I ve brought my car to Victory Auto many times and have received great service every time! Josiah is a joyful, efficient, and professional service advisor. Mike and his crew are thorough and do good work. I recommend Victory Auto as a great option to help with any repair needs you might have.

Outstanding service - highly recommend. Mike, Local Store Manager, and Josiah, Service Advisor, did a great job on multiple issues. Excellent communication, research on issues/service recommendations and ongoing maintenance. Also kudos to Dustin Master Tech and Dan... among others in the Service Dept.They and area management go above and beyond to resolve issues and make the process smooth. Lots of National and Regional companies out there - Victory is big enough to cover ANY issue yet feel like working with Smaller (they care) organization.

The staff are nice but I don't like being lied to. I had 2 occasions where I have brought my vehicles in and they came up with items that didn't need to be done. First was with my escape, they said that there was an issue with my wiring and had to re wire the vehicle. I doubted that. I checked it out and it looked like someone just unplugged it a connection, I plugged it back together and everything worked great. I had another shop check it out and they said it all looked good. I thought okay, maybe a fluke I heard so many great things. Went in again for a break sensor check. They told me we needed new breaks, and transmission fluid flush. Well I don't need any of those things. I just got my transmission flush 10k miles ago and the breaks are at 40%. I checked with 2 other shops and they confirmed I was good. I like honesty, I get I am a women so you don't think I know vehicles but come on. I don't recommend this place.

On my first visit at Victory Auto, Chanhassen, they found an oil leak. With the car only having 20k miles, they recommended taking it to the dealership to see if it was under warranty. It was, and cost me nothing to get it repaired. Appreciate their honesty and attention to detail that may have been overlooked or not mentioned at all at a less reputable shop.Thank you!!!

I brought in my GMC Terrain after it wouldn t start even after jumping it. Josiah was excellent in addressing all of my concerns and kept me up to date on the process of the fix. He was extremely professional and one of the most friendly guys I have ever met! The staff at victory in Chanhassen are very honest and good people. Highly recommend!

Mike, the Manager, diagnosed the issue with my car. He informed me that the issue should be covered under warranty by the dealer, in his opinion. It was!! Saved me a good chunk of $. Courteous, professional and honest! Thank you Mike!

Victory Auto really came through for us during a time of need! Both of our vehicles were disabled at the same time. Victory took them in and had them available by the next day. They provided a loaner car so we could get home and back. What a relief to know that people really do care and try to help! We will definitely use their services again if needed. I wanted a second opinion after the dealership was quoting me thousands of dollars to replace a timing chain, and most likely the engine of my 2017 VW Tiguan with 122,000 miles. I went on Nextdoor for recommended auto service, and called my top two choices, going with Victory because they could get me in the next day.Justin was very pleasant, over the phone and in person. He wrote all my concerns down, including my brakes, and explained costs and time needed to do a thorough inspection. After 1 1/2 - 2 hours, Dustin found no problem with the timing chain and engine, but addressed the low oil level and the brakes that were need of replacement. I totally agreed with the recommendations and went ahead with the work.I am so pleased with the outcome, and the level of professionalism of the staff. I will recommend them on NextDoor and to my friends and family.Thank you! Cathie Bergstrand

