I had a very good experience in having my car assessed for work needed to be done as well as some minor work on car. Very professional, respectful staff, and I liked how the mechanic explained simply what I needed to know to make a decision. I will go back if I need a repair or get my oil changed.

George runs a great shop, and I recommend to anyone looking for work done on their vehicle. It'll be cheaper than taking it to the dealer and George's pricing is very fair.Super nice guy and after visiting his shop over the last couple years, I've always always walked away feeling good about the transaction. I stopped in and got an oil change from George and he was amazing! He was a one man show on the day we stopped in and still made me feel extremely welcome and shared so many fun stories about his background. I ve been taking my car to the dealership for service for years just because they felt safe for someone like me with absolutely no car knowledge, but after one oil change, I can tell that George is an honest and trustworthy guy who takes a lot of pride in his work, so without a doubt I will be back for any/all of my automotive work!

George and his team were a great help with my flat. Dropped off my tire and they put back on for me later the same day. They have multiple lifts and are a full service mechanics shop. Up front and honest about possible cost and approach depending on what they may find. I will be back when needed.

So happy I found Master Automotive! Can't say enough about how helpful and thoughtful George is. He's a pro who really knows his stuff and cares about his customers.I didn't know service like this existed anymore, my faith is restored...not to mention my car :-)

Honestly, the best experience I've had at auto shop. As a woman, I'm generally apprehensive to go these places as I'm often talked down to or overcharged. But here, I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable.The work on my car itself was done in a very timely manner, a lot of maintenance was performed, and not only was it all done fast, but for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car maintenance.

Honesty and Integrity:I met George on a Saturday when he took time out of his schedule to give me a second opinion on my vehicle. George is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and communicates well. George took the time to show me what the issue was with my vehicle and then laid out what my options were. I will be bringing my vehicles to George for service from now on.

Got a pre purchase inspection done for a used car I am planning to buy. George, the owner of Master Automotive is extremely transparent, highly experienced and easy to work with. I couldn t be present in person while the inspection was being done, but George made it very easy for me over the phone, gave me a detailed report for the car over email and ran me through each and every detail.I would definitely recommend everyone to get any form of inspection or repairs done from Master Automotive.10/10.

I have owned many VWs over the years and I've always been wary of going anywhere but a dealership to have work done. A friend recommended Master Automotive and after my experience here, the only reason I'll be going back to a dealership is to purchase a vehicle.George was extremely helpful and listened to all of my worries. He took the time to drive my vehicle, with me in it, and assess everything himself versus just having a computer spit out some information code. I was extremely excited dropping off my car because I could already tell it was in amazing hands.The day I picked up my vehicle, I was astounded. It felt like I was driving a brand new car with how clean and tight everything was handling. I got home and had to let George know that I was ecstatic with his work, he then informed me that his apprentice, Terrison, had done all of it!Overall, my experience at Master Automotive in Burnsville was absolutely wonderful! Fantastic folks, completing marvelous work!Thank you George and Terrison!!

I was looking for a shop closer to work so I could leave my SUV there for the day and pick it up after. I had heard good things about Master so I decided to have some work done there. My truck drives great and George was really easy to work with.They send a text if they need to check in with you so you can call them back if you re busy, which was really nice for me since I didn t have much downtime that day. After I picked it up and got home, George gave me a call since he didn t get a chance at the shop. He made sure I was happy with how it drove back home and made sure I had a good understanding of the work done. It s always nice to find an honest mechanic and they go above and beyond that. George and Nick at Master Automotive did a great job repairing my power steering shaft. They were very honest with me about what needed to be repaired and what did not need repaired compared to another place of business in Burnsville. On my way home my red oil light came on and it never had before. I looked right away for any auto shop and found the best one immediately 1/2 a block later! I was in a panic and walked into Master Automotive and yelled hello? Out came George, the owner. I explained my panicked state and he said ok, why don t you have a seat and give me your keys and I ll take a look. I said that would be great, thanks! He took my keys , walked out to my car, checked my oil, looked under my car, and came back in. He said well, you re down about 3 quarts of oil, my shop is closed for tonite, but how about I put some oil in for tonite & you come back tomorrow and we ll do an oil change and check things out. I said great. He went in the back of his store, to his garage, came back with oil in a can and went out, poured it in, and no red light! I made an appointment for in the morning and left. Next morning I went back, a young man came and got my keys, drove my car out back and in about 30 minutes he came back and handed the keys to George and they filled out a checkout list of all the things they had checked out on my car as a courtesy. They then told me the total cost and I was so relieved! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of auto care! The honesty was incredible! George is friendly and so was his staff and in today s world it is hard to find people like this who take pride in their workmanship. I thanked them and know when I need any thing done with my car I will be going to this place!Service: Oil change

