I cannot express how much I appreciate the excellent customer service that I received. Even though I procrastinated way too long, they were able to get new tires on my car during the first snowfall of the year! They were understaffed and crazy busy, but Erik was amazing and I was in and out in about 90 minutes. The process could not have gone smoother. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends

Went above and beyond. They were the only guys in town that had my unusual tire size, squeezed me in last minute, and got it all done really fast! Super friendly. Definitely going back!

I normally use discount tire but Tires Plus gained a new customer today. They were open on a Sunday not only that I showed up 45 minutes before close with a donut on my car. They plugged the tire and got it back on for me. Logan and Richie are hard workers and obviously care about this store because they didn't tell me come back tomorrow instead they said we can help you out. Very pleasant guys I'm back on the road safely now. Thanks alot guys. Looks like I'm coming here from now on. I owe them my future business

Been bringing me & my kids cars here for years & they all have accounts TP cards for that no interest for six months on tires & repairs! Great Mecanics & Management that bend over backwards to get the best parts & Prices!

Went to get my tires put on and after 40 min wait this fell out of my driver side back tire right away there was noises and wobbling. They apparently didn t notice bringing it to me.

I'd pass on purchasing a battery here. Nothing but issues with mine and did not last more than a year. Perhaps they didn't put in a new battery. I'm not sure.To top it off they told me my battery should be replaced during a routine oil change. All of a sudden the battery was "fine" when I asked if it has a warranty since they sold it to me within the past 12 months. Lol what a joke. Spend your money at a real auto shop.

Never coming here again! I had 4 brand new tires to mount, which has been done in the past. After dropping my jeep off, I got a call about 3hrs later saying it was ready. Went to pick it up, the tires were never mounted. Apparently they couldn't get the lug nuts off? Brand new lug nuts! My husband had no issues removing the lugnuts when we got home.....Pure laziness if you ask me. Taking care of my Tires at a different garage.

There manager Eric is a scam artist. Do not ever go to this place. They hate it if you come back after my alignment was done by the manager Eric. My car pulled to the rt. When braking. Tom ther reg align. Guy said unable to align until I fix my inner tie rod. So why didn't Eric notice this when he did my alignment. He has workers that Don't know what there doing. Including himself.

I used them 3 years ago to put new tires on my 22inch rims, there was no issue, these were tires i had bought online not from Tires Plus. Few months ago, i needed the same service, brand new tires bought online. They refused and said they have no way to prove they were new tires. I told them they had already done this for me before, there was no wear on the tires, and have stickers on them still. And to think there is people who change out winter and summer tires on the same rims, "that are not new" is what did not make sense. They were rude about this and never returned my call. If this is the policy now, then fine but i felt they handled the conversation unprofessional.

Do they hire anybody to work here?? My wife brings her car in for new tires and you can't do it because "lug nuts are swollen"?? And all you do is shrug your shoulders at me and tell me I have to go to a dealership?? I got home 5min later and got all the lug nuts off with a 19mm socket.. didn't even have to force the socket on. Did you guys even try? Maybe go to school so you can become a real mechanic and maybe also work on those customer service skills.

Eric was the service advisor when I stopped in on Saturday, May 6th. He was incredibly polite, professional and helpful. I had fast and efficient service from the service technician, Devin. They definitely went above and beyond for this customer.After patching my tire, I pulled away and noticed the brakes were catching and I could feel it and hear it while braking. I swung back around and asked if Eric would drive my vehicle to see what I was talking about. We drove around for a couple of blocks. He immediately understood my concern and recognized it was moisture and residue buildup and would work itself out. He thoroughly explained to me what was going on, reassured me everything was fine and told me to call if there were any issues. It worked itself out on the way home and just like he said, everything is fine and working properly.One of the best experiences as a customer for not only an automotive experience, but from any business. They will be my go-to for anything related to their services. My father also appreciates their services. Well done!Service: Tires

Erik, and ALL the Tires Plus Team here in Burnsville at this location will continue to be my "car guys".This location and the employees have always taken personal care when it comes to my vehicles. I appreciate that they care about people being safe on the road. They are forward looking - when it comes to being sure the vehicle is road ready. They are honest, reliable and decent people - who I know I can trust to keep my daughter and I safe on the road. Really good service. Competitive prices for the tires. Had the brakes done, an oil change, and an alignment. Drove to South Carolina and back with no issues. The car is safe for the duration of my ownership apart from oil changes, which is basic maintenance

i came in for an oil change and (what i thought) was just break pads. Went in for a coolant flush. One of the Manager there are really rude on explaining their service. "You say you want a coolant flush so we won't start your car to reach normal temperature to see if your heat work or the thermostat open or not." "If you drive home and it's over heat it's not us." I mean aren't that what a coolant flush is. Make sure customer vehicle not over heated after job completed. On top of that they can't even call to let you know the vehicle is done. I have to call them the next to ask. Bad customer service from the manager. luckily the technician know what they're doing!!!

Went here to get an AC diagnosed. A waste of $60 as the techs were totally off saying the condenser needed to be replaced bc it had a leak...there were zero leaks in it. I had said I thought it was the compressor but what do I know. They quoted me $1340.39 to place a $150 part that took 30 minutes to replace. Insanely overpriced and to know it was unnecessary as I replaced the condenser myself and AC still didn't work is quite annoying. Ended up replacing the compressor like I had thought and the AC now works as good as new. They probably planned to rob me for the condenser and then when that didn't fix the issue they'd have charged me another $1500 -$2000 or so to replace the compressor. Save yourself some time and money and find a place that knows what they're doing. At least it only costed me $60 to discover this.

Highly recommend speaking To Devon or Richie. Unfortunately I was one of those customers who come in on short notice, yet they still took the time to ensure I was taken care of within the last hour on a SUNDAY! Amazing employees.

Outstanding, friendly, empathetic customer service. Eric got my vehicle into the shop for maintenance with no notice, and stayed late to ensure the job was complete, including a free tire rotation and inspection too.

They had the winter tires I needed for our KIA Sorento. I'm a retired First Responder and they generously gave me a discount for my service. Thank you Tires Plus team for making our vehicle safe for the worst Minnesota winter driving ever.

Always mess up my alignments have had to bring back 5 cars to get the alignment redone they do fix it for free but still they should get it done right the first time. And the employees seem like they hate their job

These people should have nothing to do with your tires or car. They amazing me they can get to work in the morning without helping without helping. I purchased two 450 perbtire for ny truck . They were suppose to replace the tire that was the wrong size with a new one. I rhought anyone with a brain could see r hat but guess not they tried to send me home with 315 size tires on 3 wheels and a 245 size tire on the 4th wheel. What the ? ... for safety reasons find another place and save your grief.
