This was my first time buying a car, and Walser Subaru did NOT disappoint. I experienced only patient, caring and personable individuals during my time. I had the pleasure of working with Leo Sanchez. He was quick witted and answered my questions with ease. I was on the fence about a few things and he helped me to make an informed decision without making me feel rushed or pressured to get into something I wasn't wanting. I even had the sales manager come and personally thank me for my business, and answer questions for me as well. My experience with everyone I interacted with was compounded upon my amazing experience with Leo. I ended up purchasing a brand new crosstrek, and I could not have been any happier. They detailed the car before I left, gave me a gift bag, and walked me through all the features. They were attentive when I purchased the car and are still attentive after I purchased the car. I am so happy with this dealership. If you are looking for a place to buy a car that has incredibly fair pricing, amazing snacks, and employees with integrity, I highly recommend Walser Subaru in Burnsville. I will be sending everyone I know to this location. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience!

Seamus, Leo, and the whole team did an amazing job helping my dad and me get two cars. They were honest, caring, helpful, informative, and hard-working. They helped us get a good deal on leasing two new cars. They worked really hard getting these cars for us due to some minor bumps in the road, but they managed to do it. I really recommend these guys, as they created a great experience. I appreciate their help, and I want to say thank you again! You guys are awesome, and we absolutely love the two new cars!

have been searching and searching for a new car for over a year. I have looked at Honda and Toyota primarily but something kept creeping into my head about Subaru. I was looking at only hybrids, so I kept dismissing Subaru because they don t have any. We stopped in just to look and had a very nice experience. The outback looks great, has a great safety record, and is very nice inside. We were approached by a sales person Grant, and he was nice, friendly and not pushy. I went and did some further research and found that people love their Subarus. Now I know why. The insides are so pleasant. We ended up buying the Forester because of the visibility. It is far better than anything else I test drove from Honda and Toyota. Great experience with Walser Subaru.

The moment we walked in and were greeted so warmly; it completely changed the way we felt about car shopping. Leo was amazing! He listened to what we wanted; he was patient, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I don't know how many people can say they hugged their car salesman, not once, but three times! :) I couldn't recommend Leo and Walser Subaru Burnsville more.

2022 WRX HIGH OIL CONSUMPTION, purchased the vehicle brand new and shortly afterwards we experienced high oil consumption. The service department almost immediately blamed my son for the issue and cited aggressive driving and downshifting to be the cause. Also blamed aftermarket oil filter and even stated that the repair may be denied by Subaru. Needless to say I was very unhappy and stated to the advisor Kate Henagin that I did not appreciate them trying to blame my son and not looking for the real issues. They service person told me that the tech found no blow by issues or external leaks therefore it was a driver issue. They oil consumption test was done and we paid for the initial oils change due to the aftermarket oil filter on the car, which was fair. The oil consumption test proved to be very high and the advisor commented that she had never seen such a high rate of consumption and that Subaru of America would need to come out to pull data from the computer to see how the vehicle was driven again trying to blame my son. I asked that I be informed when the person came in to pull the data so I could see what was found. No communication with at all from the dealership. Apparently the Rep must have know about the PCV valve failures and told them to replace the valve and repeat the oil consumption test. Kate at this point told me that the technician found oil pooling around the PCV valve, this lead me to ask whether the PCV was ever looked at in the initial inspection. Prior to bringing the vehicle in, I had searched this issue and the PCV valve was cited to be an issue with other new WRXs and mentioned this to the advisor. I guess because I brought the PCV valve up it was completely ignored and they kept trying and blame my son instead. No mods on the vehicle except for the AWE cat-back exhaust and I told the advisor upfront. 29Mar2024, the vehicle was brought back in to the shop so the post replacement of the PCV valve oil consumption test could be determined. Per the advisor and paperwork the oil consumption was no longer an issue. My family had purchased two Subarus from this dealership and there won t be a third time. I had emailed the advisor and service manager so that they could keep me informed but nothing at all. Worry less about your pronouns and focus on fixing the cars would be a great advice to Kate and company.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our new car. Sam Bissen, the gent we worked with, was exceedingly knowledgeable, easily personable, highly collaborative, generous with his personal opinion, and highly accommodating. The end result was that we walked out with a new car we felt excited about. Do purchase your next Subaru here and ask for Sam by name. You won't regret it.

I have purchased two used vehicles within the last year from Walser, Grant and Tim were great to work with and made the process extremely streamlined. The second vehicle (Toyota) had issues starting in the cold. Walser worked with me on diagnosing the issue and took care of everything. Props to Kelly and the team at Walser, I truly felt like they cared about making the situation right and that s what they did!

I came into Walser fairly indecisive about which Subaru I wanted. After 3 test drives my sales rep (Carlos Mora) helped me pin down the exact model for me. The whole walser team was very communicative and patient throughout the process, even as we worked through external financing and insurance arrangements. Very happy with my Outback!!

