Mike, the store manager, Dave, the owner, and the mechanics were all very professional, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They replaced my catalytic converter for about one-third of the price I was quoted by the shop I usually go to.Before the work was done Mike showed me what the issue was on the shop floor and gave me options for repair or replacement.Will definitely be going back if I require further automotive repair services.Great job and thanks!

Great experience, the guys were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. A commodity in the auto industry. And the guys told me to reach out if there are any issues with services performed. To me, that screams confidence and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend these guys!

I had not been to Meineke in many years. I called because I knew they were great with mufflers. I was scheduled same day, treated with a ton of respect and kept up to date during the whole repair. Excellent experience and I am going back.

Very good prompt service. I was jacked around by a different shop, I sat there for over an hour before they came and told me they couldn t align my tires because it needed some replacement bolts that they didn t have. I went to Meineke in Burnsville and David had me taken care of and on the road in less than an hour! Awesome!

wrongfully diagnosed my car, then told me I have to replace my control box which would ve cost me four grand. I went to a different mechanic who works on these cars and they told me something completely different and now my car drives perfectly fine. refused to give me a refund. I wouldn t come here if you have a nice car they said they took an hour to do an OEM scan read and try to reset the code last time I checked it doesn t take that long

I have been to this shop three times for oil changes. Twice they have not replaced the oil filter correctly causing an oil pressure issue. The first time they said it would cost $2000 to fix it. Then realized it was just a part in the filter that was not replaced. I don t trust them and will not return.UPDATE: They also told me that I had an oil leak in one of the oil lines for a turbo, and that they would both need to be replaced for $3500. When I went to a different shop they took the time to degreaser the engine compartment and found that it was NOT the turbo but a valve cover gasket. Total fix $650. I wouldn t trust this shop as far as I could throw it.

With a welder available they were able to replace a splitting pipe in the exhaust system. It took less than an hour and the total cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

April 2024,I am continuing to get my vehicles serviced here because or their professionalism and ability to meet my maintenance and repair needs. Check for coupons!March 2022- Great service. Waiting room has coffee and water. Reasonably priced, check for coupons.January 27, 2020Last minute schedule to have a used car inspection (buying a used car). I received a very comprehensive report about the condition and advice about what the car might need. I used this information with the used car dealership. Reasonably priced inspection.I have been there twice now. Most recently needed a last minute oil change. I called Toyota and could only get it in 4 days, I got in here the same day. Both times we had appointments and repairs done in a reasonable time. Quality of work is great. manager is real nice along with waiting area. Explains all options and also has coupons online. Mike and Cody were very helpful and kept me informed as to what was happening with my vehicle from inspection to recommend repairs and a full explanation of the work performed when I picked it up. Great experience again, Had an alternator replaced on my mazda 6. It took about 45 minutes to an hour longer than what they had figured do to an unforeseen issue with with a wiring harness. They informed me that it'll take a little longer, which I had no problem with and they never tried to charge me more for labor than what was quoted due to the harness issue. I will be bringing my car here for whatever issue pops up in the future, and I reccomend them to anyone that who's looking for quality work from quality people at a fair price.

Great service and expertise. Faulty belt tensioner to the point it took out the water pump and alternator bearings Replaced in a very reasonable time frame.
