Shame on me. Mine is an all-to-typical (almost cliche) story of Buyer Beware. Bought a 2020 Rogue with 34k miles from them and didn't have a thorough inspection done beforehand... well, my fault! Brought it back for a recall fix recently (with just 3k driven since purchased) and had them take a quick look at the brakes since we had some shimmy going on. The result? Rotors worn, pads almost gone AND in need of the 30k fluid services, as well. My mistake? I wasn't expecting "like new" on those parts BUT definitely was not expecting to hear that they were in dire need of being replaced... I "assumed" when purchasing that those parts were at least safe and had some decent functional life left in them (and that a dealership wouldn't sell a vehicle which was almost unsafe to drive). I was wrong. Shame on me and lesson learned. Going forward, I will always have a dealership do an inspection on their own vehicles prior to purchasing.

Juke SL AWD cvt automatic 188 HP Turbo 1.6L inline 4 cylinderA true ( As Ironman would say ) FUNMOBILE !The best kept secret for a truly affordable AWD economical small SUV.It's just the more I drive it the more I like it.As with any car there are the goods and bads highs and lows.I did the read reviews watch videos thing and to be honest, that kept me away from considering the Juke for years.For some reason something about the Juke in the back of my mind kept haunting me.It was unique, a real one of kind of vehicle that my curiosity could not resist.My first driving impression was nothing special, but with the budget I set it was the lesser evil of all the vehicle's so I went for it.From my introductory babble you can see what ownership has resulted in.As with any car the importance of upkeep is #1.At 73 yrs old I grew up in the muscle car era and still have a passion for that performance rush. Surprisingly the Juke has delivered that something.It's the way all the elements come together that makes that happen and if you want more it has real potential.Just by accident I found myself sitting next to a Honda type R at a red light !Yes we did and although traffic limited our duel the Juke even surprised me. The Juke really likes octane and I was running about 97 +.Enough talking. I do love my Juke !!!PS ~I'm not a big Dealership type. My salesman was a good guy. As we all do he was just trying to make a living. I thought the Walser approach was surprisingly personable and all went Well.What did impress me was the service. Upon going back to get an issue resolved along with regular maintenance they were a step above my past experiences other dealerships

I had an amazing experience. Went in for an oil change and had the opportunity to work with Dave and Josh to go over my options for trading in my lease. I was debating between an another Rogue and going electric. I was nervous to make the change, since I ve been driving rogues for the last 11 years! I sat in the Ariya for a test drive and fell in love with it! I absolutely love my new electric car! Josh made the whole experience very easy and comfortable!

Oil change, new wipers, 31 point check. But this time, as in the past 13 years, your guys have always been pleasant, have always explained every service, done or needed, in a way I can understand. And it s important that I am able to trust I m not being sold a bill of goods .

As soon as I walked into Walser Eric Gordon, Eric Miller and Ben Miller made me feel welcomed. Ben Miller was with me every step of purchasing a new vehicle, from when I first walked in the door to test drive to when I drove away in my new car. He was very knowledgeable and relaxed and made my experience comfortable and not stressful in the least. I highly recommend going to Walser Nissan in Burnsville.

Excellent customer service. Efficient and professional. Nice breakout/ waiting area. However, it could be better if they add some snacks. I would also recommend having a reward/points system to use for customers (loyalty program)

We had a few issues with our Rogue that needed attention.. I dealt with Frank.. He was great.. The issues were self induced and they Handled the problem quickly but in doing so they found the beginning of a valve issue.. They addressed that with our warranty.. That saved us future problems.. How great is that?.. Also while I waited, it took 2 1/2 hours, I was kept entertained with good magazines, 2 television options, free coffee, which I think was Caribou, and tasty popcorn. As service goes.. Walser was terrific... Thanks to those service guys... I am almost looking forward to my next visit.. Oh... And the car wash was pretty great.. Our car glistened when it was returned to me.. A hearty "Thank you" to everyone at Walser Nissan

DO NOT BUY HERE! This company does not care about their customers or stand behind their products.I bought a car from here only 6 months ago. Since then, I ve been continuously reaching out for my floor mats that they promised they would send to me (I have not received them to this day). They also swore up and down I would not need snow tires. I ve driven once in snow, and it felt so dangerous I m no longer comfortable driving this vehicle without getting snow tires. The brakes already need to be replaced which they won t help me with, and worst of all I just had a Coolant leak and needed all spark plugs/coils replaced. I called this dealer to help me since I ve only had this car for 6 months and they said they wouldn t do anything. Going with this dealer is the biggest regret. Whatever you do, go somewhere else.Update... had the car for 9 months now and having more electrical issues that now impact the steering. Hope you run fast, this is a terrible company to buy from.

