Worse place I have ever dealt with. Went in for a tire issue and they had my hood open and never asked me if I wanted my fluids topped off ( what if I had my own special blend of products I was using). When they had my truck in the air the technician was talking with other techs about what was wrong with my truck and they were all laughing about it. When I went through the door and said what I thought was wrong they scolded me. Then I just asked them to put air in my tire and put it outside. They had to take their time with the paperwork. By the time they were done I was very upset and probably wasn't the nicest person..... Went to another place on my travels nothing was wrong with truck/tire.....

Definitely recommend. Angie is welcoming and friendly when you walk in. Sergio is VERY knowledgeable and quick with my 2013 Subaru WRX STI! I ve been here twice now. My car was taken on an unapproved joyride after getting a new short block and clutch a few days before my tire appointment and Sergio was so kind and took a look at it for me even though my appointment was only for tires. He did find something that was not noticed at the dealership with my shifter so he really knows what he s doing! I will definitely be bringing my car back!

Had my engine resealed due to a large oil leak from my timing cover. Valve cover, timing cover and front main seal were all done. I got pictures of the leak and of my engine apart to see how clean the inside was. The mechanic David was great and got it done in a day so I was back on the road.Will be back for my water pump and thermostat.

I ordered tier online including the installation fee, but when I went there for their service, they tried to make me to pay again for the service. I showed them the invoice but still wouldn't like to accept that. I wasted my time, and I got nothing but frustration and disappointment. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will never order from them again. I advise everyone to stay away from this store. They need to improve their customer service skills, and their customer satisfaction policies.

I have been a tire plus this customer for over 20 years but this shop is the worst shop I have ever been on all of them. I was treated miserably today. First, I brought my car for an alignment appointment that was scheduled couple days ago. I told the receptionist that I needed the alignment done, but if there is any suspension problems that prevents them from doing the alignment then I like to see that. I waited in the lobby for about an hour before the store Manager Told me that I have a loose arm control and they cannot do the alignment until that s fixed nearly $600. When I ask him if you could lift the car up and show me how bad the problem is he told me I need to make another appointment for that because he s technicians busy doing an important to work. I explain to him that I took off from work to get this job done for the day. I cannot afford to take another day off for this. He said that we re here to make money and your services are free since you have a lifetime alignment. He became argumentative and disrespected me in front of everyone and threatened me, throwing me out of the building. After close to half an hour, talking back-and-forth, he brought the car up and pointed to the controller. I didn t notice any different from the other one, so I took it to the dealer for the second opinion. They test drove the car lift it up and checked it all out and they finally told me all my front suspension parts were in good condition they recommended that I buy four new tires since my tires are wearing out. There is nothing wrong with with the suspension that is preventing them doing the alignment. They simply didn t do it because they want upsell parts and consider my services free since I have the lifetime alignment. The store manager name is Matt Chirpich. this guy treat me horribly. I deserve better than this. She disrespected me and lied to me. I don t recommend anybody for this place. I certainly will not come back while Matt is there.

My goodness this team is gentlemanly! I felt so well taken care of and respected. I stated all of my concerns and questions about the silliest things from my car. The nice gentleman at the counter. Whom also is a mechanic didn t make me feel stupid. He explained things nicely to me. I was concerned about the cost at first I was surprised. Oil changes certainly have gone up and the cost of oil in general. Labor also has a price. Just remember if anything is discounted it comes out of the labor, not the parts or supplies for the shop. I am truly grateful for the shop. Thank you for your courtesies.

I understand Sunday is the day of rest, so I completely understand the desire to not want to work. I'm a Christian myself just trying to better myself in the Lord's eye everyday.I scheduled an appointment online originally for 1PM today, but was notified that someone else recently claimed that slot. So I settled for 2PM, which seemed to have been confirmed through the website. So I brought my car there and was turned away since they "never received confirmation". 4 workers with no desire to fix a flattening tire with only one other vehicle present in the stall. All I needed done was a quick patch job/analysis on where the leak is coming from out of my driver side rear wheel...something that probably takes no more than 15 or 20 minutes? They're open until 5PM on Sundays. No other customers present but they turned me away. Why?If no one wants to work on a Sunday, then why even have your business open? Very unprofessional and never bringing my vehicle to this place for service. I'm just speaking on behalf of my experience, I hope yours is much different (better) than mine!God bless.

