If you're looking for a local shop to take your vehicle, this is the place. Honest employees who are helpful and a pretty quick repair time. Happy with the services I've had here.

About a year ago, my car was in an accident, the front left tirod/joint snapped right off and folded my wheel. Not a fun situation. My car was towed to the shop and left there. The staff were excellent and took care of everything. At the end of the day, I was very happy with the bill amount and I was good to go. It's worth alot more though to know you've got good people looking out for you. Hard to put a price on that. Thanks again.

I've been taking both of my cars here for years. The people are great. They will always tell you if something is really required or just something to keep an eye on for now. They have always done great work and the one time after a repair where I still had an issue, they took the car back in and made it right, no questions asked. We have been bringing our company vehicles to Automotive Unlimited for several years now for maintenance and repairs. We have been extremely pleased with their service. They always look over the entire vehicle for us, let us know what we should take care of immediately, and also what can wait. Our family has been going to Automotive Unlimited for at least 7 cars and we were agin impressed with our experience. We had a major car repair and Automotive Unlimited was excellent with their communication, upfront with their pricing, and when everything was done they looked back on the service history of the car and saw that they had replaced a part a couple years ago. It was still under warrantee, and even though they may not be reimbursed for labor under the warrantee, they took that off anyway saving us 100's of dollars. We highly recommend them!

I was a first time customer after being referred by Discount Tires for an alignment. When I had to cancel and reschedule, there was no fuss and no problem. The alignment required some extra work, however Sean explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and even answered a further question I had on the repairs. I was treated courteously and I appreciated the manner in which I was respected. The shop is near where I live and I am seriously considering returning there when I need more work done. I was looking for a new repair shop to bring my 01 Mazda to, because in the past I ve went to iffy shops that don t treat me and my car as they should be treated. I am SO impressed with my first experience here. From the moment I called to come in the same day, they were so nice and welcoming. I brought my car for an oil change and inspection. They openly listened to some of my concerns and made sure to check them out. I was given honest repair recommendations from brakes being only half worn and then even a couple bulbs being out that I had no idea we re out. No BS whatsoever. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I m actually looking forward to continue to bring my cars here for any repairs that come up. I highly recommend!!Update: I've been coming here consistently for the last 2 years for all the cars I've had (including my stubborn 06 Saab) and they've always made sure my car leaves the shop running great. Sean, Nick, Bri, Nicki, and the technicians are all very kind and knowledgable people.

I m new to area, in the mail I received a birthday/new customer gift card. I usually throw things like that away but I kept it and when it was time for an oil change I remembered that I had the coupon. I called and made an appointment, everything went great and I also asked them to check about a rattling. They told me it was a heat shield, I thought great! Finally have a name for it so we can fix it. At first i thought the heat shield issue was addressed by the next day the rattle was back. So I went back in and the mechanic looked at it again. I asked the receptionist If it was taken care of and she said that on my 2010 Nissan Altima that there are over 20 heart shields on my car and that they may need to tinker around more with it. The rattle came back so I saw a different mechanic and told him about my situation and he was nice enough to lift my car and show me what and where my heat shields were. He told me that were giving me inaccurate information and misleading me.I will not be coming back.

I was looking for a local place to have my oil changed, and used Automotive Unlimited for the first time. They were professional, explained the process for health and safety during the Pandemic, and booked my appointment quickly. They finished the work in a timely manner and sent me a follow up to be sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely use this service in the future!

Amazing service yet again. Had to cancel my appointment last minute twice, they gave me no grief and were more than accommodating. Always up front and honest about what repairs need to be done and in what order they should be done and why.Their customer service is top notch, nothing like I have ever received before when it comes to an auto repair business (and I have dealt with a lot over the years). I cannot recommend this place enough!

Nick and his team are the best in the business! As an insurance agent, it's important that I have a great mechanic that I can refer my clients to. It s always hard to find a shop you feel like you can fully trust, but every time I bring my car to Automotive Unlimited I know I can trust that what they tell me is the truth, and that they truly care for their clients safety. I ve been screwed over by car shops in the past and have never felt that way bringing my car in here. They always start off with the most basic level of diagnosis, and don t run a million unnecessary and expensive tests. I ve never had to leave my car there overnight because they re so quick at completing work. Bri and Nick have always been so kind, and remember random details about your life which I just feel goes to prove that they don t just want your money.

Great communication and got me in for an oil change on super short notice. Very reasonable prices for the work and Aplus customer service. I had a charge for washer fluid, which I'm sure I was low, and the price was again reasonable, and I appreciate them taking the initiative to fill it, just wish I was told about it before hand as an option! Will be coming back here with the rest of my vehicles.

Great service and experience all around! I took my car to Automotive Unlimited for some air conditioning repairs and they quoted me a very reasonable price. They were able to complete the repairs quickly and the cost was exactly as predicted, no surprises. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful!

For me, the ultimate test of an auto repair shop is the way I'm treated, as a woman. I can't tell you how many times I've been told, by other shops, that my car "needs" services well over and above the asked for repair.Fall of '15 I took my 07 Subaru Tribeca to Loren and crew with ignition coil issues. While it was not an inexpensive repair, the work was explained to me and I was satisfied with the amount paid. A couple months later I noticed My Ru was due for the 90k service and an oil change, and I needed my winter tires put on. I made the appointment, dropped off my car and was braced for a large bill. About an hour after drop off, Loren called to tell me most of the 90k service had been included in the previous repair. I commented that I would not have realized the work had already been done and I appreciated their honesty. Loren said, "we don't do that [overcharge their customers]. We respect our customers " WOW! That experience sealed it for me, I will be an Automotive Unlimited customer for life!Thank You Loren and Crew!!!

Website is filled with helpful tips. Coupons too. I love that I can schedule an appointment online. Friendly folks with great automotive services. Clean waiting area. COVID safety taken seriously. Masks on, thank you. Reasonably priced. So happy I go here and wish I found them years ago.

Excellent Car Shop. They caught a broken tire rod when my local Auto Shop missed it. They are professional, on time and have good value. They even took a look at my car when I suspected the new brakes were squeaking. They was nothing wrong with it. I trust this place. Thank you!

We take all of our vehicles to Automotive Unlimited. They are consummate professionals and have never tried to up-sell me or tack on unnecessary repairs. The folks there do a great job at a fair price. We wouldn t go anywhere else.
