Just went there for the first time today and walked out an extremely happy new owner of a jeep wrangler. Corey was really good at helping us make the decision and wasn't pushy at all. We also had a chance to meet one of the owners and talk about the dealership and the super cool antique Jeep in the showroom it was truly a unique experience that I've never had at any other dealership. I felt like I was being accepted into a family.

Today was the first time I had ever been to this dealer. I walked in without an appointment was greeted with a friendly smile and offered snacks and beverages right off the bat.The lease on our vehicle was expiring and I was looking for new vehicle. The dealership is new renovated and really impressive. They have a great lounge area, really impressive service area and a very welcoming show room. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and police. The sale person I worked with was Steve Carpenter and he was great to work with. He helped me identify the best Grand Cherokee model that fit my family's needs and provided no pressure whatsoever in the buying process. He answered all of my questions and even let me drive the vehicle home to show my family to make sure everyone was on the same page prior to proceeding with the purchase. What I enjoyed about Steve, is he listened to what my needs were and provided me the best options based off of that. He didn't have an agenda and just listened and worked with me. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made sure I knew how everything worked prior to leaving the dealership with my new vehicle.The dealership was able to work with my existing lease and get us into a new lease that fit our budget. This dealership provided me with a great buying experience and handled everything in a timely manner and made the paper work as easy as possible.Park made a great first impression on me.

We purchased a 24 GCL from Ryan at Park Chrysler Jeep. We came back to this location for Ryan. He went above and beyond on the allocation of this Jeep. I would highly recommend anyone to use Ryan and Park Chrysler Jeep. The finance department was very nice, and worked with us in all aspects. 5 out of 5 stars.

Ryan was great. We walked in wanting to see a specific car we had found online. He had it ready for us to drive and was very knowledgeable about all the car s features. He answered all our questions and was patient while we made our decision. After purchasing he called a few days later to see how I was liking my new car and if I had any more questions. Great customer service!

It s been a journey for me to get the perfect Wrangler. I came into Park Jeep back in June when I saw a 23 High Altitude Bright White. Randy was my salesman. He was very pleasant to work with and patient with me in answering all my questions. We got the ball rolling on my trade in and worked with me on meeting the price I wanted for that vehicle. Sadly I lost out on that Bright White Wrangler. Test drove a couple more with some other features and packages and decided to place a custom build order on my dream wrangler. Then the UAW strike happened! 19wks later with my build not even scheduled we really just wanted to move on and take a look what they had available. Boy am I happy I did!! I found the absolute perfect Sarge Green Wrangler with all my must have options and I m smitten with this Wrangler! It couldn t have worked out any better! We were able to negotiate the price we wanted and still honored the price of my trade in Jeep months later!!A big shout out to you, Randy! Through it all you stayed in touch with me! Also the managers here are great! Sonja, Robert and John. Also Devon in detail is the bomb!! He was wonderful in working with me on buffing out a couple scratches on my 22. I really appreciate him taking the time to make me 100% happy!

I purchased my first car from the dealership last week & the experience went above and beyond my expectations. Randy was so helpful in assisting me with what I wanted, needed and what was in my budget. He was above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and did not feel pressured at all. I also appreciated him working around my full time work schedule to contact me and not calling me 10 times during the work day like most car dealerships have during this process. Jay also assisted in going over all the financing information and taking the time to explain my options & expectations. I think I also spent far more time than I should of just chatting, I seriously did not know buying a car would be such a pleasant experience. I am IN LOVE with my new Jeep Cherokee & cannot thank Randy and Jay enough for the help they provided me in every step of this process. I 10/10 recommend buying here.

Wow!! What an experience I had today. I spent 8 hours with salesman Steve Carpenter who helped me find my dream car. This was the best dealership I have ever been to. Steve was so knowledgeable, answered all my questions, never once rushed my decision, and made me laugh/smile the entire time. I literally left the lot with the biggest smile on my face. I am so beyond grateful for Both Steve Carpenter and Robert Dworsky. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely be coming back! BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!

We leased a Jeep Wrangler PHEV back in December and we're very happy with it. This is our second purchase with Park Chrysler.Ryan, our salesman, was thorough, knowledgeable, and provided a great experience overall. I would definitely work through him again. Haiying, in the finance department, was amazing. (She was actually our salesperson on our last Jeep purchase, too!) Sonia, the manager, was fun to work with. And all shared valuable insights on the Wrangler owner experience. Overall, a really great experience with this dealership.I've also had to use the service department with our last Jeep, and they were truly superb.If I had any nits, it would be the trade in process this time (or rather offer). But overall, we made it work.I would 100% recommend Park Chrysler sales and service.

We had an outstanding experience with this place. From the very beginning�to the end we didn't feel any pressure from their side.�They gave us a very good deal. I'd especially like to mention Connor's work. Easygoing, respectful�and very patient man. He went above and beyond. Explained everything, answered every question we asked. That was not my first experience with a dealership but the best one. Even if you know nothing Connor will take you through the process making your life easier. He even stayed with our 5-year old daughter while me and my wife took a test drive that took 30-40 minutes. Thanks man. You're the best.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience while looking for a new and first Jeep. Marc was incredibly personable, professional & patient through the entire process. He helped me find my perfect Jeep without pushing anything extra or making me feel pressured into purchasing and walked me through process start to finish. To start, the finance department at Park Chrysler Jeep provided me with a trade-in value below the market rate for my 2021 Jeep Compass. To make matters worse, they attempted to simultaneously roll in the arbitrage difference of approx. **$4,150** between what they were willing to buy it for ($17,000) and what the bank had appraised it for ($21,150) into the financing of a used vehicle that I was interested in. Essentially, If I wouldn t have known any better, they would have let me leave paying for two vehicles while leaving the lot with just one. This practice feels like double dipping and is both **unethical** and **inappropriate**.More importantly the fact that they were ok with this type practice on the financing side really makes me question the integrity & leadership at this dealership.If you plan to buy or lease a Jeep here, I would strongly recommend bringing the paperwork home to read through carefully, or have a lawyer friend review it. Adding to my original post as of 3/2/2023. I tried to call the owner and got a call back from his Customer Experience Coordinator instead, to try to make things right. All the guy did was pretend like he cared to try and not lose the relationship then went ahead and tried spin sell me another vehicle insane.

Not a good place to do business. They never once provided any numbers for my trade in values. Just a final number that was insane. I also peeked at their sheet calculating the amount they had. My trade values they had written, and the vehicle price definitely didn't add up to the end number they were pushing. Good thing I had two other dealerships engaged in the purchase I was seeking. Because my time is money. And this place was a big waste of time.

This is the 7th Jeep I have purchased from PCJ! Our sales representative Connor was very attentive and made sure we found what we were looking for! He will do very well in this line of work! Our service representative Cory is wonderful! I have bragged about him in 3 different states! He has been my guy for over 10 years! He makes sure issues are resolved as does Connor! Great dealership to work with!!

First class experience while getting service on my Jeep Gladiator. Every aspect of the repair journey from service advisor to technician to a chance to run in with one of the owners to the sales manager. The whole team are class acts and passionate Jeep people. I have never experienced such a great down to earth and knowledgeable group of people at a dealership. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I haven t bought a car yet from Park, however, I communicated with dozens of Jeep dealers while searching for a used Wagoneer and Pete from Park was by far the most professional and personal sales manager I dealt with he never pressured me and was always willing to help me find the right vehicle vs. the one that they have for sale. He was also willing to accommodate me being an out of town buyer, which was incredibly helpful. Pete unfortunately was let go and I m disappointed he may not be here for delivery of my new (used) vehicle if I still make the purchase.

I usually get a lot of anxiety when it comes time to take care of lease turn ins, especially now with how the car market seems. Luckily I met with Craig and after listening to things I'd want in a new vehicle and the price range I was trying to stay under, he was able to find me a vehicle that was right in my range.Haiying made the financing process very easy as well, and I never felt pressured into buying anything if I thought the financing wouldn't work for me.Overall the experience was not as bad as I was anticipating, and I always recommend Park to people who are in the market for a Jeep!

Troy Chaika was amazing! I walked in overwhelmed and kinda defeated because I was so pressured from other dealerships. Troy was understanding and really listened to what I was looking for! He was patient and all around just a great person to work with!! I definitely felt at ease and excited about my purchase due to who great and helpful Troy was!!! Nick in the service department was nothing short of amazing/helpful! I dropped my car off on a Monday, and though they were extremely busy, he squeezed me in due to it being an emergency. Very responsive and worked really well with warranty company which I ve never had someone do for me before. Thank you, Nick!!!!!

