I called ahead for a quote on a diagnostic, was given a solid number, then booked online and came in the next day.The facility was clean and it looked like a high quality place to bring a vehicle for repair.However....After I pulled in I was told the quote I was given was incorrect and the actual cost could be at minimum twice as high but more likely 4 times higher...I politely expressed my disappointment and then drove off.I'll find a local body shop with honest prices next. I'm also teaching myself things as well.

A week ago today, 18 April 2024, I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rouge, from Walser Nissan, I have had so many compliments on the color, which is Burnt Orange, I love it. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin Soll, as my salesperson, he did a Awesome job, I would like to tell Justin Thanks for your help.

I have owned 2 Nissans in a row, purchased both at Walser Nissan in Burnsville and have had all my service done there. I always receive great service there, my car is always done when I expect it to be and they even wash it for you (weather permitting). At each visit you get a video of the results of the vehicle inspection and are kept updated on the progress of your vehicle. Eric Olson and Kevin Mazanec are both great service advisors and I always enjoy stopping in to get my vehicle serviced at Walser Burnsville Nissan.

Walser has been good with trying to fix a problem with the brake light coming on, I had to take it several times to get it fixed hopefully, it is fixed now.

As a long-time Nissan owner, I can safely say this was the worst experience I ve had at a dealer.Do not get your vehicle serviced at this location. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out they never checked the tire pressure (and was told that their pressure gauge only went up to 36 so of course they didn t see the pressure was too high in one tire - despite their paperwork saying all were at 36) and never even completed the tire rotation. My one tire had a flat so had a chalk mark on it to point out the spot when repaired elsewhere. Tire was in the same spot when I got it back despite still being charged for the tire rotation.So, long story short, if you like getting services you paid for and don t want to fight for a refund, or you don t like being lied to about what they can and can t do, go somewhere else.If you still go here and plan to get a tire rotation, mark your tires to see if they actually did it.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

So far, we've been in only for regularly scheduled service. That being said, the service department is always very clean and orderly. The service staff has always been prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They even send you a quick video walk around of your car, highlighting things like brake and tire wear and any other items of note.The waiting area is quite large, clean and set up to be reasonably socially distant. Free wifi, coffee, water and a couple of vending machines.Overall, our experiences have been excellent.

I called and didn't get a hold of anyone and hung up. Immediately a rep called me back to ask what I needed and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment I showed up late and they canceled my time slot. Although, the rep helped me anyways. All in all, the experience was great!

Love the peeps at Walser Nissan in Burnsville!! Frank was Especially helpful and thorough with questions and service!! Went as far to send me videos of the issues and repairs that were necessary... Highly recommend for any service you may need!!!
