While traveling, a tire needed replaced due to cord separation, probably from a previous plug & patch repair. We opted to replace all 4 tires a few months earlier than planned. The business owner & 2 employees went out of their way to find tires we wanted, pick them up at another dealer, mount & balance them. The total cost was less than expected. Travel time lost was less than 90 minutes. This was actually an enjoyable experience. Plus the gentlemen laughed at my husband's jokes. This business began in 1968, repairing & restoring cars. It's still going strong due to attention to the needs of their customers.

If you are looking for quality bodywork or custom paint work this is the place to go. Cody went above and beyond my expectations and made my truck sparkle again! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Bigcats was able to get our vehicle in to replace our rear tailgate and rear bumper after a rear-end crash.Our vehicle was in pristine condition prior to the accident and I insisted new OEM to be used.Other shops couldn't get us in for upto 4 months. Bigcats was able to get the parts and get us scheduled within 3 weeks.They had our vehicle for a week.This is the second vehicle we have taken to this repair shop and we will use them again.