Highly recommended! Purchased my first Jeep from Park Chrysler in 2017 and now on my 3rd. Referred my brother who also purchased his car here. Being from Cali where I'd practically be at the dealer all day because of sales sharks, I was so surprised at the quick and no pressure process at Park Chrysler Jeep. Not sure if this is normal or if it's because they have one of the best of the best...Haiying. My go to with all 4 cars - she's wonderful! Trust and peace of mind. Troy as well. Also got my services done here and only had one bad experience a few years ago. Service rep no longer there so happy about that. Overall, 5 stars. Happy Customer.

Was a great experience!! Cam was by far the best salesman I have ever bought a car from. He went above and beyond! Everyone else was a great help as well. Will not hesitate to buy a car from them in the future!!!Well almost a year later and my son was looking for a used vehicle. Cam found a 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL 2 door. My kid fell in love with it and now owns it!! Cam ya killed it again!! Can't wait for the next vehicle (New or Used). You will always be treated with respect and kindness!!

I had the honor of working with Park Chrysler recently to trade my Wrangler in for a Grand Cherokee, and it was great working with this team. They kept the process as simple as could be, but at the same time managed to hit every detail. Troy, Pete and Haiying were attentive and helpful! I recommend this dealership and will be back!

My husband called this jeep location and wanted to get our jeep in to have it serviced. Long story short the jeep was having some issues with a power drain somewhere and the new battery we just put in had drained after two (2) weeks. So my husband called to day and explained what was happening and the jeep representative on the phone was doing everything in his power to talk us out of bringing in the jeep. Comments like "well I don't know what we can offer you" and if the "Jeep is not acting up when you bring it in then we can not help you". Finally my husband told the guy on the phone that it really sounded like he was trying to talk us out of bringing the jeep to a jeep dealership to have it serviced. My husband is mechanically inclined and used to do all the work on our jeeps. Now that my husband runs his company fulltime, he does not have the time. My husbands then proceeded to tell the Jeep representative what needed to be done and how they could test for the issues. My husband called the jeep representative out. At this point the Jeep rep said for him to bring it in.I am just beside myself that the JEEP dealership would try and talk us out of bringing our JEEP in to have it looked at and worked on. After what happened today, my family will not be giving our business to this JEEP location. We have bought several jeeps over the years and had our jeeps serviced by Jeep. Today we will be searching for a new service's provider. I wounder if the owner of this location knows that his employees are discouraging customers from coming in? What a JOKE!I wounder if they do this with the factory / extended warranties that they sell at this location! Could you imagine spending thousands of dollars on a warranty, to be told that they cant help you for a situation that should be common knowledge with a Jeep tech?

I bought my Gladiator Rubicon at a Jeep dealership local to me and after about a month of having it I noticed a ticking/tapping sound at cold start and under load. I took it back to the dealership and after what seemed like forever and talking to 4-5 different people and being told it was running as it should and wasn t anything to worry about. I wasn t happy with that answer so I asked in a facebook group what dealership was the one to go to and it was pretty much unanimous Park Jeep and actually one of the Park Jeep Tech s chimed in. I made an appointment and they took a look and said that it indeed had something going on but I d need to schedule another appointment for further investigation. Scheduled that and brought it back and they found that the intake cam and two rockers were toast. They fixed it and called to ask if I wanted an oil change, gave the green light on the oil change and now they have a customer coming back. Never mind they re over an hour drive, I will definitely be back for service or my next Jeep. Thanks again Park Jeep!

I recently bought my dream Jeep Wrangler from Park Chysler Jeep, thanks to Troy Chaika and the team. Troy was absolutely fabulous to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. Our whole experience from inquiry, to test drive, to making a deal, to financing was a breeze. If I could give zero stars I would.This place is garbage wouldn t recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Had the jeep at the shop for over a week and half and couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. Why it would stall while driving.Then they found what was causing the issue. ( so they thought)So we put 600$ in it to fix it yay! Back in a month with the same problem.What a joke.Tried to check in while the vehicle was in the shop to see if there was any update and they wouldn t get back to us. So my wife dropped by when she was in the area and then the guy was pissed that she was checking in., he was rude to her aswell. Wouldn t have had to spot in if they would just respond when they give u a number to contact for updates. Nice customer care.(NOT)The Service advisor was useless.