George and his son run a quality operation. I had a very difficult alignment problem. George worked exceptionally hard diagnosing and researching how to repair it. When he was done my alignment was perfect. George himself is a great guy and I couldn't recommend anyone higher for your auto needs.

George has worked on my vehicle twice now and both times he did whatever he could to fit me into his schedule. Honest and very friendly! I got stuck in a jam, 35 minutes away from home. By sheer luck my truck died nearly in this parking. George and Nick were very understanding and helpful. Any future auto needs, I am making the drive here. If you are reading this, then do not look elsewhere. Highly recommend!

So my starter went out in my car, and called a few shops around town, after receiving high quotes, George quoted me a reasonable price. When speaking to him on the phone, I knew that his shop was the right shop for my job (mind you it was a giant pain to put in my starter). He was knowledgeable, friendly, and to the point. When I picked up my car, he explained what they did, gave me a coupon for next time, and an oil change free of charge? Like what shop gives out this sort of stuff? Only Master does. Choose this place for all your repair needs, you will not regret it.Service: General repairs

George has been taking care of my cars for almost 20 years. Reliable, fair, does great work. Most importantly, he is HONEST. I will not take my cars anywhere else.Preventative maintenance is the KEY to making your cars last. Let George be the guy to take care of your cars. I do everything here: batteries, tires, brakes, alignments, and maintenance. My cars have run better, lasted longer, and have had fewer issues since I met George.Plus, George is a great guy.

George was very detailed in finding out how my car was acting and was able to get to the bottom of the issue. Through out the process he was able to save me some money. I know had I brought my car into another place I might have paid twice as much the only thing I can say( and not a bad thing) is the time it took a little longer than I had hoped, but my car is running great. It s 21 yrs old. Almost doubled my gas mileage. Thanks George and your team.

Visited MA after getting the run around all over town. George quickly pinpointed the problem with my SUV and I was out of the door with a functional vehicle in no time. Very professional shop with great employees who actually care about your vehicle, your time, and your wallet.Everything is done in a timely manner and with your best interest in mind to ensure your vehicle is running at 100% when it is pulled out of the garage.They even take the time to vacuum out your car before calling it done. The owner George is in everyday making sure his business is ran to perfection.Basically the best shop around with the most caring team of mechanics who don t try to upsell you but try to help you save a buck while still doing grade A workThank you master automotive for all you do.Keep up the good work.

George does an excellent job at not only diagnosing the issue but saying that in a way that makes sense to the customer. I've come here for a few things now and I have had nothing but an excellent experience. Provided me peace of mind on both new brake pads and new battery for my vehicle. I also left with more knowledge than I had coming in, which is hard to say about other shops. Thanks again!

I ve been going to Master Automotive for years now. George and team do great work, on schedule for a fair price. George is very trustworthy, on my older cars he hasn t tried to up sell me on non-essential repairs that I asked about. I ll keep going back!

I have taken my vehicle to Master Automotive several times (from a simple oil change to a timing belt service) and I have always received great service at a fair price. They do good work and take the time to explain what they did and their reasoning for doing it. Quick diagnosis. I stopped in to talk with George about a vacuum leak and he pointed me to a soft recall that Ford did on a brake booster. He sent me over to Ford to confirm. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely coming back. We need more people like George.

Had a prepurchase car inspection. Went really awesome! Saved me money too on my purchase. Was very thorough and explained everything very well. Definitely recommend these guys!
