Been here a couple of times now with similar results. This time, I brought the number of my oil filter in and couldn't remember the year of the wife's vehicle. I looked on the shelf and realized they don't carry the Fram filters at all so I had to ask for assistance. I gave the dude the filter number, he punched in the number to the computer and he replied "yah, we don't carry Fram filters"..... I left without one and purchased it elsewhere.

Shout-out to Donovan from auto zone. Incredibly helpful last night. He went out of his way to help me when my car broke down outside on the highway, even driving a part to me and covering the small change I was missing. He got under the hood and helped me with the car after his shift was done. Because of this guy I will be a Auto-zone customer for life. I wasn t from the area and was a couple hours from home and this guy made all the difference in the world. Give this guy a raise and a promotion immediately

BOPUIS > Is: Buy Online Pick Up In Store - FYI. And they did great. Website was easy to navigate & search was good. Pick up was right at the register waiting for me & was listed by name. Fast friendly service.Didn't take a pic, but it's easy to find. Definitely recommend.

8/18/20 Staff helped me find and reserve a hard to find seal, but ultimately it was just to far to drive on a blown transfer case seal (70mi). Had to refill the case after 10 miles bone dry.. They even followed up with a call the next day, but I was able to find one 50 miles closer also at an AZ in Virginia. Thanks for trying to help!

I have had several great experiences at AutoZone over the past 6 months. The staff team were very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and friendly while helping me out with my car issues. I will definitely return.

Anthony gave me Awsome service! Put a new head light bulb in my Silverado fast! And it was no easy task. Would have took me hours to do. That are lucky to have such a knowledgeable young man working for them.

Was working on my fuel pump 03 ram 1500 5.7 hemi . Called around and you had it in stock was best brand pump . Orielies has to order it auto value has to order it well some thing to be said for you're store stocking parts .and the staff was awesome wanted to give you 10 stars . My old pump was needing hit the tank with a 2x4 had black gunk in it .You stocked Delphi very best pump money can buy . GOD BLESS YOURE STORE

Customer service goes above and beyond. It's a Sunday, we were stranded at a gas station with severely fowled plugs in a sled in our group. They delivered the plugs to the gas station! That's amazing. Thank you autozone!

They are very helpfully and will go out of there way to help you get back on the road quickly. Also there hours are very accommodating and they have the best brake pads and shoes then any other part store. I have put a lot of brakes in a lot of different makes and model cars and trucks and auto zones pads are the best no noises and no dust on your wheels plus they have a lifetime warranty. Auto zone is my goto auto part store and I buy a lot of parts every day and put a lot of belief into there parts . Try them out you'll like what you'll see.
