Recently purchased a used atlas. Went in to text drive not expecting much and ended up loving it. No pressure tactics, we took a few weeks to decide and never felt pushed. Also the most fair price we found for what was being offered. Picking up vehicle took less then hour.Dealt with service department to get account switched to us and they were super friendly and helpful.

I dropped my 2013 jetta hybrid in the dealership service center and those guys from services center are so kind great people and service , technician , just make an adjustment to my solenoid and drove it and solve the problem , so honestly personal i like the vw luther burnsville volkswagen center service 5 stars for you guys

I purchased a vehicle from Burnsville Volkswagen and their customer service was phenomenal! Jamie who is the Sales Consultant helped me throughout the whole process and worked with her team to make sure my satisfaction was priority. I will direct anyone to Jamie if you're looking for a vehicle. Also, the finance team worked around the terms I was looking for and made it happen. I will advise anyone who's is looking for any type of vehicle to just stop by and see what they can offer you. They work as a team and make sure to get things done. No pressure at all and the ball is on your side.

They were so easy to work with! I was in absolute need of a new car and Jamie worked very hard to get me one that aligned with my wants and needs. They got it very fast and saved me from having to do a long-term rental. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a VW!

Today I had the pleasure to buy my first brand new car with a true profesional, Luis De La Torre. I went to the dealer last night just to see , Luis was a true professional, not only did he remember me from bringing my Beetle for service to the dealer but he answer all my questions.Today we arrived and Luis showed us the vehicles we wanted, showed us all the options. Never fell pressure to make a decision. Shady people. Mechanic broke my wheel center cap teeth and didn t think I would notice riding on 3 wheel center caps. This was On a tire rotation.

Purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. Good to work with. No high pressure sales. Financing was great and sales person was very patient. Now to learn all the gadgetry!

Don't even try and do any business over the Internet they did the Bait and switch said they had a car there I ran my credit and then they sold it pulled a hard pull on my credit hurt my credit and then try to sell me some garbage car I am so tired of shady car dealerships , Scammy used car salesman need to be shut down.
