Employees are always helpful and knowledgable, if parts aren't in stock at this store they will find one that it is or get it sent to theirs. Good people.

Knowledgeable employees who get you what you need. Manager works the counter and doesnt hide behind a desk in an office. Store is clean. If they don't have it at their store they will get it asap. I have an O'Reilly in my city but I drive to Burnsville to get my parts. Its just a better store all around.

Carter was frickin AMAZING! Had our oil pan bolt fall out and had oil everywhere. Carter helped Jack up the car and helped put in a new bolt and we are so thankful for him. He was very patient & kind.

Zayne the manager helped me out today! He was very kind and very professional. I don t know much about cars, and he explained everything perfectly to me! I really appreciate the honest and fast work he did for me. The other mechanics that came up were very nice and helpful too! Thank you again!

I have been working with this location and all the guys are great to deal with. I specially love working with Traver and Zane but Sammy is also great and so are some of the other guys. I would honestly say that if I was there boss, I would give them a raise every 2 weeks. Oh and dont even get me started on the delivery guy like Jerry !

All the parts for oil changes and assorted bulbs. I used their website to enter my vehicle and find parts to fit. The counters were busy but the site up while in the store worked great for me. O Reilly is always my first choice

This is Kay Miska. I wanted to give a shout out to the guys at O'Reilly on November 30th. I called and asked if they had a battery for my car that was dead in the cold weather. I then asked if they can put it in for me and they said yes! Once I got my car started, I brought it to O'Reilly and Jahir was super helpful in finding me a battery and he installed it into my car! KUDOS to him and your staff. They were fun to chat with while I waited. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Best auto part store around. Louie along with a frequent customer, Dave, replaced my battery. The replacement involved a lot of manual labor and the whole service took around 45 minutes due to the placement and corrosion of the battery. I am extremely grateful for the level of service received from Louie and Dave that was provided at no additional cost. Louie is a true professional and I will be back to see him for all other auto related needs. I can not recommend this auto store enough.

This was the first time going to this location and the person behind the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. At other locations, they have always helped with finding the name for the light bulbs that were out in my car but here was not the case. Not everyone knows cars and someone who works at a car shop should be alittle more helpful or atleast find someone who can help rather than disrespect a customer for not knowing.

I very much do enjoy this place. The guys working behind the desk are very nice and knowledgeable about basically anything I've thrown at them. They have almost every part you could ever need. The location is fantastic and very clean. Highly recommended if you live in the area and you need quality parts.

Great service. Craig and Jack always try to help however they can and are knowledgeable. If it's not right they will make sure it is when you come back. Everything that I needed was generally in stock and at reasonable prices. Keeps me coming back.

Great place if you need some parts for fixing your car. Staff is very knowledge and offers excellent advice. Being able to borrow specialty tools from here for no cost makes it an excellent choice for the next time you need to buy car parts.

Stopped here today for a new riding lawnmower battery and the staff member was extremely rude. He refused to test the old battery to make sure it was the problem instead of something else and was crabby and rolling his eyes throughout the whole interaction. We will NOT be back - AutoZone s employees are MUCH friendlier.Edit - guess what? It wasn t the battery. If he d just tested it as requested, we wouldn t be out $120 with no solution.

I had an issue with my car and hoped they could help me. When I talked to the guy at the counter he had a very poor attitude with answering my questions and seemed as if he had no knowledge of anything about cars. I asked him to speak to his manager because he told me that he would NOT help me. The guy who was filling in for said manager told me that he was not able to touch my car to hook up the device and insisted that I do it myself. I told him I knew nothing about that stuff and it was why I was in there in the first place. I tried explaining the issue to him but he kept giving me useless suggestions that anybody with common sense could tell it was a bunch of noise. I could have learned more information off of the packaging of products. My conclusion is they either knew nothing about cars or I was being racially discriminated against. It was an absolute terrible experience and I will never step foot in another o'reillys auto parts store ever again. If this is allowed to go on it's a company problem not just 1 store.

My fan blower in my van broke, and when I brought it in Louis J. got my part ordered right away. I'm not used to problem solving my vehicle, or ordering parts. But now I feel empowered. Thanks, Louis at O'Reilly Burnsville for helping me step into new territory.

I needed a signal light bulb and stopped into O'Reillys. I usually like to try to do things myself, so i went out to my van to try to install ( never done it before lol) after a few minutes the salesman saw me struggling and ran out to help. His name was Louie. Very upbeat, proffesional and friendly service. Thank you. I will be back!

O'Reilly's always has something, and if they don't have it, they can get it. Obviously know what your asking for or do you research before hand, like check out there inventory before hand and save yourself a trip and their time, none of that "so the thing that does this thing and it goes like pfffffft, and now it does bbbbzzzzz, do you know what I'm talking about, the thing" kind of BS. The staff are very professional, and knowledgeable. It's a little off putting at times because somedays you can tell they hate their job but we all have our place in the world.

bought a alt/ps tensioner, was given a ac tensioner today.. brought back the ac tensioner to get the correct alt/ps tensioner. Dealt with a incompetent moron John who basically told me he couldn't return it because computer wouldnt let him, he also couldn't honor the 5.00 rewards coupon I used to buy the original tensioner, off the correct tensioner because coupon was already used. After 15 min of dealing with John, I needed to clearly see a manager, Scott, who was easy to work with, did the return, honored the same coupon for 5.00 off and did everything promptly. As Scott handled my issue, John whined about this return was going to hurt his sales numbers for the day and that's why he wouldn't help me. WHAT!?! Scott assured him it wouldnt make any difference on his numbers. John gave terrible service, refused to take back a incorrect part in new condition bought today returned today, all because he cares more about his #s then taking care of customer. O'Reilly's Management/Owners/Corporate Headquarters, I understand finding good employees is hard, as I own multiple businesses and can relate, but this John guy can be replaced with anyone with a half a brain and guaranteed you would still have 50% more brain then John. SHOP OWNERS, MECHANICS, INDIVIDUALS WHO FIX THERE OWN VEHICLES, SCOTT IS WONDERFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THE PERSON YOU NEED TO WORK WITH IN BURNSVILLE.
