Professional and no nonsense. Came in for a tire repair and was serviced immediately. When it was found the tire needed to be replaced they got it done same day and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

April 8 2024- I have Been coming to Browns now for a little over a year, and every time is easy and stress free. James does a wonderful job making you feel at ease and answers all questions with confidence and care. Everyone on the team rocks, they re all so dilligent and kind. 10/10 and I ll always choose to come back here!I had My heat and blower stop working unexpectedly last week after all the negative temps, and Mark and the guys got me in on Friday and finished my car today, they were thorough and efficient and did a wonderful job. I will Absolutely service my vehicle here again, without a doubt! Thank you team!!

I ve brought several cars here over the course of two decades. They ve fixed major issues, like brakes, n prevented complete mental breakdowns from minor things like putting plates on/changing fob batteries. I ve never felt pressured to throw money at anything that wasn t absolutely necessary, plus they look the other way when I ve had a zombie or animal skulls in my car or brought a leashed dog into their waiting area. 10/10 would def recommend

I have been bringing my families cars to Ron Brown for over 20 years. They are the best mechanical minds in the area and always go above and beyond to make sure I'm safe on the road. From new tires and oil changes to bigger, more involved diagnosis and repair, they have always been fair and honest with us, and don't fix it if it ain't broke. Shop manager James is very good at communicating and explaining what they found, what they think we should do about it, and provide answers to any and all questions we've had. Today, I picked up my car from regular service and brought along my flat garden wagon tire, and they helped me get it fixed up and back on the wheel while I was settling up inside. We haven't had a mechanical issue that Mark hasn't been able to fix. They are wonderful at checking out potential used cars for me when shopping for cars for the kids and give me honest advice based on real experience. I trust Brown's Tire and Auto with all our automotive needs, big and small. They are wonderful neighbors in our community.

We are from out of town, but we stumbled upon Brown s Tire & Auto this past week and they absolutely came to our rescue when we needed help with our vehicle! They were so gracious, speedy, and incredibly kind! Thank you so much for going out of your way to assist us!!

James is great. Honest guy you can trust. We recommend this shop. Be sure you talk to them upfront if you have cost concerns though so you both on the sane page. All shops are costly as the techs require training to stay certified mechanics. Communication is the key for a good experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. I spent over 3k on diagnosis and attempting to repair my '99 Lexus. My vehicle was not in working order after the repairs. They would not look at the vehicle without additional fees to diagnose the problem. I ended up selling the vehicle to a mechanic who is an expert about cars, he told me that they likely used after market parts. I would never take another vehicle to Brown's Tire & Auto unless your willing to waste time and money, very disappointed.

Brought my car in for a simple tire replacement and alignment, Took them over a week which I can understand since it was the 1st snowfall of the season. But one of the many times when I called for an update they told me that they had the car in the shop and I got a ride by and saw that the car was still outside. They were Also a little overpriced In my opinion. But the thing that hurt me the most was my stuff was rummaged through and that was extremely invasive and although i cant prove it I'm positive that personal items were taken from my car.

Every time I have gotten my car fixed here they have treated me like a human and not some woman who can't find her husband, like Goodyear. I have had multiple things fixed on my car and every time I have left satisfied. The guys are AMAZING and very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place over any other car shop out there.

I've brought my truck into Brown's Auto for the past 5 years, and can say they are as honest and reliable of a repair shop you will find. The owner Ron is a great guy and James and their other staff are nice and easy to work with. Even when I moved from Chanhassen, and had other options closer to where we live, I still make the drive to this repair shop.

I was 10 days out from surgery and had to make a trip to the pharmacy to get more pain medicine. I was almost there when I realized I had a flat tire. I couldn t go home and I couldn t change the tire myself. I was in an enormous amount of pain, but they got me in right away and shifted some folks around to get the nail out of my tire and on my way. This is definitely the kind of place you want to do business with and goodness knows, they ve earned mine.

Honest, affordable, fast, friendly, reliable car service. These guys do full service auto repair not just tires. I just had them put new brakes on my car today. We've been taking our vehicles here for years. If you need auto repair in Chanhassen call these guys!

SUPER impressed and appreciative of Brown's Tire and Auto. Our family took a day trip over to MN and ended up with a hole in a tire. Stopped at a different big box tire repair and toldn it would take an hour and not sure when they could get to it but something about 4 pm (it was about 1 pm). So googled tire repair and Brown's popped up first and closest which is what we needed! Made a call and we were able to get right in. Amazingly fast and friendly! They tried to plug the hole, but it was a no go. The gentleman helping us (none of us looked at his name , but we do know he was from Eau Claire! Thanks fellow Wisconsinite!) said he would check for a used tire. All said and done, $50 and we were gone in about 20 minutes!! Our family is very thankful for your help! We could not have been happier to have found Brown's! THANK YOU!!

For as long as I can remember these guys have been the ones working on my family's cars. They still work on my mom's. And they always do what's right by their customers, sometimes it hurts the pocketbook but they're honest and you can trust them. I haven't been there in a few years due to having a good deal at my car dealer, but that's about to change.

I highly recommend Brown's Tire and Auto. If you're lucky, you'll get James. He game me excellent service when he fixed two flats on two separate occasions. He only charged me $25 for repairing a flat the first time and no charge for putting my spare on when I had another flat.

I really thought this was one of the nicest car places I have visited. They were prompt and polite and couldn't have been nicer. I also had a 100% good experience with my services I had done there. They actually seem very honest and I would definitely go back again for any car service that I needed. I would recommend

Fixed my truck tire very quickly. Price a bit on the high side, but hey it is working super well. Called ahead and really did not need any appt.

Really great service. Able to talk me trough exactly what was wrong with my truck. They went beyond the pay grade to make sure my car was in good shape, it s been humming like a bird since!

Working in the automotive industry for several years, I cannot believe your company would charge a little old lady $65.00 to tighten an oil drain plug ??? I know who I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go to. This is just ridiculous.

I took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation it come out to 160, I did get full synthetic and I have an f150 so I knew it would be up there but when I got the bill and they charge $8 for a chassis lube I asked the guy what they lube because I normally do this myself and I wondered if I should be doing this and he said nothing really because most of it is sealed, in my head I said why was I charged then. Idk if I'll be back
