They really but the time and effort into fixing the car perfectly. Super helpful with every step, drop off and pick up was super smooth and easy. They went above and beyond to make sure the paint was perfect. Couldn t be happier with the experience. Fingers crossed we don t have any more accidents, but 100% the people we would trust our car with again.

Had problem with our van that needed to be taken care of ASAP. They were able to get us in same day and get a new alternator in at a great price! Highly recommend these guys!

I have brought several of the vehicles I've owned there for many different things and have always been satisfied. BUT I now own a Nissan and have been there for oil changes & brake work. Scheduled oil change & transmission flush a couple months ago ,went to pick up and didn't get trans flushed because they had to order special fluid, stated I didn't know when I'd get back in because of many things going on, but he would order fluid and have for when I had time to get it in. Scheduled last week for today - oil and trans flush. Went to pick up and was not told that the trans flush had not been done until paying and that was not included. When asked I was told they didn't have the tools to do it so couldn't and that I was lucky he didn't drain it already before figuring that out. Said the owner should have done his research a little better and known what was needed for the job. Then proceeded to tell me if I didn't want problems like that I should buy a Buick and not a foreign car "if you know what I mean" If they are not able to work on Nissans (foreign cars) I should have been told from the start that maybe I should take it somewhere else.

I have been bringing my vehicles into Quality Car Care for a number of years now. Their prices are fair, and more importantly, I trust that they are looking out for me and my vehicle. They have even looked over vehicles that we were looking at purchasing, and gave some great feedback that was very helpful in us selecting the car we have been driving for the last 5 years! After a previous mechanic taking advantage of me, it is nice to know I have a place to bring my vehicles that I can trust. This business is named Quality Car Care . They struck out today on both quality and care.I brought my car in to get plugs, wires, and an oil change done. I spoke with them on the phone two weeks prior to see if they would replace the parts that needed fixing with OEM parts I had purchased at NAPA. They said this was NO PROBLEM and I set the appointment. I dropped the car off on my way to work and they called me 2 hours after they opened to let me know that they will not put "after market" parts in my car. Then they told me that the price would be roughly $150 more for the repair and also added $10 dollars onto the oil change price they had originally quoted at the time I made the appointment. I asked him where he buys his parts from and he said "NAPA". (Which was where I purchased my parts.) He then stated that if he does not purchase the parts then he considers them to be after market parts. After I told him that I didn't want the work done because I already purchased parts he immediately hung up on me. No discussion, no explanation as to what had changed. It felt like he was just upset he could not double charge me the price for the parts. When I went to pick up the car he tossed my keys at me and walked away. I am really frustrated and disappointed with my experience here. I waited two weeks to get my car worked on and now I will need to find somewhere else to go. The person whom I spoke to was not the same person I set up the appointment with originally so clearly there is no communication within the shop between employees. They had two weeks from the time I set my appointment to let me know they had changed their mind and would not be willing to use my "after market" NAPA parts. The way they handled the situation seemed really unprofessional and downright childish. If I could give negative stars I would. I hope nobody is forced to use this place for car repairs as it would be a waste of time and money. They made no effort to amend the situation or offer any type of explanation, and couldn't even speak to me like any decent service provider would. To the 60ish year old guy with a beard I had to deal with today, I wish I caught your name but you walked into the back room after tossing my keys at me. I hope no one else has to experience that behavior from you in the future. I feel like I was set up by them into forcing me to buy their overpriced "non-after market NAPA parts" I would not trust these people to put air in my tires.

I have had to use Quality Car Care twice this year unfortunately. The plus side is they are great to work with, explain everything thoroughly and are straight forward. I highly recommend them.

Went to get basic maintenance done on a classic car to get it ready for car shows. Air filter and wiper blades were overlooked. The air filter was very dirty which affected the overall starting of the vehicle.
