Our battery died in the parking lot, we went to auto services and they brought out the jump pack. Customer service is unmatched!

The staff was very friendly and professional. We bought a set of new tires that ended up being way too loud at highway speeds. They confirmed the issue and replaced the tires with a different tire, free of charge. Awesome customer service!

Had a tire bead patched. Didnt hold. 30 day warranty they say. Ridiculous. Use some discretion and look at the tire which was still in new condition, I concede if I had drove 40,000 miles on the tire, sure that's normal wear, but less than 3,000 miles on the original repair. I Still had them re fix it, due to time. Very poor customer service.

I would give more stars but I would have to experience more. They are always busy so just bringing in your car for tires or service requires a week.

If you need trailer tires and want knowledgeable, friendly customer service, this is the place to go. Price on the tires is favorable as well.

I just got a full set of tires, and I feel very well taken care of. The staff is extremely patient and helpful.

Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. Cashier in auto center knew nothing about mechanicans which would have been nice though to be able to have my questions answered.

Terrible customer service. I would go ZERO if it let me. I hate giving fleet farm a negative review but would not recommend the auto section
