I got a coupon in the mail for a synthetic oil change at TGK for $49.99. I couldn t get my car in before the coupon expired but they honored it anyway. I got there at 11:00 as scheduled, waited in the comfortable waiting area, enjoyed some complimentary snacks and I was out the door at 11:45 at the quoted price! I ll be back!

Pleasantly greeted when I arrived. Just had a service appointment for an oil change. They completed a checklist on my car and all was done within about 45 minutes. I appreciate knowing I should have a smooth ride going forward. Thank you for the complimentary coffee as well!

Mike is great to work with, he told us what the vehicle issues were, but then made an honest recommendation even though it meant he would loose out on revenue coming in. Have gone to TGK for years, here is another example of why our family will continue to be TGK customers. On top of that he charged our daughter for about on hour of labor when I know they had at least 3 hours into the vehicle. Great overall experience at TGK in Chaska, definitely recommend.

The rear caliper blew out on one of our service vans. We called TGK the next morning and told them what happened. They had us leave the van with them and by 5pm they had new rotors calipers and break pads installed plus a new battery. The van drives flawlessly now. Since we started General Rooter we have taken our vans and my personal vehicle to these guys. They are always fast and thorough. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our service vans. If they don't run we can't work. Thank you guys for always having our back.

Love that I m able to drop my car off while I m at work, and can pick it up at the end of the day. The team always keeps you updated on the progress of your service. Absolutely love the photos and details they provide in the summary.

The days of overpaying for dealership oil changes and tire rotations are over! Thanks to a family who highly recommended TGK for my upcoming service appointment, I was able to pay a fraction of the price I would have with my dealership. As if the savings weren t impressive enough, I was greeted by a polite, friendly, and professional service advisor who assisted me throughout the entire process. The cherry on top was the incredible coffee machine that brewed any coffee variety I could possibly want alongside a nice selection of snacks I could help myself to. Upon completion, my vehicle was all warmed up and waiting for me within footsteps of walking out the door ready to go! What a welcomed relief and joy this encounter has been during a time when we seem to be paying more and more for everything these days! Thank you!

Great service, friendly techs and staff, trusted! The TGK Chaska staff did an amazing job with a "new to me" Volvo. They helped me understand what maintenance was recommended by the manufacturer and what was necessary. I had a flat tire develop on my way to work. I was able to drop off my car and have it repaired within two hours without an appointment. I m grateful that they were able to look at it and repair it so quickly.

Called about getting a quote for some work done on my vehicle. Explained type of work looking for and needed, mentioned symptoms of the vehicle. Instead of asking questions about how and why I determined the cause, I was talked to like I was an idiot and didn't know my vehicle or what was needed. Decided to end call at that point.

We have had the worst experience here. Brought in a vehicle for a tune-up and oil change in December. During that appointment, we were told we would need to replace spark plugs and to schedule a follow-up appointment. Brought the car back for spark plugs, and then (a month later) they discover an oil leak while doing the spark plugs and that will be a repair costing over $1000. How this wasn t caught in the tune-up is beyond me, and based on the location described seems more likely that they broke the casing in the tune-up process. But apparently it s our expense. Nonetheless, we bring it back to fix the oil leak. During that repair, we get a call asking about when the oil was last changed because it looks really dirty. Um, didn t you just do the oil change two months ago when you did the tune up? They said they would look at that closer and then just described the problem as though they forgot to change the sticker and to not worry because they had added a fair amount of oil in the repair process anyway. Well, a day later, and now we re getting notifications of an oil change being needed every time we start the car. Ridiculous. Now I feel like we need to bring it back to demand that they actually change the oil. And we probably need to stand there to witness it actually happening. Disappointed can t trust their work.

Repairs were taken care of and they even went above and beyond to make sure my truck was road worthy again. You cannot ask for a more honest and dependable auto care shop! I don't think of using anyone else but TGK Auto!!

TGK Chanhassen/Chaska is awesome! I worked with Scott, and his team was able to get my car road safe again in less than a day! This was not an easy fix! Not only were they quick, but the quality of their work is top notch. Scott listened to my needs and went above and beyond in the repair process. Scott and his team kept me informed through the entire process and made sure I had transportation while they were servicing my vehicle... AND he also worked with me to keep the cost as low as possible. I recommend TGK Chaska 100%!

I've been going to TGK now for over a year now. From the top down the team makes you feel like family. Service was great! Only problem I had was they only take cash or card and I had just had to cancel my card and had no cash. They did let me go to the bank and get some cash. Nice people!!!

A purchased a transit van to convert into a camper, and took my car in to get an inspection for any necessary maintenance or actions. The team was very throughout and gave me specific details on the condition of the car and having it read to hit the road! There was no pressure to do any repairs and they understood my budget respectfully. Very friendly and personable.

Friendly staff that were able to fit us in at the last minute and get the job done. They were forthcoming with what they did and when I pushed back to ensure all the work was done, they ordered (and received!) the part, put the car back on the lift immediately and when they found they had missed something, got it done within the hour.
