Truck was throwing a code for derate, They diagnosed and fixed it while I waited. They saved a tremendous amount of time and an overnight stay in a motel.

In July of 2022 I had two new hubs installed on the front axle of my semi.The wrong inner bearing was installed and started leaking within a day.I called Blaine Brothers and I started documenting the issue. I took pics of the leaking seals and sent them to service. I also took pics, upon request from Blaine Brothers, of the inner bearing part number and sent that to them.I had it repaired in Lake City Florida.$850 for two new bearings installed and two nights in a hotel.Dealt with R.Colt and then Jake to resolve the issue. I ve been promised reimbursement for the bill from the shop in Florida.I ve called and talked to Jake twice and was promised that a check was in the mail.Nothing has been received.I do not recommend this shop.Dave.

Horrible experience. Did not call to go over problems instead just repaired and stuck me with $2900 bill. They never called once job was complete instead sent a collection notice in the mail. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Excellent knowledgeable mechanics.Extremely friendly.Came in with what I that was a coolant leak, turned out to be a pin hole leak in thermostat housing cover.Also engine fan stuck on.Ken troubled shooted and worked out problems without just throwing parts at it.Will be back again if the need arises.Kwik trip across the street for food.

Extremely long wait times, fi ally shows up for roadside with nothing to fix rig resulting in "needs to be towed to shop". After 3 hour min wait you wait 3 more for the hook and they get an roadside and a tow call out of it. Crooked

I would recommend anyone needing service to come here and get work done guys a good at whatt they do. Had them come out for a road call and guy got my air dryer unfrozen so I could deliver my load then should up around 4pm to their shop and had me in and out before and when I should up they sent someone to go get the part. Thats best service I've had. I rather come here then go to the dealership

Stay away truckers,they are scam artists!!! do not call Blaine Brothers road service, they will overcharge you big time! They sent me a student,he replaced 2 brake shoes (it took 1 hour to replace) and sat in his truck for another 3 hours, they charged me for ALL that time! total bill was 1240$

I needed a mobile tech for a service call this morning. Called these guys up, they were extremely friendly and eager to get me fixed up. The tech showed up in a very timely manner, knew exactly what to do to fix up my truck, and got me up and running again in a very short time. Highly recommend these guys, they are great to work with! That's hard to find these days on the road!

Got shut down at the 53 inspection/weight station just outside of Duluth. They rapidly responded and installed two brake chambers and had me on my way. The charges were also very reasonable.

These guys are great! I had a pinion seal and wheel seal go out on me, I called they said bring it in and they will check and advise. Most shops tell you that and you sit for a half or more of your day. They got me in and out three hours had to get me a new yoke in that time frame also. thank you

i will never use them again. for the brake adjustment truck and trailer they charged me $596. truck was 15-20 miles away. it took them 3 hours and miscellaneous charge was 101.98. people be aware of this place.

After a few weeks of going dropping off and picking up my trailer. It was there 5 times from 4-5pm through the night and 3 entire scheduled work days. They finally "finished" it. Did not replace axel that was included in the quote. And somehow ended up costing an additional 500. Then they slap it back together with a flat tire and drop it out front to be picked up with a bent jack, which I had to cut off in order to leave with it. Now I'm on week 2 of waiting for my new jack.

My wife and 2 year old son ran into trouble with our travel trailer while up on the north shore and stopped in to Blaine Brothers to have our brakes inspected and repaired. I was out of town on business so I was really stressed about the entire situation since I was over 1200 miles away. But the guys at Blaine Brothers took care of my family and got them back on the road in under an hour. Their care and professionalism was outstanding and they couldn't have handled the situation better. Miraculously they had all of the parts necessary to replace the drum brake on our trailer on hand and we couldn't believe how affordable the repairs were.

We love their service department! Last month we were driving up north, and our computer told use we had low voltage. Blaine's was the closest place. We called. The service manager called us right back, warned us about how to stay safe on the road until we arrived, and then squeezed us into his busy afternoon schedule.We stopped by again on they way back down to check our tire pressure, which they did gratis. Again, wonderful service. Thank you so much!

Called jake from on the road with a leaking axle shaft seal on my motorhome and he got me right in! The guys were very nice and their prices were very fair. Would definitely recommend them for repairs

Place is a joke, dropped truck off to see what the check engine light was on for and a thousand dollars later lights still on and not willing to work out a different plan. Stay very clear of this place you'll save thousands in the long run

Wow! .. all the great reviews may suggest I was subject to discrimination. I scheduled trailer service over a week prior and arrived on time day of service Monday. Dropped trailer being told it was to be serviced next day. Called Tuesday to be told Wednesday. Called Wednesday to be told Thursday. Wound up retrieving it not serviced to return to business. I have frequently dealt with them without issue but not sure if I can continue. Dumbfounded.

at my job at a trucking company, i utilize Blaine Brothers in Blaine and Scanlon on a regular basis. they have always come through.when i have a truck or trailer needing repair, they are my FIRST CHOICE.recently i had an issue with my personal trailer in the Duluth area. when John in Service answered the phone, i knew i'd be taken care of.i was back on the road without having to wait very long
