I went in and felt like my service manager went above and beyond to explain to me what a 30k mile check was and took care of other issues he saw without me being involved and warranted it. Truly feel good knowing they have a world class service experience. So kudos to you John for employein such a excellent staff. My family has been generations of trusting buyers of your great products I love the way you do business. Donny Brown hats off to you for being a good guy and never looking to point new car buyers and used not into something just to make a buck. He is one of the good ones and a trusting buying experience

Been going here since 2000. No more! Took truck in for new tires, oil change, and brake problem. They crashed my truck parking it. Big dent over gas tank, scratched from extended cab to fuel take, dent in extended cab and other scratches. They gave me tires,oil change for nothing and sent it to be fixed. Was a fix job that I could've done myself in my garage. Still scratches, big dent just got pulled out, other dents filled with touch up paint. Brakes not fixed. Took back in for brakes cost me $1400.00 brakes still not fixed took it back and is going to be another $800.00 +.

Squeezed me in with no appointment when all my fobs were destroyed for my vehicle. Can do attitude. Very nice people..

Can't find a better place to buy a new or used car or pickup or have service on your vicicle done. I've known John Hirsch for 35 years. You can't find a more honest dealer than John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors .
