Great group. Ed made the long distance sale easy and Ray facilitated a delivery for me from MN to WA for the sled. Everyone Ive talked to is very polite even though tracking parts that were ordered becomes cumbersome with Cat. Next snow checks will come from Cannon Power Sport even though its long distance. Customer Service is worth the money.

Horrible place to drop your property off at. I was leaving for a trip and asked them to do 2 simple things that are stupid easy to do on a four wheeler so I could have it back and go right to our riding trip. They held onto my four wheeler for 3 months and tried over charging me on everything. They also broke something and charged me to get a replacement part. They don t give you updates ever, I called in once and asked when I can get it back and was told to stop calling will never go back here

My wife and I bought a 2023 CFMOTO and the staff was so nice and helpful. They answered all our questions and even had the side by side ready when we got there. They even went above and beyond to find a windshield for it!! Highly recommend this place. We will be coming back here.

I personally never dealt with you - my husband deals with the store. He raves about the great customer service. We don't live locally, but my husband made the trip out there the first time. They ship parts to our home fast. We are definitely becoming loyal customers to this location!! Great staff and they always have what we need in stock.

Have never to cannon power sports but they will definitely see my continued business in the future. The place was so busy today and everyone was with customers and never once did I feel like I wasn t good enough. They took care of all my needs as quick as they could have for how busy they all were. Cant wait to come back and buy a sled from them.!!! Keep it up cannon power!!!!!!

I had a completely different outcome than the last reviewers. Gary made my purchase of a new Sportsman 570 very easy. Their pricing was better than their competitors and I was in and out very quickly. The finance manager was also great, she was very helpful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

I must say my experience with Canon was a fantastic. Dave was a great salesman did everything that he said he would do for me even got me a use Polaris banner which was much appreciated for my man cave thanks Dave it was worth driving the extra distance for someone who kept their word. The Store manager came and asked how my experience was and genuinely seem to care . I read reviews of other places and found very few things wrong at Cannon the bad reviews that I did see was not what I seen when I dealt with them. Understanding that you can't make everybody happy they sure do a good job of making people feel comfortable and do what they say. I bought my first new machine with them the 2017 razor 900 S and I would definitely buy another from them when I need it. In closing I must say thank you very much to all employees I do appreciate people who do what they say keep up the great work

Michelle and Randy are the best! We bought a 2019 Yamaha Wolverine from them. They are not slippery sales people they want their customers to get the best deal possible. I have never had so much fun while making a big purchase like that. Best experience EVER!!

Bought my neighbors Kodiak off of him fresh from getting a carb clean at cannon power sports. Was idling high and smelled rich so I started looking at removing the carb myself to clean it. I found a cross threaded bolt holding the back of the tank down, wire harness laying on the exhaust starting to melt through, the hose clamp holding the air box tube to carb not even close to being installed. And noticed that the carb is actually leaking fuel.

Had my 1997 Artic Kat 454 serviced here last fall and had great service, that's why I drove the 55 miles to have more work done. I get there and they inform me that under the new management they do not work on anything older than 2000. This should have been mentioned in n the phone call. Never going to recommend this shop again.

I would give them a 0 but I can t! I called ahead for the recall notice and had a recall kit held in my name. 5 weeks later! I found out that they gave my kit to someone else with not even 1 call in 5 weeks from them! All they care about is the sale then after that good luck!

Had some handling issues with my 2020 Polaris snowmobile after purchasing from a WI non-Polaris dealer... they were able to get me in within 2 days, expedited the repairs and took care of my warranty repairs as well! I cant say enough about the clear communication and proficiency Rick and Paul brought to the table! I was out riding that weekend with zero downtime.

Cannon Power Sports still has great customer service. I drive an hour to use this shop, instead of going to other shops which are closer. I had a fault code on my Ranger which I needed that weekend. Their service department was booked full, but took the time to read the code to let me know if by using the machine, I would cause damage to it. When it was time to repair it, they kept their appointment and time frame. The fix worked and the machine is running well.

Brought my ranger in for a check engine light. After 3.5 weeks of them screwing around went and got it back, however when I went to get it it was no longer running. So now I will have more expenses at the next dealership just to get back to where I was when I brought it in. Definitely would urge people to save money and go to a dealer that will do it right the first time

I had previously posted a very negative review on Cannon Power Sports due to terrible customer service from the previous general manager.Recently, the company has gone through a management change and I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service! The new general manager called me about my negative google review to apologize and help resolve the issue. As a businessman, I know how difficult it is to clean up someone else's mess. The new GM treated me with nothing but respect and gave me a great deal on my next purchase. I will now be a loyal customer.If anyone has had a bad experience, I suggest you give the new management a chance. They have now earned my business, and they will do the same for you.

Ordered parts for my arctic cat wildcat over a month and a half ago! Was told a week tops to get my parts guess what?.. Still no parts and no one calls to update you in there parts department! I have called over 6 times and they have no Answers for me. Was supposed to get a call back from a manger the last time I called but what do you know.... did not Receive one.