I did a pre-sale inspection at Walser Subaru Burnsville. They did a thorough job and wrote a complete report. The staff were professional and friendly. If I ever can t afford a brand new Subaru, I d love to buy it from them! I should mention, however, that they don t always answer the phone.other than that, I was completely satisfied.

Abie was the PERFECT saleswoman! I came into the store not quite ready to buy and with only a rough idea of what I was looking for. She was kind, approachable, and very real with me. She spent a couple hours talking me through the options and her honesty and transparency were extremely calming. On top of that, her excitement about the options led me to discover what I was actually looking for. Clarissa and John P are amazing. I wasn't sure if I could get into the car I now own because of some of the financing issues but she got it figured out for me and I absolutely love my new car, I would definitely recommend Walser Subaru Burnsville they have all varieties of cars and it's definitely 5 star service! We could not have been happier with our Walser Subaru transaction. Charlie was incredible. We ve never met a more knowledgeable sales person. He was extremely attentive, answered all of our questions, took the time to explain things to us, and made the whole transaction so easy. We really appreciated not feeling pressured. I can t say enough good things about Charlie and Walser Subaru. 10/10 would recommend and will DEFINITELY be back.

Bought a new Outback from Walser Subaru Burnsville last week. We've never had such an easy and pleasant experience buying a vehicle. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel like family! :) Abie was very patient, and extremely informative. She was able to answer all the questions - and was very detailed in her answers. Shout out to Cade and Seamus assisting in our purchase. Loved that we didn't get a cramp in our hand from signing all the papers - everything was electronic, and final papers printed for us! So easy! We will buy all future vehicles through Abie and Walser Subaru! Thanks!!

Went in to test drive a used 2023 crosstrek and ended up loving it but couldn't purchase till the next day as an insurance check didn't hit my account yet. While waiting I called the following morning to see if possible price could be reduced and was told my salesman, Charlie Leang, would get back to me as he quoted he's "seen prices reduced $100-$1000" before but he was not clear that those were reduced as a car didn't sell so I was waiting for nothing. However not knowing this yet, I called the store later to ask why it took 3 hours to call me back about the price reduction and was told Charlie was with guests all day and spoke to someone named Cade who effectively called me a liar on the phone about what Charlie had said. Shocked by this I told him I'd take my business elsewhere because I wanted off the phone with him and immediately called Charlie again who said they can't reduce the price for me and apologized for Cades rude response. Regardless, I made an apt directly with Charlie over the phone to come buy the car by end of day as my check had hit. Fighting traffic for 45 minutes and when I'm just 5 minutes from the store I get a text from Charlie that a guest is looking at the car I was coming to buy. I respond with my eta but no answer. When I arrive I'm told there was a guest there for over 2 hours already buying the car I was there to purchase and I was not told! Charlie and his managers (Seamus) excuse was "you said you were taking your business elsewhere" however right after that unfortunate call with Cade I explained to them Cade had pissed me off and I spoke directly to my salesmen Charlie I was omw to buy it, even without the price reduction. They just needed a reason to sell this car from under me and used my poor interaction with Cade as the reason. Scummy salesman. Specifically Charlie Leang and his manager Seamus. Poor customer service and communication skills. Their lack of people skills lost my business there so I went to the Walser Subaru in Saint Paul same day instead and bought a newer car there stress free. MUCH much better service there and they didn't make me feel like just a walking paycheck. I would never recommend this location to anyone and will NOT be coming back. Shame on this location. And there's a difference between holding a car and outright lying to a customer about it's availability when it was already bought when I got there. The text from Charlie just said there were guests looking at it. 5 minutes prior to the appointment I had made the day before no less! Poor response Subaru

My outback was nearing 6k miles so I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation and basic inspection. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They sent a nice video from the service tech showing the condition of everything on my car. The person who checked us in and out was extremely cordial, professional and courteous. Really great experience and this will be my new Subaru dealership from now on!

Leo was wonderful to work with. The staff was all friendly and welcoming. Leo was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. Pricing was fair and reasonable. We bought a used vehicle. Would recommend if you are in the market for a Subaru check out Walzer in Burnsville.

Again, had a great experience here. Beginning to feel a bit like home. Angel, Abie, and Cade were fantastic as both my girlfriend and I both bought cars on either side of the xmas holiday (her: a 2024 Crosstrek Sport, me: a 2024 Legacy Sport).Also, as I've been bringing my older cars in for service, the service department has always been good to work with.Old review from 2021Had another great experience trading in the Impreza from the first review for a 21 Forester Sport.Emily was fantastic. Everyone else who helped was great as well.Would continue to recommend.Old review from 2019Had such a good experience today buying my 2019 Impreza. Sadly, the worst car buying experience we've had. Our sales lady was unorganized, told us she out a car on hold however the car was gone when we returned. We ended up buying there only because of the low milage, and the price was right. The salesperson was very nice, she needs more training before she's selling cars. Shd seemed overwhelmed and made a few bad mistakes. With the right training she will be great someday.
