The team working at this store is first class in customer service. On Friday, 1/19/2024 at about 9:30 in the morning, I was at the nearby road exam station with my daughter. We were waiting for her to take her road test to get her driver s license, and working on checking the equipment in the car to make sure everything was in good working order when we discovered that one of the headlights had burned out. We only had about 10 minutes before it was her turn so we dashed to Auto Value as it was only a block away. I ran inside and asked for urgent help to install a headlight, and this amazing team got it done for us and we made it back in time and in working order! I am so grateful for their speedy assistance and their professionalism. Because of their help, she passed her test and got her driver s license!

My Mountaineer died in their parking lot. They diagnosed a dead battery caused by a failed alternator & put a great priced battery in which got me from Cambridge to the western subs, an hour away with no alternator, where I stopped by my local repair shop and made an appointment. Thx Auto Value of Cambridge!

These guys are great. My battery died at Casey's they came over and started it, I drove it over to Auto Value and they replaced it for me. I left my extra set of key there and the gentleman returned them tonight to my home tonight. I love Cambridge and am thankful for these men with upstanding morals and values. Great store and better men. Thank you Auto Value!

I've never gone wrong with Auto Value. For better than three decades I've received quality parts, advice, and service from the Auto Value team in Cambridge, MN (Formerly known as National Bushing). I appreciate the fact that their brick-and-mortar locations continue to provide the same stellar 'small town' customer service that I can trust! Keep up the good work!

They have been very helpful and knowledgeable regarding painting my car. They specially made my paint and gave me excellent pointers. Prices were less than any other auto Or paint store. They have my business now and in the future.

George absolutely knocked it out of the park while helping me purchase two welding gas tanks. The entire crew has a good sense of camaraderie and their prices are fair!

There polite but there sales manager like to high ball his customers, jacking up the price way over the average cost! Not sure why but if you want stable prices don't waist your time going here at Tru value. He jacked me $40.00 over the cost of something I was told cost me less then he got mad just because I confronted him.