I got the alternator replaced on my 2002 Audi A4. They were fast, efficient, and the customer service was fantastic. Tanner at the front desk was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure that I was satisfied with the job they had done. 10/10 going back for routine maintenance and for any repairs I will need in the future. Highly recommend Victory auto in Chanhassen. I also received a hand written letter in the mail about a week later thanking me for my business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worked with these guys multiple times in many different problems of my car, they get it done perfectly every time, their very efficient, practical, and thorough in all they do, i love to see it and am grateful for their good work continuously! We d read some reviews beforehand and had high hopes coming in. Other reviews couldn t have been more accurate. Mike welcomed us in a travel time crunch when others couldn t accommodate and got us in and out within a day s time. He also negotiated with the car parts dealer to get us $300 off our total. Victory Auto Chanhassen . My guy Dan came to work specifically to do some scheduled work on my truck. On a Friday! - when he clearly should have called in sick . I was the sole reason he was there that day because he knew it was important to me. He completed what I needed , then punched out and went back home to bed . That was so over and above ! I stopped by a few weeks later to properly thank him , and tell him how much that meant to me . He has a sincere appreciation for "his customers" and it shows ! Thank you so much Dan. In ALL HONESTY, Chris jumped through hoops to get my significant other and I in today to work on her vehicle. We were pounding on our heads, cause the best wr could find ANYWHRE ELSE was 1.5 - 2 weeks.....Chris knew right away what it was we were dealing with and he personally lined up a towing service to get our vehicle down to their shop.....He was SPOTTTT ON with his communication, with how professional he was, and how he kept us up to speed throughout the entire process.I own a manufacturing rep agency and I deal with customer service 12-14 hours a day, and I would pay to have Chris on any and every team I deal with....LONG STORY SHORT, this was our first experience with Victory and Chris, but it will be FARRRR from our last......A+++++++++ service from start to finish....IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA AND ARE IN NEED OF ANYYYYYY mechanical works I promise it's beyond worth a call to Chris and his crew.....FOR REAL REAL...TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS EVERYONE..Services: Electrical repair, Installation, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery maintenance

Great spot for auto repairs and maintenance. Took my Subaru Legacy in for timing belt/valve cover/brake pad replacement. Josiah was very helpful and communicative. Great service. Josiah was very helpful in the tire brand and model selection process. They are very honest and I trust that they won t recommend or do service or repairs that aren t totally necessary. I'm once again so thankful for Victory Auto Service! I needed to schedule my Beetle for service after the battery died and I had asked Josiah to let me know when there was a loaner available. He called today to let me know he had a loaner car. I was able to jump start my car and drove to Victory. I was so worried I would have to purchase a new battery and have major work done on it. Josiah assured me that they would take a look - and after assessing it, the battery just needed to be recharged. While it was charging, I had the oil changed! Victory could have easily talked me into purchasing a new battery as well as other services that I didn't need. I've had several similar positive experiences at Victory where they could have easily talked me into having unnecessary work done on one of my cars -- but didn't. Thank you, Josiah, and the techs for honest, and thorough work.The tire light came on and Victory Auto got me in the same day and discovered a screw in the tire. It was quickly repaired and I'm on my way. This auto Service is by far one of the best I've experienced. Both my Beetle and Mazda have been in for regular service as well as a variety of issues. I always receive prompt and courteous service. I also appreciate that they follow COVID CDC recommendations. I highly recommend Victory Auto.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Update as of 8/17/23I continue to receive great service from Victory. Over the last two years they've kept both my vehicles running. In the current car market this has saved me a lot of heartache and stress.Mike is the gentleman who normally works with me directly and he's always very accommodating of my schedule and helpful explaining any issues that need to be addressed. He also always seems to be looking out for my wallet, by giving me some sort of discount.I can't say I know any of the technicians by name, but I'm extremely confident in their work. They're always friendly and have always done an excellent job making sure I can count on both my Civic and Tribute - vehicles that are 15+ years old.Victory continues to treat me fairly and I am confident that I'm getting great service at an affordable price.________________________________I've been using Victory in Chan for a few years now. I always get good service from folks who know what they're doing, and who I can trust. That goes a long way for me, when it comes mechanical work. I don't know a lot about cars and I certainly don't have all the tools I'd need to work on it anyway. Every time they're able to narrow down the problem and handle it. I also feel that I'm being treated fairly. They have definitely earned my trust and my business and I hope they can keep my 03 and 09 running until they get rid of touch screen controls in cars.

Have been going with Victory Auto for years. Always a very welcoming lobby and staff, quick service for a great price and they give it to me straight. One winter I needed a tire replaced immediately! Limped my Ford Focus to their store. They worked with my vehicle right away and made a good recommendation for new tires that fit my need and budget. The staff even memorize the weird trick for my ignition to start my car. Shout out to the ppl at Victory, they are awesome!-Dee

I've been going to victory Auto for a few years now. They have always been very transparent about the work being done on my car and also informative is to next steps I can take. I don't feel pressured by them to pay for any additional services which is something I really appreciate.