Happy with the experience I had with cannon falls purchasing my new ranger 900. They did a great job through out the whole process. Another plus they delivered my new ranger right to my door step without any extra charges. I will definatly recommend them to other people.

They have an excellent assortment of new machines from Arctic Cat and Polaris. All the popular models, accessories and gear are usually in stock with competitive prices.Their sales people are versed in specs and comparative insight to help you with your decision in a no-pressure way. I worked with Aaron to purchase a Wildcat and he ensured I was taken care of throughout the purchase process and again when I stopped in for service.Their tech, Kyle, is a rockstar and went WAY above and beyond on 2 separate occasions to fix a couple problems so that I was able to ride within a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them and will be a loyal customer even though there is another dealer 15 minutes closer. They're good guys over there.

Sales & Service Department are thieves! I had forget to remove a 5 gallon bucket full of tools; spare belt, mini air compressor,belt removal tool, ratchet wrench, nut driver, 2 spark plugs, recovery strap, folding shovel, 3 clevises on my trade-in.I went back 11 days later to pickup the bucket full of tools and half of the contents were missing. The mechanic and service manager Ethan said they could not find the missing contents. The mechanic said he didn't steal anything prior to me accusing him of anything.Doug "Digger" the sales manager had agreed with me the tires and wheels and 4 point harnesses from my trade-in could be removed prior to trade-in as they will be going on my machine.When I returned 3 days later to swap tires and wheels from new machine onto trade-in and remove the 4 point harnesses, I was charged $173.00, despite that was part of the trade-in deal and Doug never mentioned there would be a fee to swap and remove parts. It took me 11 days to get refunded only $100.00!First time customer here and LAST! I am absolutely disgusted by lack of customer service and the fact that they are thieves and Ethan laughed when I mentioned if Law Enforcement should get involved in this matter.STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I actually purchased my 2015 Sportsman 1000XP at a competitor's store, as I wasn't aware that Cannon Powersports was around. I WISH I would have purchased the machine here. When it came time for warranty service - My selling dealer said "we won't be able to look at it for about a month - we're booked." Which wasn't what I was looking to hear after dropping $13k on a new wheeler. So, I decided to give Cannon Power Sports a call and see if they'd be able to fit me in. I had a tight timeline as July 4th was rapidly approaching and I had an ATV trip planned. The whole bunch at Cannon made me feel welcome, and helped me to get back on the trails in time. I've since taken it back a few times due to issues with my Sportsman - and these people have been helpful every single time. I will ONLY purchase here from now on. Not only do they have better prices than the dealer I purchased from in Lakeville, but better service in my opinion as well. These people didn't owe me a thing - but they helped me out anyways. It's nice to find a dealer that cares about the customer after a sale is made (even when there wasn't a purchase there to begin with). They've earned all of my future business.Thank you Cannon Powersports!

I had an excellent experience with Cannon Power Sports. I had ordered a Polaris Torque Arm that I needed quickly, I talked with Kim in the Web Sales Department and she promptly sent out the part which I received in two days. I want to thank Kim for her cooperation and promptness. I will definitely use Cannon Power Sports in the future. Thanks again, Ken Oman.

I looked at a couple of dealers for my new Polaris Ranger. Cannon Power Sports had the best price and Gary was very honest and upfront with my questions. He made my experience very enjoyable. I would recommend Cannon Power Sports to any one looking to purchase an ATV.

Great customer service. Love this place and my new toy. Knowledgeable staff and did there best to answer every question and tool there time in helping me decide on the best atv that suited my families needs. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Called about my zr 600 asked if a tech could come outside and listen to the problem and I was told no problem we can have a look at it. Drive almost 45 minutes to get there and then I m told the techs don t have time to come outside and look at it. The place is not there to help you. They are there to make money, which they will never get my business again from any family or friends of mine. Thanks for nothing.

Would never step foot in this business again.. Put a $1000.00 down in a sled they said was ready to go..but was in another building knowing we were coming back the next day we waited a half an hour for a salesman to look at a snowmobile they told us it was ready to go (pictured on the Internet). Joe the salesman took us to a building to find out they have no snowmobiles stored there, so back to the main store waited 30 minutes to get another ride 15 minutes away to look at the snowmobile (which was for sale on the Internet ready to go) then to find out they took parts off of it to finish a different sled. But they had know problem taking $1000.00 down for a sled that wasn't finished and don't want to refund it. They promised it would be ready in a week, call them back in 2 days and said to forget it, (guess Joe never gave the message) but 3 weeks later they call and ask when we are picking up the sled? Thanks for wasting over 10 hours of our time and putting so called ready to go sleds on the internet...nothing like false advertising. Your welcome for the $1000.00 since you don't want to refund it..At least we found a dealership that wanted to work with us and stay true to their internet sales..Heinens in Osseo Mn...they were so nice we bought 2 brand new sleds.
