This was the first time I had auto work performed on my car at Cannon Valley Repair. The overall experience was very good. Pleasant office staff and technicians that could answer my questions. Price was fair. They had a great car loaner program that worked out well for me. Overall I will definitely return to Cannon Valley Repair in the future.

I have been a customer of Cannon Auto Repair for a little over a year. I have had a few different repairs done over that time frame. I can tell you, I have never been disappointed in the quality of their work or the knowledge and helpfulness of their staff. I would highly recommend Cannon Auto Repair for all your repairs.

Ron was very kind and very helpful. His customer service was friendly and engaging. I would recommend this shop in the future.If I were to give any constructive criticism, it would be. I called to have a battery replaced . The diagnostics and labor cost as much as the battery. I had no issues paying it, I understand how this works. It's just like paying more for shipping than what the item actually costs.Absolutely a great shop with friendly staff. Definitely recommend.Service: Battery

It's nice to have a "Hometown" repair shop you can depend on! I appreciate the texts and email reminders about upcoming maintenance schedules. Staff has been friendly and pleasant to deal with. I've not had any issues with the work that was done. Not only did they excell at my 4 wheel alignment, they did a courtesy check of my vehicle knowing I installed new parts. The entire staff is kind and informative, not to mention timely!! Driving down from our home in the Twin Cities to visit family in Rochester over Christmas. Ford Edge had a misfire as we drove through Cannon Falls, so was able to pull off highway in town to gas station. Had vehicle towed in after Christmas weekend. Misfire due to bad coil. 3 of the 6 plugs on our Ford Edge are under intake manifold, so have waited to change those spark plugs. They did the tune up for all 6 plugs and new coil of course and did a great job. Was glad they could work it in around our holiday schedule traveling. Very sorry to hear about the owner passing away!

They replaced my serpentine belt and tensioner. I had dropped off my car around 3 on a Friday for them to fix on Monday. They ended up getting it in and repaired within an hour and back on the road before the weekend. Great communication, service! Cannon Auto RepairWhat a wonderful experience we had in December 2020 at this repair shop. They replaced the water pump on our Toyota and count us as a big fan of this business. We traveled there from Rochester because of a lower cost compared to Rochester shops. Very professional and friendly and prompt. We dealt with Ron in the office and would highly recommend using this business when needed.

Ron was very professional and punctual with updates and communication. They had to keep my car an extra day for something that turned out to be just road noise which was frustrating, but they were thorough and I appreciate that. Thank you Ron!!!!!I'm from Rochester and my car broke down just north of Cannon Falls and I was towed to Cannon Auto Repair. They were amazing! It's an old car and I was sure it was done for. I called all the car people I know and told them what had happened - they all gave it a grim prognosis. I was already shopping for another car when Ron called the next morning. They'd figured out exactly what was wrong and that the engine was still intact. They were able to fix it for less than I would have paid elsewhere and I have my wonderful car back! Love you guys!Renee
