TLDR- GREAT folks to work with! Would do business with again :)I reached out to have a used Boss plow installed quickly and before winter here and they were very prompt to get scheduling and installation done and for a reasonable rate (I provided almost all of the parts needed). My husband is a bit OCD in his requirements and so he did stop back in after the fact with a few little things he had issues with. They were gracious and kind in dealing with his requests for things to be done differently/to his approval. I'm grateful for their patience and for their willingness to make things correct ASAP!I am proud to say they have pleasantly exceeded my expectations and the little things go a long way. The new owner was SO kind and even offered to give me a ride home after my original ride fell through. THIS is how a shop should be run- and I'm glad they are in our community.Thanks guys!! Truly- I appreciate your efforts, we will be back :)

While so many businesses of this type falter when it really matters, this place just seems to get the important stuff right. Paying for vehicle repairs and general maintenance is never fun, but with TNT, you drive away confident you received an honest, quality service, without having overpaid for anything. Every time. So far, so perfect, with these guys. Never having to return to resolve an issue that was previously thought solved. Never feeling like any additional work being done has been unnecessarily upsold. Never having to chase down a callback to find out whether the job is done. It's exactly what you want (and should be able to expect). If you're not already a convert, give them a try. At the very least, they will become a great option (if like me, you have one or two other places you really trust with your vehicle). At best, you can thank me later.

After Searching for ruffly 2 months & talking 2 multiple shops n getting either a No we don't install 5th wheels or Sorry Sir we can not install your fifth wheel hitch and mounts under ur bed, So I called TNT on a Tuesday and that Friday they where able to get me in and had no problem installing my Demco 21,000 underbed fifth wheel hitch. Honestly there isn't enough stars to give this shop they did an outstanding job little pricey but old saying is u pay 4 what u get.TNT thank u again for the Job u did on my 2015 GMC 3500 I most definitely will pass ur work along...

The team was amazing! I originally brought my car in for a wiring issue. But thankfully they were thorough and alert when working on the front light . They noticed a safety issue with my tire. They fixed it immediately and in a timely manner.

I've been going to Trucks N Toys for the past 1.5 years and they always do awesome work on my FJ. The staff communicates well, is professional, and finishes the work in a reasonable time at a fair price. I stopped to ask about adding cruise control, they said that the didn't do aftermarket. But they were very nice and even suggested place I could probably go.

We were passing through Cambridge on the weekend and experienced some major problems with my truck leaving my son and I in a really tough situation. The guys at the auto parts store referred me to T&T and I was able to limp my truck there. With no appointment on a Saturday they were happy to help me out and take a look at my truck on short notice. Dan went above and beyond to make sure we could still go get the snowmobile my son and I had planned on buying that morning!! I was completely amazed that someone we had met minutes ago was so willing to go out of his way to help us. They were able to figure out my problem and fixed my truck the following week at a reasonable price. A Huge Thank you to Dan and the crew at T&T. I've been coming to TNT for several years now. There isn't a thing thay can't figure out and fix! Even my 6hp boat motor!So last week I lost my entire tire going down the road in the middle of the night. I have the tow truck put it in front of the building and go home. By the time I got there to check in they had already come up with a plan to fix it and decided to to double check for other damage. Derek took his knowledge of being a mechanic and inspected everything and found more damage done to another part. Got everything replaced and working properly! Steve and Dave in the front gave me a very reasonable price to do the job! Super nice and friendly people taking time to explain to me what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Amazing customer service!!! dave tested our plow controller and tried to repair it but didn't feel confident in the repair and was upfront about it and sold me one for cheap very glad to do business with them.

Brought my ram 1500 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Bill was just under $200. Pretty crazy if you ask me. $60 for a simple tire rotation and I guess $140 for an oil change. I've never heard of prices like this so was pretty shocked.I also asked them to look at a wheel bearing that was making some noise. When I asked about it when picking the truck up, they said they never looked at it. Disappointed to say the least.

To everyone that needs a GOOD mechanic...!! I love these guys. There too the point, tell you what is exactly wrong with your ride.. not like some mechanic places out there nickel and diming you. Saying you need other stuff when you don't. They are down to earth and great service with friendly smiles. Extra bonus right now choose them to do your vehicle repair or order parts gets an extra 10% off and every penny helps. Thank you so much guys again for making sure my truck was ready to go especially with this extremely hot heat!!!

Installed a receiver and wiring harness , 2014 Ford Edge very clean vehicle easy install quoted between 6 to $ 800 install complete a little on high side but I verbally agreed. Please save yourself a headache and argument get it in writing when I went to pick up my vehicle it ended up they wanted $900 plus for install and quoted a heavy receiver hitch received a lightweight receiver please get a quote in writing!!!!! Word to the wise if you choose to do buisness with them the owner is not Ray anymore, just sayin!!!!

