I feel like the shop is trustworthy and the technicians do a good job with the repairs/maintenance I have needed. Joe is friendly and knows what he is talking about. He is upfront about what needs to be done versus what could be done, which I think is admirable in the auto repair industry. The work has always been done in a timely fashion and the rates seem to be reasonable.

Excellent staff, very responsive, answered all my questions, called me back promptly, provided tire replacement options for me to consider, finished their work ahead of schedule so I could get my car back the same day. I would recommend Tires Plus in Chanhassen.

I hope the manager reads this review. If you are a female wanting to learn more about your vehicle, please stay away from this branch.On 10/31/23 at 4:30 Pm I called the Chanhassen Tires Plus to inquire about winter tires. I had knowledge of the make, model, and size of tires needed. The worker was trying to explain the final cost of operation. At the time, I was holding my daughter who needed my help so I said here, I m going to pass you to my husband for a second with the response somewhere along saying *sigh* that would be helpful .A few minutes later after my husband was talking to the person, the phone was on speaker and I asked if there was a warranty for the tires. He rudely said, I can t hear her. Implying that he would only talk to my husband at this point.We have decided to go with a competitor, simple on the fact of the conversation. Tires Plus quoted us $807 and the competitor $946. The additional $139 is worth it to not have to work with a sexist company.

Had a tire blow! It was good experience. Gentleman at the front Jay was his name made an unfortunate experience, into a smooth and all fixed situation. Thanks Jay! Veteran friendly as well!

Had a horrible experience at this location today. I respect the fact that my tire could not be repaired. However, the employee tried to bully me into buying new tires and laughed at me. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I would have appreciated more kindness and compassion as you never know what someone may be going through.

I can only speak to their work associated to wheels and tires. In that, they do a very good job. Also the staff is easy to work with and knowledgeable. I have had work done here several times in the past 5 years and everything goes well. -- Photo was the last time I went in I had this light and they found it was the sensors needed to be set to recognize the wheels, they reset it all in a few minutes and I was on my way, with no more light!Service: Tires

After getting a warranty claim number from Bridgestone. I was told to call this location to have my tires inspected along with my claim number. They said tires plus would call them and we would move forward from there. I called to setup and Jeremy told me they wouldn't warranty them because they were junk Bridgestone manufacturers tires that came on my Ford and manufactured tires for car makers are not under warranty.I then called Bridgestone back and told them what Jeremy said and Bridgestone said they knew the tires were on a new Ford vehicle and that didn't matter they still would stand behind there product that only lasted a year & 1/2 and they apologized for the behavior of Jeremy. They said his job was to inspect the tires and to report to them tread depths and Bridgestone warranty department makes the decision of how I would be helped.They gave me other Bridgestone locations to call that were not Tires Plus. I now have appointment set with some where else.After talking to Ford customer Service and starting a claim #. Because my car is still under bumper to bumper warranty. They reinsured me all tire from manufactured are covered under a tire warranty and the case would stay opened until its resolved.Service: Tires

On 4/23/2023 I brought my 2016 Ford Explorer for an oil change. I was informed when dropping off the vehicle by Matt who I believe just took over this location about 6 months ago, that Tires Plus has been putting the wrong oil in my car for 4 years. When I picked up the car that afternoon the car was smoking excessively out of the back exhaust. When the store was asked they stated it was the Fuel Cleaner they added and if it was too bad we could top off the gas tank to help mix it or it should go away in about a day. The car was driven approximately 19 miles home and prior to arriving the check engine light was flashing. Again the store was contacted and stated it could be from the emissions from the smoke. The car was parked in the garage overnight and in the morning the car was still smoking and check engine light was back on. We contacted the store who said if we were nearby we could swing in and they would plug the car in to see what code it was spitting out. I followed my husband to the store in his car and noticed that the oil pan was dragging on the ground. When we got to the store they acknowledged they forgot to screw this back on all the way and stated they checked the fluid levels. The code came back as a Turbo Code according to the technician. We left the store and within 40 miles the engine had seized up and the car was completely out of oil, dead on the side of the highway. Been calling their corporate office for 6+ weeks for Seth Byrd and his supervisor Nick and have not yet received a single update on this claim. They avoid any type of conversation, have not returned a single call. I will absolutely not stop until this matter is resolved because I'm now out a car I still have to pay the loan on.Service: Oil change

I went in for a tie rod repair and alignment. They never attached the rubber boot and they cut the front of it off so it couldn't be re attached properly. And my truck alignment isnt even straight. I brought it back up there and Joe told me basically to leave and they don't have time to fix it or even look at it and I need to leave. I left without the tech even fixing it. You get what you pay for, plenty of other shops, I'd avoid these hacks

Limped on my leaking falling apart tire to go here because they said they could fix it, they then said it'd be done in like 3 days. I'm 4 hours stranded from home and now my tire blewout because I went here instead of going elsewhere.

