had an appointment at 8am to get my windshield replaced thinking that being the first appointment in the morning, since they open at 8am, I would get in and out in record time. I was told that it may take about 2 hours. With no place to go, I had a nice 5 mile walk. I got back at 9:25am and they still hadn t started on the vehicle. Hopefully they will do a good job but I wish that their customer service was a bit better.

A+ - 10+ stars - We had a relatively large window replacement project for our new house. 12 windows and 1 sliding door. Most of the windows were larger, with the largest being 121 x 64 . We also had some of the openings enlarged to roughly 2x their original length. We could not be happier with the results. I didn t realize how much would go into shopping for proposals, so if you are just starting to shop around, be careful. We ran into plenty of folks/outfits that were clearly ready and well trained to rip us off. Make sure you do your homework! Get multiple proposals. Never agree to a proposal when they come for the estimate, and most sales folks (but not Hagen's) will pressure you on this with incentives. Google search window sales tactics and watch the pitch. At the end of the day, Hagen s was the best price, most fair, and I never felt like I was being conned. We had a couple of things we weren t quite happy with, and they were immediately addressed and corrected. From the sales process to the crew that performed the work, they were all fantastic. I highly recommend them, 100%.

Hagen's has served me well many times over the years. They have custom mixed paint as needed, cut specialty keys, done random glass orders for framing work I've done (UV protecting glass was quite well priced), etc. Their mismatch paint selection is a great buy! Good small town business to support!

Great service. My only issue was with replacing my windshield. Someone out the wipers on backwards so the wipers went up .... Lingered for several moments...down mist of the way...over and over. Then, a connector broke and the windshield popped off at that part, going 70 mph on the freeway. They fixed it. Friendly service. They see the job through until the customer is satisfied.

Never again. They had put screen's on my brothers house window and while all appeared well within 20 min of completion here we are chasing 3 screens blowing down the road. When fdl came back the screens were all an inch short and not even lined up with the fastener cutouts. I think next time we'll have a fingerless blind man put them in might actually get somewhat close to lining up a hole with a fastener pin
