Ratified Motorsport comes in "clutch" with the save on my 2019 audi rs3! Went in to get my clutch cover checked out to see why I was leaking dsg fluid from the bell housing area.... well it wasn't the clutch cover seal and I definitely did not have dct1100's in the car like I was told. What suprised me is ratified had more than one option for parts, ON THE SHELF, in their shop to fix this issue. I know anywhere else I took it that I would have had to order the parts needed, that they had on hand. They got some dekka1300 clutches installed in no time and car is flawless. I seriously can't brag on this shop and these guys enough! They went out of their way all day just to make sure my car was taken care and i was taken care of as a customer. I drove 8 hours one way to get my car fixed by them and would do it again in a heartbeat!! These guys are the real MVP's!!

The team at Ratified were able to diagnose and fix the problem with our X3 quickly and at a significantly lower cost than what we were quoted elsewhere. The guys were friendly and knew exactly what was needed. Car is running great!Thank you!

Had misfires happening with my 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan. Had Ratified in Chaska work on fixing the problem. Issue was fixed and the staff was great. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

Let me start by saying I typically don t do write up s like this but this one was a must! My 2015 Audi Q7 TDI broke down on Saturday night in front of customers house and off course I couldn t find the crank shaft pulley anywhere- I called every place I could think of (not even Audi or VW had it)Walked in on Monday at Ratified Motorsport at noon and told them I have an emergency and they told me to tow it in and they would see what they can do - not even 24 hours after my Audi got dropped off Sam called and said my car is Good to go- they did a transmission service, Oil and filter on the engine and got the Crankshaft Pulley overnight somehow!Amazing Customer Service! also very affordable!If you need your German Cars serviced then they are the Guys.

Some of the most knowledgeable Audi techs in the city s if not Minnesota. 10/10 recommend if you have a German vehicle for any mechanical needs this is the place to go! Plus the staff is so friendly!

I unfortunately had my engine throw a rod out the block on my RS3. Ratified went above and beyond to help put together a new and stronger engine. I had bare engine parts imported from Europe and sent directly to them. They put everything together and then assembled a new longblock with upgraded pistons/rods/bearings and head studs. Shipped out as soon as it was back together and in a very timely manner. My car has been great ever since! I highly recommend Ratified if you need any work done on your vehicle.Service: Engine repair

When I purchased my RS3, Rathana was quick to answer questions about the car over the phone. He helped tremendously in my purchase. He has worked on my car twice now. His prices are MUCH better than the dealer, and I m confident he has more experience than most of the techs that have worked on my vehicles in the past at the dealer. These guys are awesome. I brought in a custom exhaust that needed some work done. They welded on a new set of titanium bellows and tweaked the exhaust to fit better. If you need anything done to your car hit up Ratified first.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I brought my 2013 B8.5 Audi S5 to Ratified Motorsport to have them install the 034Motorsport Stage 1 93 octane tune, along with the 034Motorsport Stage 1 DSG Software. I also had them install the 034Motorsport S34 Carbon Fiber intake. I am SO happy with the service at Ratified and how the car pulls now, it was a very quick turn around and the car feels wild - it's truly a whole different beast. Can't get enough of the supercharger whine either :) Overall, 10/10 experience with Ratified, I highly recommend.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine tuning

Took my car in for a carbon cleaning and new intake manifold! Everything was done in a timely manner with clear communication on the services done. I was also able to get my vehicle in ASAP! Took my brand new to me BMW 1M for an inspection and oil change. Sam got me scheduled in on short notice, and was great with communication. The techs were very thorough and helpful. These guys are AMAZING!!! Have been taking my Mercedes E350 here for a couple years, and each time their prices beat any dealership, all while having fantastic customer service and communication! Ratified is the only place I will take my mk6 GTI . They re customer service is outstanding. They keep you up to date with the status of your vehicle while it s in the shop, they re super friendly, they know what they re doing when it comes to vehicles that need general maintenance and modifications. These guys have been so Incredibly Awesome to work with! I'm still just blown away by the level of service I've received there! My last service didn t go *quite* as expected and I had to bring my vehicle back (things happen, oh well!). However, the folks here made things right as quickly as they could to get me back on the road and they were/are very easy to work with. Great communication and, I really appreciate them getting my car back in right away. I have absolutely no hesitation to come back for future services and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthiness and quality work.

The staff at Ratified Motorsports are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The guys have gone above and beyond my last few visits to ensure the job was done right. They have worked on all of my family's Audi and BMWs since they opened. Pricing is very competitive and certainly going to beat the dealer every time. The best customer service I have ever gotten. Rathana, the owner, always texts me and asks how my service was. I haven t ever had that personal touch in a garage.Most of the time when I visit a shop to have my Audi working on, I get the inpression that I know more about my cars platform than the shop. Not the case here. They are experts in what they do.Lastly, they don t push hard for upsells that you don t need. In fact, sometimes I want things to be done that they don t mention. I love the low pressure approach and it allows me to trust that they are the experts. They know what needs to be done, and what doesn t.

I've known Rat a long time through various European Auto groups & he's been working on my vehicles for years. I actually drove to Mankato (from MPLS) to have him change a wheel bearing because he's the only mechanic I trust in the TC Metro area! Highly recommended. Aside from the work done, staff is always great, very knowledgeable and not afraid to answer questions if you have any. Good people all around. My daily gets all its service done by them.Bonus (for me): they re one of the only shops in the SW metro area and are fairly close for me. I was made aware of Ratified through some friends in the car community getting most of their work done with them. When I was ready to tune my GLI, Rathana and Sam made it so smooth and easy. Quick to reply to emails, sent quotes quickly and willingly, adjusted my order last minute, and finished the work before the end of the business day. Let me mention Sam set my expectation earlier to pick the car up the next day as they did not want to do a rushed job! They called me not seven hours after I dropped the car off for a tune, Accessport installation, clutch job, and an oil change. Extremely happy with the work they did to my own car to cars I know all over the state. I will most definitely be going back for anything from oil changes to a future big turbo build to dial in a custom tune, and will be recommending Ratified to anyone looking to get any degree of work performed on their own vehicle.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change
