Absolute imbeciles!Looking at the current Real Deals sale flyer, called to inquire about a 12/24 volt battery charger, gave the guy item number listed with description and page number of ad and still unable to locate item.

Went in here this morning. Had a hydraulic fitting I needed. Guy doesn t even give me the time of day. Just said nope don t have it. I said oh? So you can t even order it? Nope. Ummmm did you even try? Do you even wanna make a sale? Extremely rude not the first time I ve had issues with this employee. He is also the manager! Extremely frustrating! So I went down the road to the other Napa in prior lake and they had the part on hand.

They have a lady there who is pretty gruff, cursing and talking down to everyone. Kid of weird, but they had my parts. So 3 stars.

I had a great experience at the Napa auto parts store today. The two gentlemen who were working were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back to this store when necessary.

Well I called looking for a trailer wire adapter. They immediately said we don't have one. I asked can I get a availability on it? He said no we don't have it. I said so you wont look it up and tell me if you can get it. He said yep. Well I called my friend who owns another Napa and within 2 mins he had it looked up, and told me what stores had it. Well these guys had it, but the guy was too lazy to look it up and make money. So I will not do business with these guys again, nor will the company I work for. Thanks for nothing.

I purchased some parts online from NAPA. I had some shipped to me and some I picked up in the Burnsville store.When I went to pick them up the employees were very friendly and helpful.I ended up not having the time to do the work on my vehicle so I went back to the store to return the parts. Immediately you could tell the employee was not happy that I was returning the parts. He kept sighing very loudly as shaking his his head. I finally asked what the problem was and why was he acting like my return was such a burden. He told me that my return was over $400, it wasn't even bought at their store and he was going to have to jump through hoops to do my return.I've never felt so unwelcome in a retail store before and was totally taken aback by how I was treated by the employee. I don't make very many auto parts purchases so the loss of my business is nothing to them. I caution anyone on expecting fair treatment from this store if you are doing anything except purchasing directly from this location.

Worst experience in my life. Had battery warranty and they didn t honor it! I will never shop at this place again. Funny when I went right down the road to oreilly told them my issue and they said if it happens again that they will honor there warranty. Save you self the headache and go to oreily

Went in to buy a new battery for my car, they tested my old one and found out it was still in excellent shape. Josh and Pat were very helpful and even cleaned the terminals on my battery for me! I couldn't be happier and I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Pat is a savior. Twice now she made magic happen for me. I run a bin cleaning business and when we break down on the route I need fixes fast. She always comes through. Fair prices to boot. Thanks Pat

One or two employees are helpful, the rest are absolutely worthless. I don't want to hear "I don't know, can't help you with that." I'm asking you about grease. Vehicles use grease. Napa sells grease.Basically, unless you bring these guys a part number and know what you need already, they will be completely unhelpful.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery

Poor service. Online "reserve order" for 4 parts placed at Noon. Called to confirm - they said one part would be in at 2 pm; all other parts were in stock. Arrived at 3 pm; only 1 part was pulled, had to go find another part, wasted time futilely trying to find 3rd part until the obviously frustrated boss lady finally stepped in and found it, and 4th part never showed up. Pretty lame for a supposed "assistant manager". NAPA stores in my experience generally have a wider variety (and sometimes higher quality) of parts available than all of the other aftermarket places here in town, but each NAPA store I've been to seems to vary wildly in service. I would steer clear of this particular store.

Need to train their employees on how to process returnsThey denied my return (with receipt and well within allowed return window). They said they don t accept corporate transaction because they are privately own. I was so upset and left empty handed.I went to the NAPA store in Bloomington, on Lyndale ave, and they accepted my return no problem.Do not recommend this store

On my 2002 Lexus RX 300Part 16121 . Called in and they said my warranty was 25k miles or 5 years. We barely drive this vehicle but now they don t want to help. We are still under warranty because in 4 years we didn t even drive 25k miles. They go you have to show us that you didn t drive that much? And how would they show us we didn t drive that much?I ll attach a photo. Has 123k miles a 20 year suv. Comes out to barely 4K miles a year. So we bought the part in 2018 4K times 4 . That s 16k- 24k miles at most. Never buying anything from this place again. I ll attach photo to justify my mileage. This is our winter suv which we barely drive. Unprofessional place. I asked them on the phone. Did you order the part? I think so, I think we did . SO you cant check if you did or you did not?. Keeps insisting the part is at the Shakopee Napa. So i drove out there to check. They say zero in stock. So i had to drive out to Eden Prairie to get the part. But kudos to the shakopee and Eden Prairie location. They were super friendly! No childish kids games. They just took our receipt and warrantied the product for us.

Top notch service. The guys behind the counter know what they're talking about unlike some other chains that have high school kids behind the counter that don't have a clue.They're open Sundays. The Google listing is not accurate as of 04/23/17.Hours of Operation:7:00am - 8:00pm, M-F8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday

Went in to get a distributor cap and they would not price match the manager Josh says he cannot price match to no other stores I will not shop at Napa again

I ve not had very good luck with this branch on products, help or technical expertise.As of result, I tend to go to Oreilly Auto parts that is very close who does offer help and technical expertise as needed

napa is the place to go if you don't want to buy OEM. they have always had better parts then the other auto stores. this location also has a machine shop for pressing bearings ect.

Normally has quality parts (higher priced than most aftermarket parts, but that's the quality you pay for), but their hold times on the phone are usually in excess of over 5 minutes.
