The people here have always been friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I bought my car at this location and have continued to come back for maintenance and oil changes because they ve been so easy to work with. It s easy to make an appointment and they get repairs done incredibly quickly.

The inspection video is a great tool to show the customer exactly the condition of the vehicle and why the repair is necessary. It adds confidence to the customer that repairs are legitimate.

10/10 recommend. Best dealership/shop south of Minneapolis. Always willing to work with you and very detailed about issues and solutions. I love how they send a video showing and describing whatever the issue is so you can see it with your own eyes. Never up charge. Been having them fix my Mazda 6 for years. Never had a negative experience.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

So I purchased a car 2 weeks ago.I wanted to make sure I wanted to use this Mazda service center, so I put them to a test. MY OIL WAS JUST FINE THE DEALER HAD NOT RESET IT IN MY CARS COMPUTER THOUGH.I set up a appointment for Friday June 9 2021.They take my car in. Again, my oil was A-Okay. They changed it anyways. Then they went about showing me pictures of someone else's Cabin Filter, and a different Air filter, WHY? i just had changed both of those days before my appointment, so i knew that they were okay. The video they showed me was not of my filters, but of them trying to UP CHAGRED me for new ones when the car wasn't in need of them, just like it wasn't in need of a oil change.I want to say that there are a lot of service centers that do this and enjoy stealing money from their customers. They also said that my Drive Belt was in need of changing, mind you, i have 62,000 miles on my car, so that wasn't needed either. but they wanted to charger me 250.00in labor and 70.00 in parts to do this.DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE PLACE. THIS WAS A TEST FOR THEM TO BE TRUTHFUL AND THEY FAILED MISERABLY

From the minute I called Walser Mazda Burnsville Service, till the minute I drove my car away after service, the entire staff was outstanding and had the most courteous service I've seen in a long time. This applied to other staff as well that I heard speaking to other customers. I'm a middle aged female, and I was super nervous as I'd never taken a car in for service on my own before. Mike made me instantly feel at ease and was super helpful answering any questions I had. I also loved how they sent a vehicle service video to my phone while I was waiting, so I could see what was being done to my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Very happy with my new ride! (CX-50). Did a lot of research before even looking at any vehicles in person so had some ideas of what I wanted. Had a great experience with Patrick when I walked into Walser Mazda, he was straightforward and informative about what they had to offer, and easy-going and friendly while answering all my questions.Happy with the trade-in offer and first experience. Made it an easy decision to reach back out to Patrick later to put down a refundable deposit to secure first-refusal on my decision. Everything has a lead-time these days, but I didn't have to wait too long. No BS, no markup above MSRP, no hidden fees. (Huge plus!)Final purchase went smoothly once the vehicle arrived, very happy with everything!

I this place. Normally, I hate taking my car in to be fixed, but, just as with my car buying experience here, their service staff made my experience so much better. Mike, and the other service staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and kind. They listened to the problems, and took care of everything. They did not make me feel dumb if I couldn't explain something well. They provided a loaner vehicle so I was able to drive another type of Mazda while they had mine. Absolutely loved that one, too! I highly recommend this place, and look forward to buying my next vehicle from them, too.

All the staff I have met there over the years were always courteous and friendly and it is nice to get a test drive of your next car when you get the courtesy loaner for your car while it is serviced. I like that they are sending you a video of documentation of what needs to be done. Update - I took the Mazda out to walser Saturday morning. It is gratifying to have a quality facility working on your car.

Sold me a car without disclosing an issue with the odometer. Car sales people have a very low trust rating and Walser shows us why this is the case.

Just did a oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change for every 5,000 miles recommendation. Awesome service and prices. I had many different cars in the past, but never had a customer service like this. You bought a car not just a car. You need to maintain it. The service like this making me coming to buy a new car from this place. Highly recommend for all people who value such service. :)

Awesome group of service advisors and salesmen! As always I was acknowledged right away! The manager Chad is very courteous and assertive, seems I had previous mechanical issues and was there for my regular maintenance but also got a tire rotation and balance. I love this place and highly recommend this location....I'm even thinking about buying a new car from here!

Came to Walser Mazda for my first 5K mike oil change. I was able to make an appointment the bight before online and you even get a text reminder a few minutes before. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my car serviced and washed in about an hour and was on my way! Their lounge area is quite clean and comfortable with an array of snacks and beverages available. When my service was complete the staff walked me through my inspection and answered any questions I had. I definitely feel like my car is in good hands and I'm don't get any vibes that this dealer tries to cut corners or upsell unnecessarily. Will definitely return for future services.

I just bought a used vehicle from this dealership about a month and a half ago. Long story short, it ended up needing a full turbo replacement. I was unfortunately only a few hundred miles out of warranty but had been dealing with the issue since I drove off the lot. I spoke to chad, bless his heart he had to deal with me today lol, and he went out of his way to speak to the manager about the issue. I was anxious because I JUST BOUGHT the car and didn't feel it was right to have to pay for such a large issue. BUT, Chad and the sales manager were amazing and worked it out in my favor. I am SO GRATEFUL for this team! Thank you for showing such integrity and compassion in such a stressful situation!! It is SO appreciated!!! Will continue to buy and refer!!Service: Engine repair
