Ben was courteous, Friendly And attentive and very helpful. He always kept me informed. He made sure that he came back and checked in with me. Several times made suggestions regarding what I needed to do I did have an additional service to flush the brake fluid because of his recommendation. I appreciate his great customer service!

Nick T did an amazing job of walking me through different tire options and pricing. Maintenance and communication during the service was excellent. He was efficient and responsive to any questions! Very good experience and fair pricing for services completed. Recommend working with him anytime he s there!

Scott at Walser Honda was amazing gentleman to work with. Polite, well spoken and very knowledgeable on what was happening on my vehicle.Scott always kept me up to the minute on the progress of my vehicle. Fixed a license plate issue for me and got them looking good as new. Wait was a little long but can't complain when there's free coffee, I brought a good book, and the job was well done. Good work is worth the wait.

My car could not be safely driven due to sliding on ice & the right front tire hitting the curb. Once I notified Honda that. my car would be towed to them in 30 min, my appt was changed to that morning. The look on Jason's face was priceless when he saw my car on a flatbed, not something you want to see when the engine was replaced recently. He had led the team that replaced the engine damaged due to an oil problem covered by the extended warranty. Jason and his team rose to the occasion again and were able to get repairs done in a couple days. Communication about what needed to be done and estimated costs was excellent. Both times I was very satisfied with how quickly I got an appointment, the quality of service work done, and how soon I could have my Honda Civic back.

When I arrived I didn't get anyone approaching me sooner and being there for the first time, didn't know what to do. I stayed inside the car for about 5 minutes. Maybe it was at the end of day. Then I approached to someone who checked me in. After that everything went smoothly. Job was well done, good waiting room with free tea/coffee/water!

I have an older car that s in great condition for its age which they don t seem to want to work on. Hourly rate is hourly rate, and I ve spent a boatload with them. Communication has been terrible with promises of getting back to me a day or a week later. Months have gone by with them, refusing to return my text messages, which is there preferred method of communication. I ve even called and left messages. And this is all for ordering a part that was supposed to be in a week later. I went in for an oil change, unrelated to this issue and complained to them and they told me the part came in two weeks ago and they forgot about me. Well, they missed diagnosed the part, and I am out to the money without a fix. It would be quicker to get my ASE certification and repair this myself .

I love this location!!! All of the staff is very professional and they do not try and push services that you do not need!!!! Very important to me! They are fair and explain everything they do and why. I will never go anywhere else for servicing my vehicle.

Normally my reviews are great and would be 5 stars. However my tech did not do what he was supposed to do when I was there Monday and I had an extra long wait. Now today Tuesday I have had to call to get another appointment for tomorrow because my car is leaking oil. I know they will take care of me and I will be back but this was a horrible experience that is not normal for Walser Honda Burnsville

Got appointment date set quickly. Excellent customer service and technician services. Explained everything thoroughly. Waiting area very clean with plenty of seating. Definitely going to use their services again.

Reason why one star is left off: I can get into my own car and drive off without someone needing to hand hold the door for me like a valet. I just feel uncomfortable and I wished someone asked. I understand the dealership experience is going to take awhile. I don t dislike the time I have to myself to read.I know what I am expecting. There s no need to overdo it.

I made an appt to see a used vehicle. I received a call that the battery was dead and I wouldn t be able to drive it and rescheduled my appointment. When I arrived, the salesman I made the appointment with was not there, the team did not know of my arrival and the car had not had the battery swapped. I was asked to return the next day. I made an appointment for the following day with the original salesman. This was also lost as when I arrived the salesman had no record of my appointment and the car had still not been outfitted with a working battery. Now, the reason for my car search was to get a larger vehicle for my family as we had a new baby 2 weeks ago, my time is valuable to, I made these appointments and expected some follow through, but it really felt like my purchase was an afterthought to the team. I had a better experience purchasing my Subaru from walser but this experience puts them back in line as just another dealership.

Walser Honda Burnsville s service liaison Ben does an exemplary job~always friendly, always smiling, he s both personable and professional.And I appreciate Ben s ability to explain what was done on my car and what I will need serviced in the near future. He is very knowledgeable & a good face for the company. Also WH service department does great work and I like receiving the maintenance videos.

Good dealership to work from while your car is getting fixed. Good technicians and staff. Even sent a 5 minute video inspection of my car. Staff called my warranty company (I bought the car through them many years ago) and got everything covered including my rental!Really nice lobby with good workspaces. No free food but they do have a coffee machine.Free Lyft rides within a 10 mile radius worked well in liu of a shuttle.

All the Service, Parts, and mechanics are exceptional at Walser Honda Burnsville location. I feel they are honest about what work needs to get done and what would be coming up maybe next for your service so you can budget for it. I am very happy to always bring my vehicles to walser honda service center! Thank you !!

The service department at Walser Honda is excellent. It's great to have a place that you trust will listen to your concerns, diagnose then relate back any issues, and then repair as or if needed. Trust is the key word here -

Great experiences with Walser Honda. I was really happy with the car buying and trade-in experience (low pressure and good value) as well as maintenance service experience which was super easy to schedule online with friendly staff encounters at the shop.
