Experience was amazing. I had my van towed there after getting a referral from someone in the parking lot it broke down in. Right away they assessed the situation went to work right away and fixed it when I thought for sure it was a lemon. Angie was awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable. She knew every detail and walked us through every step of the way making sure we got updates and knew what we were paying for up front before going forward. Definitely worth every penny. My van now runs even better than it did before. My son is so impressed with how well they did that he plans on going there now to have some work done on his car. I'm very happy and for sure will always come to them first with any future needs.

If I could put ten stars on my review, I would do so. I have taken my vehicles to Scottie and Son Auto Center since moving to the area in 2006. Certainly the only "car hospital" for all of my vehicles!! Fortunately, I can drive my car into the hospital most of the time. Whenever a tow is necessary, Scottie and Son's has responded quickly and efficiently. The staff treats me like I am their only customer while they answer my questions and they respond to my concerns with such speed and accuracy. I highly recommend their services and their commitment to customer service is unmatched. May they continue to experience success. :) Blessings :)

This has been my go to auto shop since moving to the area! They do a terrific job and have great customer service! They are always transparent, informative, and reasonable. I have brought multiple vehicles for multiple different repairs here (alternator, brake lines, calipers, oil changes, lights, etc) and have never had any complaints! The alternator I had replaced even went bad over this past weekend so they made it a priority job and swapped it out free of charge thanks to a full parts and labor warranty.

I will 100% recommend this shop to all friends and family! When my daughters car was brought in, we really had no idea if it could be fixed. They made magic happen! Excellent work and excellent customer service!

From one Local Business to Another I appreciate all the hard work and communication that they had when servicing my jeep! Just picked it back up today after hitting a deer and it s good as new! Would recommend to anyone who needs mechanical and body work! Happy Holidays!

My wife's vehicle needed service. Scottie and Son looked at her vehicle and found out the needed service was still under warranty. They called and let me know that is was still under warranty and to take it to the dealership. They went above and beyond to call the dealership to check on this before performing the work. THANKS!

Strong reputation as our family mechanic for consistent, reliable service. From basic oil changes and tires, accident damage, transmission swaps; they've done it all for us over the years and we travel well out of our way to stay with this shop we've grown to trust. Great work and a great value when you know it's done right the first time.

I had a lower mile engine replaced in my car at Scottie's and Son. Angie, Chris and the rest of the staff were simply wonderful! They were very customer oriented, polite and professional. They did the engine swap very quickly. It was done perfectly and the car runs like new. They even called me a few days later to see if I was happy with there work and the answer is yes, yes, yes! I have found my new repair and auto body shop. I highly recommend Scottie's and Son and give them a 5 star plus rating.

Our car broke down in the middle of no where. Scottie & Sons was one of the shops recommended by roadside assistance. I had heard great things, so I decided to try it. I couldn t be happier. The communication, customer service, and car repair was great! We have our new, local shop.

Great service (Angie), if she doesn't have an answer for you, she'll research it and find one. She's friendly and efficient. Highly-competent mechanic--he doesn't cut corners. Hard to find all of this now-a-days! Plus its close to home. Highly recommend.ps. Their dog is cute/friendly too.....

Scottie and Sons is my go to body shop in the area. Their quality of work is nothing short of fantastic! They were able to blend paint so perfectly, You would never even know something happened.... And their customer support is top notch. I have brought 3 vehicles here, And I have always been extremely satisfied. Even when funding was tight, or I didn't have full coverage on the vehicle, they worked with me, and did an incredible job within my budget. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I would recommend them to anybody that needs auto body or mechanical work done to their vehicle.

My husband found Scottie & Son as a place to take our used oil. When my 2012 Camry needed brakes we decided to give them a try. My first impression was noticing a large clean office. The service was friendly and personable. They communicated clearly and regularly letting us know the condition and suggested repairs and I thought the cost of repairs was reasonable. They did not suggest unnecessary repairs. The car is handling great, much better than prior to repairs. We certainly will use them going forward, much better than a dealer for sure!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

We have been coming to Scotties since we moved to the area in 2021. They are just a great team of people to work with. They have the best pricing we have found especially when it comes to major repairs. I had to get my catalytic converter replaced on my Tahoe... one place gave me a quote and it was insane. I went to Scottie's... they did an inspection first to make sure it really was the catalytic converter... and they were over $1,100 LESS than what the other place told me to do the exact same work. They are working on my son's car now and they always make sure to do right by you and want you safe. We appreciate them so much and will continue to come to them for all our car care needs for as long as we can.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Buyer Beware! My husband bought a car from him, within 2 days the first light came on. My husband fixed that problem. Since then 4 more lights have came on. When he called Scottie he wouldn't do anything, Scottie basically gave my husband the runaround! The car still is not fixed!

We have been using Scottie and Sons for years and they never disappoint. This time it was repairs for a car accident and they were very thorough, helped us when dealing with our insurance agency. I own a small business that is heavily relevant on my only work truck. I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown engine just a couple weeks ago. Scotties was quick to respond to my need. I needed body work after hitting a deer, and this shop was clean, organized, and efficient in getting my estimate, vs. the competition with an office covered in paint dust.The work at Scottie's was great! We've serviced 3 cars there ever since. Unlike other shops, they do not try to add to repairs, instead offering ways to save. The very best example of many: the check-engine light was on in our van. The Toyota dealer in St. Cloud diagnosed a problem needing a $3000 repair, including lifting the body off the engine. Scottie's offered to double-check the dealer's estimate. They found a puncture in the exhaust system, which they repaired for $100. Amazing! I have to also mention friendly touches, like (if scheduled in advance) free loaners, washing/cleaning cars after major work, and often having home-baked chocolate chip cookies for customers. This shop is amazing! I brought my 09 Malibu there for a four wheel alignment, and my car was done very quickly and very well done. Pricing is also very reasonable. My husband is a mechanic and is very impressed with their work. I just got to Cambridge mn less than a year ago and took my car to Scotties for repair. They took me home when i dropped it off and picked me up when it was done. I would highly recommend this body shop. I had hit a deer and sustained front end damage. I was amazed at how thorough and quick they were at getting my truck back on the road. The quality of their work is exceptional. I was very grateful for their ability to work with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. Went here for an oil change a few weeks ago. Nice people and seem honest. They also give you a $25 discount on any repairs over $99 as a new customer. I'm not sure if I'll get major repairs done here over my primary shop, but Scottie's is convenient for oil changes as I commute by them for work and school.
