I cracked the rear bumper and my newer Genesis GV 70.Mike and JR gave me excellent customer service. The car went in on a Monday. I got it back on Wednesday. The car looks brand new again.The final bill came back a little bit lower than the original estimate.This is a great shop to take your car to.thank you guysGary

The team at Youngstedts Chanhassen really went above and beyond for me! They did my oil change and routine maintenance and noticed my coolant reservoir was nearly empty. Their tech inspected further and found a small leak in my radiator. They ran my warranty and were upfront with me that it would likely be cheaper at the dealership. I made an appointment with Chevrolet Wayzata where I purchased my car two years ago, and they had me pay a diagnostic fee for them to confirm the leak prior to replacing the radiator. They did their diagnostics and told me there is no leak, it passed a pressure test, and Youngstedts was wrong. According to Chevy, the dried coolant Youngstedts found was simply a rust spot. The Chan Youngstedts manager offered to have me bring my car back in and they would show me the leak at no additional charge. I did just that. Cody and Chris were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my leaking radiator was addressed, even if it wasn't through their shop. Cody showed me the leak, explained it to me and why he was confident it was leaking. I left armed with the knowledge bestowed upon me and headed back to Chevy. Their service manager looked at it and agreed he saw what Cody showed me and then had another Chevy tech take a second look. They came back and agreed with Youngstedts that there was in fact a leak and I did need a new radiator. Without the generosity and insistence from youngstedts that there was actually a leak, I would have likely believed Chevy and found myself with an overheated or blown radiator in the near future. I was extra impressed with youngstedts for going above and beyond to prove the issue to me even though I wasn't using them to do the repair. I will always recommend Chanhassen Youngstedts going forward! I truly feel like my safety was their top priority.

I took my car in for an oil change at the Chanhassen location, and as always, service was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate that they also let me know that condition of my bizzaks and brakes. Staff and service are always exceptional! Would highly recommend!

I really like this place... it's nice to have a clean car. I am on one of the unlimited plans, which works out great.One caution... take note of your renewal date... any changes you want to make need to be done a few days before! Otherwise, you may have an issue. All changes to the type of plan take effect immediately.Also, I think they should warn you when you pull in behind a detailing customer... this was my case yesterday... it took them 15 minutes at the very first station to wash down this vehicle. At a minimum, they could have bumped up the wash level for making us wait.

The whole team in great, I have worked mostly with Chris and Devin and the have fun and professional. Overall the shop is fair and honest and the work is good.Only thing I wish there were room for was a couple small work desks in the waiting area.

Mike and JR are awesome. They are very aware of pricing and do their best to take care of all the red tape with insurance companies. They try to lessen all the stressors that come with a damaged vehicle. Go nowhere else.

My oil light flickered on while going around a corner and I called Youngsteds Chanhassen. Knowing how busy they were the Wednesday before Thanksgiving they still got me in to look at it. I wouldn t have been able to drive it the way it was and they fixed the problem and I was on my way. So thankful for the appreciation of my many years of being a customer with them. It really showed. Thank you!

I trusted Youngstedts with my vehicles for the past eight years. However, on my last visit I was told I needed new tires on my two year old Subaru with 23000 miles. I went home and did the quarter test on my tires and the tread is just fine. I will not be returning for any reason in the future!

I appreciate the way Youngstedt's brings me possible repair work without pushing it or telling me it is mandatory when it is just a "suggested" possible repair. I also appreciated recently that they simply cleaned up a sensor and did not charge me for total replacement which was not necessary but which other repair shops might do just to charge you more.

I've had Youngstedts Channhassen install several sets of tires on a few different vehicles. I've always had a good experience with everyone there. It always has been a speedy delivery on purchasing and Mounting of the tires, especially considering all the hard work that goes into it the installation. Prices seem to extremely fair. A+

I had had good experiences here until the last couple experiences I had with them. Typically pretty quick wait time and friendly staff but the couple instances to follow kind of lost my trust.Firstly I had an insurance covered auto repair, which I went in to get inspected back at the end of July last year and they told me they would be back to me within a week to set up a time I could bring my car back to get fixed because they needed to come up with an agreed price with my insurance company. This resulted in my claim closing and I never got the repair done, even though I had full insurance coverage.Secondly they had put in a battery In my car that ended up failing: I took it back in to get checked and replaced per the batteries warranty and they charged me for a ton of labor costs.I would love to come back as this is so close to my house, but because it closed out my claim I would have to pay a lot of money to get my car fixed when I had the insurance coverage prior.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I have used their oil change 'club' cards for years. They recently increased their prices about 30%, but they still are a good value. They offer coffee, newpapers, and TV. They are generally very friendly and also get busy. Recently they charged me $70 to replace a single tail light bulb which was a rip. I have shopped some of their prices around and went elsewhere when it made sense.

It seems like this place is always busy but I ve had great experiences with them so I can see why. I have used them to diagnose and repair some tricky issues in addition to tires, oil changes, etc and they have always been easy and friendly to deal with from my experience. I would recommend them if you are in need of assistance.

Coming from out of town, I asked a relative in the area who is best, and was told to go to Youngstedts. They were incredibly helpful and friendly - with a very pleasant feel to the place. The service I received at Chanhassen's location was fantastic. There was an online scheduling issue and my appointment wasn't on the schedule but I was helped right away. Tri stepped up and made sure the tires I ordered were going to be ready that same day. I was fit into the schedule and not only received my new tires but I also had a great customer service experience. This was my first visit here but now I know where I will bring my car for all of my tire needs.

I have been using the Chanhassen Youngstadts for close to 20 years. I believe just about every vehicle I have owned over the period has been serviced there. These guys were amazing , very awesome and knowledgeable techs. Brought my car in because of a clunking noise they fixed it and had me out the door in less than an hour. Great jobs YOUNGSTEDTS OF CHANHASSEN!!!!!

Great service. They always prioritize customers. The employees seems to get along great. Friendly banter with each other and laughter. Deven is great, he knows what I need for my car all the time. Recommends services that I need in the future as well as what I should get done soon.

I used to have my service done at Lexus of Wayzata. When I found out the service manager who used to be the person I spoke with left, and he has been at this location at Youngstedts. Tri Bui has always given me great professionalism and customer service and just the ability to have me in and out the shop is everything I need when doing my services. Youngstedt s did amazing job helping me out with very short notice ... my having a long driving trip come up on short notice and with tires not safe enough to drive. One call and they responded by putting on a set of four new tires in less than 18 hours ... and thankfully they did as we hit torrential rains coming down in CO.