I was picky on what I was looking for, however, Nelson and Jay were so helpful throughout the whole process. They both were extremely patient and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Nelson and Jay went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I love my new, upgraded, mom car! Highly recommend!

I was appreciative of the fast and effective service that I was provided. What I didn t appreciate was the lie the workers tired to tell me that would have cost us close to $900.We took our car to the local mechanic after the Nissan employee told us if we didn t get the parts fixed asap it would be very damaging for the vehicle. Our family mechanic took time to look at our car for us to discover everything Nissan said was wrong - was completely fine. There was a part that was bad and would need to be fixed for $400 but that part was never on their report.I am disappointed with Walser Nissan who thought they could take advantage of a female in this way. I will never recommend people to go there and find a more reliable and trustworthy business

This experience surpassed my expectations, I was so nervous going to a new dealership. I immediately was welcomed and the dealership alone was very nice and clean. My salesmen was upfront and very very professional and knowledgeable. Had a very great answer for every question I had.

It was a good experience. Ben was our sales guy. He knew his stuff. Offered us many options on warranties ( which we declined) and wasn't pushy about it. Ben was super nice and friendly and attentive to our needs. His manager Jared G did a really nice job of getting us to someone as knowledable as Ben. He showed us all the features on our new Rogue ( thankgoodness he did or id still be sitting in the parking lot). Only gripe ( tho minor) was they don't offer at least 1 free oil change when you purchase a vehicle. I would recommend Walsers Nissan of Burnsville and ask for Ben !

Had a squeaky noise coming after a brake job. When I took in my car the next time, they did a free diagnosis and figured it was a bad door seal. They were very helpful and I found they were eventually better priced than some of the other dealers around Twin Cities.Grant was great!

This is the second purchase my husband and I have made from Walser and we couldn t be happier with the company. Great staff, pricing and warranties.I worked with Christi Vennie who was absolutely amazing. From the beginning responding to my emails right away to making sure all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend her and the Walser company to anyone searching for a new vehicle!

Eric G was an awesome sales person to work with. We have an infant and needed a vehicle what would be the right size to have a car seat and still have enough room for someone to sit in the passenger seat. On a Saturday, Eric pulled in different models to the service bay to test out the car seat and leg room. It was so nice to do this in a warm environment instead of doing it outside in the cold. Eric and the Team at Walser Nissan Burnsville exceeded all expectations!

I had a horrible experience at this dealer. Test drove a vehicle and brakes felt funny so the sales person asked the manager to check them and he came over to my husband and I and said are you gonna buy the vehicle ? I said we wanted the brakes checked out first and he walked away and sat at his table. Wouldn't check anything until I would say I was buying the vehicle.. we left and bought the same vehicle from a different dealer. They were pushy rude and cocky!!

Went in for information on a Nissan Pathfinder and coming away with the one I dreamed of. They made sure I got the car I wanted! They were accommodating and knew what they were talking about! Very helpful and patient. I will 100% go back to them for anything I need!

Walser is a company that doesn't care about the customer. They have changed their style of service to "They have the product everybody wants". If you don't like it walk away. I wish I did. There was a time companies had customer service. Its all about the money, and the last 3 years have changed auto sales, and not for the better.

I had oil change appointment and to the time I got my car in and everything was done I was in and out in 45 minutes! That by far has been the fastest time I have been in and out for a oil change! Grant was amazing on keeping me posted on my car! It was an amazing experience!!!

My experience at Walser Nissan was exceptional. Upon looking online and finding a vehicle I was interested�in at the Burnsville Walser Nissan location, I was contacted quickly to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle and take a look. Thankfully, I was able to get in the day of.Narin was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided excellent customer service. He provided me with information on all the different models and he really knew his stuff. Narin made me feel comfortable while being extremely professional throughout the�process all while answering my many many questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision and took the evening to think things over. I came back a couple days later and requested to test drive a different vehicle�and compare two side-by-side. Narin was very helpful with explaining differences and allowing me time to evaluate what vehicle�best suited me. Once�my decision�was made, the process was smooth and went quickly.Overall, I had a wonderful buying�experience from beginning to end and I am thrilled with my decision. This is the second vehicle�I have purchased from Walser Nissan and will absolutely�be back and will request Narin as my salesman.
