They brought my vehicle in on time at the scheduled appointment time. They did all the work requested at the price expected. They were very helpful answering questions specific to my vehicle and suggesting maintenance and pricing that my vehicle will need in the near future. My sister in law got a brake inspection done while getting her tires swapped because she was hearing and feeling grinding. They said the brakes were fine and sent her on her way. These are the pads I pulled off of the car; the thicker one was on the outside, ruined one on the inside.The caliper on her car has an inspection hole in it to check the inside pad and they were too lazy or incompetent to even do that. They put her back on the road with her car in a genuinely dangerous state after telling her it was fine.Go elsewhere.

I won t bring my truck anywhere else unless I m out of state! They are honest, prompt and have a very friendly and capable staff. When they changed the oil filter they didn't remove the old oil ring. This resulted in a double oil ring and leaking oil.

I am thankful for the manager & mechanics at Heartland Tire in Champlin! They diagnosed and replaced my CV boot after it had become damaged at another place. I have been using there services for 10 years. Preformed oil change and vehicle safety and maintenance inspection. All okay. Did not put cover back on correctly for air filter. Noticed air noise coming from engine on acceleration. This has become my family's go-to auto place. The staff are so helpful, quick, and resourceful. I haven't had a bad experience in all my years of bringing my old but trusty car to them. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to work on their car.

The guys here are amazing! The past couple of years, I had this little Toyota, just shy of 200k miles so naturally certain things are bound to pop up. They were very warm and professional to interact with and communicated frequently through the phone, often updating me on what problems they would find, what solutions they recommend, and the pricing. The pricing seemed reasonable and I never felt pressure like they were upselling anything. Best of all, my car would be all fixed and ready to go with no issue. Just recently I purchased a new SUV, and the tire pressure dropped during the first cold snap. I went to 5 gas stations in the area and all their air pumps were out of order. I was nearby and thought to see if they could quickly fill my tires. I felt bad because they were so busy but they took me in no problem and helped me out. That I greatly appreciated and am always recommending them to anyone I know. I hope this group of great people never leave lol they do such great work!

I woke up Monday morning with a mail in my tire, changed it and put the spare on myself. Called this location and they were extremely helpful without trying to sell me things I do not need. Josh was the individual I spoke to on the phone, he was able to get all 4 tires delivered the same day I called and they were able to squeeze me in the next day for a very good price which included road hazard protection and a $50 rebate. The team at Champlin Heartland Tire has always been amazing to me and my husband when we bring our cars in to get serviced. We needed new wheels and tires before leaving on a long road trip. The staff was able to locate quality and affordable wheels in town and get them replaced in 24 hours. In November of 2020, my husband and I brought our vehicle in to get new tires, which were done in a professional and timely manner. However, we have had to come in three separate times to replace old leaking valve stems which were supposed to be replaced when we got new tires. Fourth one now has to be replaced. They should have been addressed the first time, if not the last three times. Not too happy with the service.