Do not go here, The Head mechanic Diagnoses by guess work, then as they replace or break other things on your vehicle they'll just tell you "well it needed to be replaced anyway " and yes they'll bill you for the things they broke on top of that. I had to have another shop fix all the stuff that was wrong with my truck from Trucks and toys negligence, inexperience, and lack of quality. And yes those things that had to be fixed were in fact in fine working order before they touched my truck. Never again will I trust their incompetence, nor will I ever recommend them. $3,000 in repairs after I have had enough.

Today was my second time here. I had referred a contractor here a month or so ago. Today was his third time at Trucks N Toys. These people do a great job and today they went way above the norm and provided excellent service that you typically do not get anymore. My contractor and I thank them profusely for the work they perform! Keep up the great work guys and gals!

Stopped to get a quote and I never heard back from the lady that helped me. Stopped in on a Saturday and was planning on having done the following week. Waited all week for my quote and no one ever called me back. Called a few times and no answer. They must be to busy for my business. His place was as a convenient location. Having all my accessory needs done elsewhere.7/1 So response is not accurate. She was supposed to make calls Monday and call me with a quote. It wasnt quite closing time about ten minutes before closing. I just wanted to leave my information and she needed to call to find out. And never called. I've called many times hoping someone would answer and nothing. I waited a week!!Now I've bought everything else where!!

I had a B & W 5th wheel hitch installed. Very happy with the work. They also spent time to go over everything with me in detail. Excellent shop.

I feel I need to add to this review !! Last year I had problems with my 1985 Big Red....it was the carburetor, but because Red is so old....a special carburetor had to be located, altered to the specifications for Red......It took time, and a professional knowledge to get this done. When I thought Red's days were over....George, came up with ideas and ways to make him run better than he ever has. Red has started every single day, and we ride together again. Thank you, GeorgeI have a 1985 Honda Big Red ATV.....it is 35 years old and my treasure !! I worked with Dan and am very impressed not only with his professionalism and knowledge, but his caring regarding my old friend "RED"......Not only did he pick up and deliver, and repair old Red....but even came back to adjust the idle for me....Thank you so much Trucks N Toys

I see the reviewer below had some trouble. However, the response was professional, positive and true. I have dealt with Colleen and Ray for several years. On the mechanical side, Ray stands behind his word and the work is great. On the customer service UHAUL usage, there is no one that compares to Colleen. She is competent, compassionate; diligently providing a great service that makes one glad they stopped. I cannot think of better people to work with!!!

This is my first Google review ever. I created an account to leave this review. We had a bad experience here. We recently bought a $50,000 Ford F-350 Lariat diesel truck and decided to have our fifth-wheel hitch rail system professionally installed rather than doing it ourselves. We owned our truck for less than a week and brought it here to have the new rails installed. Please see attached pictures to see the horrible job they did. (Keep in mind that our bed had no holes in it to begin with.) Their customer service was ok at first. The owner said they would fix their huge mistake and make it right. They ended up rigging it up (after changing their plan of action twice without even asking us) and welded washers to fill in the crooked holes in our bed. They then re-rhino lined our bed and painted over the scratches and dents on our rails. I wouldn't say we were overly satisfied with the finished product, but we were prepared to walk away from this bad experience content and glad to have our truck back. That was until I went in to pick up the truck and the owner handed me the original bill for the rail installation. I informed him that I wasn't comfortable paying a dime for any of this. I explained why. A four hour job turned into a seven day job. We drove our truck back and forth three different times. We had to borrow someone else's truck to drive to Brainerd and haul our new camper home. Our brand new rails have small chunks missing out of them and dents in them. Our factory plastic covers don't fit over the holes now in our bed. Etc... He got angry back and said "we could split the bill." I unhappily told him that if he, as the owner of the business, thought it was a good/fair idea to charge us ANYTHING for this job that I'd pay half. He chose to charge my card. So now he has a very disappointed, dissatisfied customer who plans to spread the word about the poor quality of work they do here (along with pictures to back it up) and also the owner's hot temper and poor customer service skills. Our brand new truck and rails came back in less than perfect condition, which is the condition they were in when we brought it here. If anything, I feel like WE should be getting paid or reimbursed for this horribly unprofessional experience. Many people are suggesting we sue them for a new box and rail system, especially since we have witnesses and pictures/documentation.

We came to Cambridge from out of town to look at a used vehicle. We took it to Trucks N Toys for an inspection prior to purchase. They were the only shop in town open on a Saturday which was much appreciated. Their inspection was good quality, the technician took us back and showed us things, and the price was great.

Went In there to get plow parts and they had them in stock and no where else had them I was back plowing within a half hour this place has great mechanics and they know what they are talking about keep up the good work guys also had work done on my truck and they have great prices you can t beat your Nexted trip to get work done on your vehicle should be here you won t complainService: Electrical

Had an old plow fixed. The got it done in a hurry and when i picked it up they actually came out and they explained Exactly what they had done to fix it. Awesome service. Highly recommend.
