We were mailed a $30 off coupon for our next oil change. We arrived at the shop and told them about it. They huffed, puffed, and dismissed the coupon as a fluke. Their particular shop does not honor it. Well, you are part of the Victory Lane franchise. The coupon has YOUR SHOPS NAME AND ADDRESS ON IT. It's clearly a case of a greedy franchiser who doesn't want to cut into his profits. Also seems to be the reason they ALWAYS try to upsell your oil change with $60 of additives. I know this game better than you folks, being a franchisee myself. It's no wonder I never see anyone at your shop. You demonize paying customers for something that YOUR COMPANY SENT TO US.

I use to go to Jiffy Lube. And they were always good. But my new favorite is Victory. Quick, painless and professional.

The guys working on 8/18/23 were very helpful and efficient. I had a check engine light on and one of them checked what the warning was indicating. His help and the way my car was acting made me take it to the dealer service center immediately. Had I not done that it could ve been disastrous for my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The oil is still very expensive, 100 dollars for an oil change is very high. My local mechanic can still do oil and tire rotation for under a hundred so I'm always surprised that the fast, no appointment needed places can't. I went for the convenience and not complaining, just wonder if this is the new normal. I was told the cost upfront which I appreciate.

This place is great! I used to go to the other guys (I won't name them, but it starts with a V, and they are everywhere) and have been disappointed too many times. Over filled my oil by almost 2 quarts causing major engine damage, removing my AC freon, filling it with "theirs", finding my condenser was bad, and then removing that so it could be repaired and costing me $129 for nothing. Not to mention after I had my condenser replaced, I still had to buy the freon!I have been going here for over a year now. They are very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for service, and everything runs super smooth. They also have a carwash attached and if it is your first time there, you get a free wash.Give them a try, especially if you're sick and tired of the "other guy's" mistakes like I was.

It was 7:58am when I pulled up, they open at 8. I was in a rush and these guys opened as I pulled up, were very thorough in their services, and very efficient. I left with new air filter, (it was embarrassing how bad that thing looked) some light bulbs, full tires, a coupon for a free car wash and fresh oil within 20 minutes. I will definitely be returning!Service: Oil change

Went in to get headlights exchanged and they said they couldn t do it because of the air box on the passenger side. Even though their website says they do bulb exchange and don t mention anything about air boxes. Corporate called me back and said I was used derogatory language for not be interested in coming back for service and that I said don t put the service on your website if you can t do the job. Then they said that they offered it for free which was never said and was willing to pay for the service. Pretty bad customer service.Service: Electrical

I was impressed with the service I received when I took my mom s car in for an oil change today. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. When I ve gone to other places, I ve felt like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman with little knowledge of what needed to be done. Not these guys! Very friendly and informative staff! Fair pricing and they offer so many freebies with an oil change. They even offer a ton of other services, they don't just do oil changes. They were very thorough when changing my oil and even better I didn't have to get out of my car. Highly recommend them!! Will be using them for all of my future car needs!

Offer soft cloth carwash price was little higher than Kwik trip but have more options if you want basic wash to high end wash with lava wax. I choose this location because Kwik trip had 7 vehicles waiting average wash is about 10 minutes so I was able to drive right in. The products they use in my opinion are better quality I noticed less water spots the vehicle is cleaner for longer time.

I have been to this locations multiple times and have had excellent service EVERY time. They are fast, friendly and thorough. On more than once occasion I have had Shawn take care of my service. His customer service is OUTSTANDING!! He is polite, friendly, walks you through every step in detail, communicates effectively, provides suggestions, and goes above and beyond compared to any other place I have been to. He even gave me the heads up that my tabs are expiring soon. I always leave there happy and appreciative for the wonderful service. I will not go anywhere else moving forward. Thank you!

I can't compliment Victory Lane in Chicago City enough for the wonderful experiences they have provided me during my visits! They are friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles they service! Quick and thorough which comforts me especially when I was asked if my vehicle was still in warranty. This allowed them to determined the correct oil to use without voiding my warranty. Service Review Recommendations provided on on paper for future maintenance without being pushy. Prices are very reasonable! They go above and beyond! I won't go anywhere else because I value their customer service and their work performance! Thank you Victory Lane employees for another job well done!

Awesome first time service. I had took my car to a DIFFERENT place and they never changed the filter, my car has an unusual filter. These guys were great, oil change done right and in a timely manner, mechanic was through and professional, stayed in contact with me, and didn't hesitate to contact me with any questions, I sure will be returning. It's difficult to find a good honest and through mechanic at a fair price. Nice work fellasRick Anderson

I visited with two vehicles for the first time and found the service to be quick, transparent, and friendly. One of my vehicles technically did not need the oil changed, and the team made sure to show me that it was still good. LOVE THIS PLACE! Great attention to detail, very friendly, and explain everything they're doing in detail. I like it SO much that I'm willing to drive 44 miles one way to do it and have been for years! Considering gas prices these days that should say it all.