Avoid this location at all costs. Placed an order for tires and scheduled an 8am appointment 2 full business days in advance. Arrived to find I had no appointment and no tires were ordered. Was told I d be called before noon to return. Received a call after 1 and was told they were ready to put them on. Promptly drove back to the location to be ignored for 40 minutes in the lobby and no cars in the garage. Once we were finally acknowledged with Do you need something we were then told because we didn t check in (because I didn t interrupt her) we d be at the end of the line. It took over 2 hours to get a set of tires put on my vehicle. Customers shouldn t have to beg to be acknowledged, especially after numerous mistakes on a simple tire change and being the only people in the lobby for 40 minutes. An entire work day wasted over an easily preventable issue. Also just common courtesy to roll windows up if you re going to leave a customers vehicle unlocked and parked illegally in a handicapped spot.Service: Tires

First off, let me say that I have nothing against Tires Plus as a company. This location however, I will never use again. Spent over $1000 on new tires and an alignment. Tires were not balanced in any way, brought it back to them the very next day and they told me they fixed the issue. They did not in any way fix the issue. Brought it to an entirely different Tires Plus location, and the tech there told me that it appeared that my tires had never even been balanced. That tech however did an excellent job. My appointment was at 9am. The employees all called in sick (information the lady in the front shared with me) My car was ready at 3 pm. A whole day wasted. No communication all day long.

I was in an accident and wanted to make sure my car was okay to drive so I took it here. They said my alignment was messed up and a few other things while saying it wasn t safe to drive. They wanted $1,500 to fix all the issues. I decide to wait and get a second option and 2 other shops told me there s nothing wrong with my car, just the cosmetic issues from the accident. PLEASE don t trust these guys with your car, they are a money hungry company.

This place is horrible, read the reviews and I beg you never go here!! Tell me how I came in to have my new tire installed and left with a engine light on and they claimed they didn't do it but I assured them my car was totally fine and perfect before I came in!! All they did was run some fast auto zone type of diagnostic then tell me $1,400 to fix it. Kept telling them my car was fine when I brung it in. They had it 2 weeks because of the wrong rim being shipped after they "discovered" the rim was bent. After going somewhere else to have it checked they told me they definitely belive tires plus tampered with my car because they said it's no way my car had a bad oil pump with such low miles. Not to mention I was checking on my car every few days and caught them with my hood up and they was only suppose to change a tire and rim. Also my remote start stopped working as well, guy claimed it was because of the engine light which is false! Then they claimed my battery was low in the key fob which the battery was brand new!!! Never ever ever take your car here!! They will scam you for more money!! If cadillac tells me my car was tampered with I will be seeing them in court!!!

I brought my truck in for a tire rotation an hour later they said I needed a new tire. After putting the new tire on and everything said and done tires were not rotated. Guy at the counter standing with the tech who worked on my truck lied straight to my face when I asked if they rotated them. But hey he did reset my oil light with out an oil change. Will never be going back to this location. So frustrating

I had a leaking tire that I was told was damaged beyond repair by a mechanic. I didn't want to have only one new tire, and they were very old, so i bought 4 and made an appointment. Fedex lost a single tire, so i brought two to the appointment so the car could be driven.They refused to mount and balance two tires because I did not buy them there. I was told that I must do four at a time and they had no way to charge me for just two, but I could pay for all four and come back with two more ONLY when the same tech was working.I have never in 20 years of owning a total of 19 cars (ALL of which have needed tires or patching at some point) been refused service to even a single tire.I pushed back with common sense, but was then told that the tires I bought would need to have the stickers on them as well to prove they are new, because apparently that matters when there is a manufacturers imprint of the date and the little rubber pieces dangling that new tires have around them. I am just shocked, disappointed, and a bit angry that a franchise is being operated like this. They literally let a paying customer leave with a tire that could fail.If it is infact franchise policy, it shows the ignorance of the company. If it's this franchise only, the owner should be stripped of it. And if it's the ignorance of the workers, they should be trained better.No matter how you slice it, this type of garbage should not happen, ever.I went down the block to another company and had my ACTIVELY LEAKING tire replace along with one other to ensure balance. When I told them what happened. Even they were shocked.Shame on you Tires Plus. I hope you discover what happens when businesses treat people like this.