Joe was super helpful and had fun talking to him. They were thorough and helped me predict what I needed to do next in a timely manner without telling me I needed repairs that were unnecessary. Great place, will be taking it back!

I ve been using this Tires Plus for a while now, but the last couple of times I ve come in, I ve received mixed messages from one particular technician Joe. During one visit, Joe told me that my engine was leaking oil and that I need come on to pay for additional services and checks to find out where the leak is coming from. I schedule another appointment and another tech tells me he found no indication of a leak, but he does tell me about another problem with my disk brakes. That problem was true. He hands me off to Joe who quotes me more that $1000 to get the front disc brakes replaced. I find another solution and get it fixed for a quarter of the price.I come into Tires Plus today for another oil change and Joe automatically recognizes me and asks if I m in for just an oil change or other work done. I tell him, I got everything fixed. He tells me he has no record of the job and I respond is that my uncle fixed it for a quarter of the price. Then Joe tells me, well, your uncle doesn't pay my mortgage. The three times I ve had Joe service my vehicle soured my experience with Tires, and I will no longer be going back to this company. If you ever go the Chanhassen facility and he s there, I d suggest you double check every one of his suggestions for your vehicle.Service: Oil change

Wanted to charge me "about a hundred bucks" to rotate and balance my tires. That's "about" $45 dollars more the their competion and the competition was able to commit to a price with none of this "about" jazz.

Great Service! Was heading out of town for 4th of July weekend and found a nail in my tire. Tires Plus was to busy because of the holiday weekend to fix the tire while I waited; but they were able to swap my spare on so I could leave on the trip. The repaired tire was ready when I returned home and they put it back on for me. Thanks for the great service Tires Plus team!

These guys were able to get me in last minute when I called to schedule an appointment with them. I was assisted by Susan- who honestly the most delightful customer service rep I have ever had to deal with anywhere. Ended up going here after a terrible experience with Discount Tire and they completely turned my day around. So accommodating and polite. I ended up going to pick my vehicle up right around closing time, and Susan still made me feel welcome and not rushed. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

I have been going to Tires Plus for all kinds of work on my vehicles for a few years now. This location in particular has been the best! They are great at communicating problems and updating you on where your car is at, if it's become lengthy. The employees are great! I've never felt ripped off and leaving understanding what was wrong with my vehicle and confident it was fixed! Highly recommend.

I just had two tires replaced and I was in and out within an hour. While my car was being worked on, a suggestion was made to replace my cabin air filter. I agreed after seeing it and to my surprise I had to sign to agree that the change to my original quote was done. I really appreciate this kind of honesty. Not only was the service fast and friendly but it was inexpensive too.

What a turnaround!!! Great job Tires Plus! The last time I was at this location I almost couldn't get it of there fast enough: Barely coherent trio of drugged-out seeming teenagers were not able to get me an appointment for a headlight change! 1 year later the store is remodeled and Joe, a manager, was absolutely professional, educational, and helpful. His handling of the leak in my tire inspired confidence in me again in Tires Plus. He could have easily have said I needed a new tire, or I needed 4 new tires, but it was a simple leak repair of $36!! He gave me facts about how long my tires should last and have me multiple options for replacement when the time came. I'm so glad I can trust them again!

Back when I was a Boy Scout doing my Eagle Scout project, I asked the manager if I could get some used tires for my prject and he gladly agreed and took a few used tires and they were nothing but helpful. A while later I needed my car fixed up after a road trip and did a complete check up of my car really at no cost, they said I had a nail in my tire so I got that replaced along with some brake pads. It was a quick painless process of setting up the appointment online and setting the time you want to come in and it didn't take quite as long as I expected so nothing but praise from me for these guys.
