Truly one of the best automotive shops to bring your vehicles. The owner listens and cares. They are very timely on completing your vehicle repairs as well as staying on schedule. They will follow up to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I bring all my personal and work vehicles here exclusively. Top recommendation!

I had 3 different issues with my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I am not from the area, so I didn't know who to take it to for repairs. I read their reviews and decided to reach out to see if they could get it in to diagnose it. They got me in the next day and had my car fixed the following day. And the work they did was exceptional.Marissa is a wonderful lady. They close at 5 pm, but my ride hadn't gotten there yet, so she stayed late and let me remain inside the office until my ride came at 5:20 pm. She went above and beyond, which was was very much appreciated.I highly recommend them and will be taking my vehicles there for any repairs needed.Thank you so much to Anderson Automotive.

I ve taken my car to Anderson Auto a few times, and every single time has been such an easy, quick experience! They re always able to get me in right away, everyone is extremely nice and my car is always done so quick! Definitely the best shop in the area, I ve had way too many bad experiences at other places in the Cloquet area.

Fixed vehicle quickly, and warranties their work. Honest people and company. You don t find that anymore, so it s nice we found a shop in the area who has honesty and integrity and does a great job.

I was notified right away of what work needed to be done. I was able to request after market parts as an option to save money. This is the second time I've used Anderson Automotive and the second time I've been happy with the work done.

Gas line cracked on a Chevy I had just purchased, they got me in same day to see how bad it was. Assured me I'd make it until the next week when they could get me in. They did, and managed to get it done for much cheaper than they had quoted me! Impressive customer service, will use these guys again!

I m absolutely blown away by the awesome service I was provided by everyone at Anderson Automotive. I have a 2017 VW that had a mysterious phantom fuel smell for months that the local VW dealership couldn t find (or maybe they possibly caused??) after replacement of a fuel injector a few months ago. After being made to feel like an idiot, I vowed never to step foot back in VW of Duluth. I am so glad I found Anderson Automotive, they are now my go to for all things service on my car. They found the issue immediately and were able to repair it. They also found another old coolant leak and repaired that for 1/2 the cost of the dealership. Upon pickup, my car was clean and OH so quiet compared to before. Their service from start to finish was friendly, professional, and quick. Highly recommend.

Refreshingly simple, they do what you ask and you re in and out in a jiffy. They call you back when you leave messages, they explain your bill, are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will get my truck serviced there from now on!It s never in and out at the Ford dealership where I usually go, even with an appointment I m there for over an hour to get an oil change. Plus, they always want me to buy something else like wipers, or a flush or something .Service: Oil change

I've been going to Anderson automotive for almost a year now and they do such a great job fix my car up nice and right the prices there at Anderson automotive are too good to be true sometimes I just got my car done with my exhaust manifold a lot cheaper than I expected thank you Anderson automotive!!

I always have a positive experience when bringing my car here. The prices are very reasonable and the waiting area is nice. Leather couch, a TV you can watch Netflix on, and air conditioning...Great customer service. Thanks Chase and everyone else at your shop!

Replaced a leaking water pump and coolant leak. Wheel bearing replaced.They were able to see me sooner than everywhere else, which was nice, but they actually had better customer service and stayed true to the timeline they said before I left my vehicle than other shops I've used in the past.Chase helped me work with the warranty company - something I haven't had to use before. He was knowledgeable, honest, and supportive.I found my new home shop for all my needs.Thanks Anderson Automotive.

I am very happy with the quality of work this place produces. Their prices are very reasonable and I like knowing that when I bring my truck in for repairs, it s going to be fixed right. After Pete's Auto closed in Cloquet, we had to find a new place we could trust. Anderson Automotive came highly recommended and we are VERY happy with their service thus far. We recommended them to everyone!UPDATE: We've now brought three repair needs to AO and have been more impressed with them each time. Most recently, I assumed my tires were all shot and was about to spend $1,200 on new ones. AO instead found bead leaks and stem leaks on all four and made repairs for just a fraction of the replacement cost. They could have SO EASILY told me I needed new tires and I would've been none the wiser. THANK YOU, ANDERSON AUTOMOTIVE!!UPDATE: Just had more work done (March '24) and once again, Anderson Auto did not disappoint! I went in for an oil change and asked them to diagnose a rear axle shaking feeling. They found some major issues that, if not fixed, would've caused catastrophic damage soon. We are so very thankful for all their help over the years!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My car was sounding like a jet flying over head every time I pressed on the brakes. I brought it in and had everything fixed up that was needed for a reasonably great price and very quickly. Brought it in Monday morning had it done and ready for pick up Tuesday morning. Very welcoming and always kind! I love that the owner Chase, will message me personally to either see if I need anything done on my vehicle months later as well as message me after any service to ask how it went and if I have any other concerns or problems! I know very little about cars but they always explain what s going on and exactly why and when something should be or needs to be fixed or replaced.