I made an appointment for an oil change and they scheduled me for 5 pm. I rushed from my job to come to the appointment and I met with a rude worker who refused to look up my appointment and said we have a meeting and close at 5 pm. He proceeded to tell me I m confused and it s the other tire plus in burnsville and take it up with them. My appointment was made with this store and I got my oil done there last time. If their was a meeting he could have easily apologized for over booking and make another appointment for me. He was very rude and unprofessional. Luckily, the other tire plus on county rd 42 squeezed me in and apologized for their lack of customer service. I will never be coming back here again.Service: Oil change

Went here for and oil change and new windshield wipers. They forgot to reset the oil change light after the change . Then I found these pliers left on my windshield 2 days later. After looking into the windshield wipers for not working correctly and finding out they were installed wrong.

I don't write a lot of reviews but this i think neefs to be said. I don't recommend going here. Asked for a alignment and a tire mount and balance. Had to bring back because the tire light was no. They then charged me 342 to install a tpms sensor that they should have checked the first time. So they had me pay for the service two times. I usually am not one to complain but really they are supposed to check these items not the consumers. Stay away!!!Service: Tires

I made an appointment and went to have the tire service done but nobody showed up to the counter. The two people I made eye contact with in the shop never came to see if/what I needed and after waiting for 15min I left. I understand that they might not be in the customer service part of the store but they could have at least acknowledged that I exist.

DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION. Had oil change and on my way to work my dash board lite up with warning signals. Called store and Matt said to bring it back in. Couldn t because had to get to work. He was rude from the beginning when I walked in. I wish I would of read the reviews from here before I took it to them

Had 4 new tires put on. Said I would get a 80.00visa in rewards..waited 2 months nothing. Call customer service called the reward center Many times and after I got a Person. There said it was not on filer. Go back to store...Really..I am Done with tires plus..

Brought my tire in with a hole, they were very helpful and prompt. Patched my tire for a decent amount. David was so nice and even topped off my fluids. Sergio even put my tire back on for me. I was having a bad week, and there gratitude towards me was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys for being awesome

We called several places before deciding to use Tires Plus again for tires. We bought tires for $1,242 on 9/22/22, and were told by the Manager Matt we would also receive a Bridgestone $70-90 Rebate. I applied for the rebate in December and was told by Bridgestone the rebate window had closed. Tires Plus did not tell me there was a rebate window or honor the rebate amount. Matt and his team need to communicate expectations and ought to have honored the rebate amount directly given circumstances. But he did not.Service: Tires

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an alignment for $79.99. They told us they could not loosen up the bolts so they wanted to replace both tie rod ends and the adjusting sleeve for $533.47. We had just replaced one tie rod end the year before. We took it back to our mechanic, whom does not do alignments to loosen up the bolts, which he did. We took it back a second time to get the alignment. After the alignment the front end shook horribly. We took it back a third time to have their master mechanic fix it this time. After he aligned it the second time we had the same problem, it was not safe to drive. We brought it back in a forth time and the manager told the employee to just refund us. He also said we needed to take the vehicle to the Chrysler/Mopar dealer to be able to fix this death wobble. He gave us paperwork saying we were being refunded and we left. Later that night the manager called us about the refund as his cash drawer was not balancing, (I don't know how that would be our issue) He told us the card was not refunded so we needed to come back the next morning to get a refund. So on our fifth trip to tires plus, they refunded our money back cash, but they said they do not refund tax. How do you not refund TAX? so on top of wasting our time over a two week period, they rip us off? Unreal. I will not be returning to Tires Plus! We took the Jeep back to our mechanic and he found they had not installed the bolt that hold the tie rod in the vehicle. He also installed a steering damper and it solved all the issues for $69. I don't know what kind of hack mechanics they hire, but it is not worth your life to have your vehicle fixed by them.

Had an appointment scheduled 4 days ahead, when we showed up nobody was there to work on the car. Left work early and spend an hour in traffic for nothing.
