I recently purchased a vehicle from Luther Burnsville VW. I live 6 hours away and worked closely with Linda and Emily to make it a smooth process. Linda was easy to communicate with, and from the very beginning she made me feel like I was going to receive the best possible customer service.When I arrived to the dealership, I was warmly welcomed by the VW team. Linda sat with me in my new vehicle for 30+ minutes and thoroughly went over everything in my 2021 VW Atlas Cross Sport and left me with no questions.I couldn t have asked for a better experience and I would without a doubt purchase another vehicle from them!!

I was charged for diagnostic services that should have been for a random stability light in Jan/Feb, a EPC light in June, non-functional driver rear window that started working a month later, a check engine light a few weeks early, a backup camera unavailable error a week ago. However the only thing they actually checked was some error that accused me of unplugging the map sensor because I installed an aftermarket intake. The sensor is on the pressure side of the turbo, not inlet. The whole "customer states" was changed when. I picked up the vehicle.The dealer also tampered with my drive cam so it wouldn't record. That doesn't make a customer feel confident that a dealer is taking care of a customer vehicle. It sounds like someone was being wreckless and didn't want to get fired. For this, I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle again.Finely, I also had a vibration that shook my vehicle above 60mph. The dealership claimed my center rings were damaged/missing. They charged me for a rebalance, stripped the black weights off my rims, replaced them with silver weights (on black rims) and actually made two of the tires require rebalancing. Who strips weights off without checking balance first? I was charged for this service which actually made the vibration more intense on my trip home. The problem ended up being that my rotational tires were installed to rotate the wrong direction, which the dealer didn't even notice.One comment Adam made to me was that he didn't know what a MAP sensor was. Which is manifold absolute pressure. A sensor every turbo charged vehicle has, which is any current model VW.Adam also called me saying that there was a missing wheel lock. I told him I was unaware of a lock being required but there was a white box of my original lugs in the trunk he could check. He called me back saying it couldn't be found. I LEFT WORK at 2 pm to deal with this issue and pick up a wheel lock and head to the dealer which took me until 3:30 to drop off the socket. I asked Scott Vick, the service manager, to walk with me to my car to check the trunk, and found the socket in the box as I had stated.No apology for this error or reduction in bill for pulling me away from my work to handle the oversight of the service department.My previous experience was about as bad. I drove back to the dealership for my car not being able to go into 1st gear and it took like 4 trips back for the same issue. It really robs me of a new car experience for a car around 44k miles.

The team did a wonderful job. It's a MAJOR BONUS that they gave the car a wash and the mats a vacuum. Upon reflection, the only disconnect is that I entered some details into the on-line appointment but there was no reference to that information when I checked in the car. There seems to be a disconnect between the on-line request and when you walk into the shop. But the shop team did fabulous.

Everyone at Burnsville Volkswagen was so helpful and great!! Linda Radue is the best sales woman you will ever find. I have never met someone so caring. Jay and Chad Radue can make anything happen - they go above and beyond. Eddie from finance was very thorough and did a great job too. It was a great experience!

Aaron was amazing! I had a great experience with everyone interacted with. Aaron knew so much about the car I was buying it was great to chat with him, he really helped me make the decision on trim level I would be happy with, he informed but didn t push. I ve bought a ton of cars and this was hands down the best experience I have had.

I could schedule same-day service as I was traveling from out of state. While traveling to Burnsville Volkswagen for an electronic issue I encountered a rock chip in the windshield resulting in a cracked windshield. I arrived at the dealership and explained to Jim, my service writer, of the windshield problem in addition to the electronic problem. Jim advised me that they could fix both problems and return my vehicle to me the following day. Jim provided us with a very nice loaner vehicle and had my Tiguan back to me the next day.Great service, staff, and facilities.

I have not been able to find another dealership that provides the service and friendliness and caring that you find here. My most recent purchase was a new Tiguan SEL R-Line. Delivery & paperwork were both quick & easy. Emily in Finance was great with getting everything signed and explained, & Linda was excellent, as always, in getting the features of the new car explained and making sure that all of my questions were answered. Great job selling me on the right stuff for the car. My one issue was that I wasnt able to the My VW app to work and now they are telling me I have to come back in to get it fixed. Not the best start to the customer experience. Rated as a 4 only because I think the sales guys did a good job.

Based on my experience with Luther Burnsville Volkswagen, I feel compelled to give a low rating. While the dealership excels at making sales, their post-sale customer service is severely lacking. They seem more interested in shifting blame onto VW rather than taking responsibility for addressing issues themselves. The treatment I received at the dealership was subpar; they consistently kept me waiting, failed to adequately address my concerns, and returned my car with unresolved problems. Overall, my experience with Luther Burnsville Volkswagen has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to consider purchasing another VW vehicle in the future.

I came in under unfortunate circumstances my car had broken down a couple days before and the Luther team went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that I not only had a great (and swift) buying experience but also that I got the vehicle I wanted! I really can't describe how baffled I was by how Luis went out of his way to provide excellent customer service (again, he went above and beyond). I would recommend this dealership (and Luis in Sales, Eddie in Finance) more.

Sometimes following your hunches leads to the greatest opportunities. This was my experience with Linda Radue and the Luther Burnsville VW Team today as I leased my new vehicle with a felt sense of, "YES! I'm SO EXCITED! That was a fantastic experience!" Other dealerships are geographically closer and more convenient than this one for me, but I heard about the dealership from a friend. So I thought to go after my morning work-out, to "see" what I might find (and still wearing my gym clothes!)So, here's my take:If you're looking for an excellent sales consultant, I highly recommend Linda. She is a top sales person at the dealership and she shows this with her service: every point of contact from her was informed, professional, informative, yet personal:1. She was thorough and educational in her descriptions of the make/model/pricing/features/dealership and made it a point to be so. She brought clarity to issues I did not understand completely at other dealerships and with my on-line due diligence;2. She made a point to inform me of features that were important in my lease and in the potential cars I was testing;3. She also gave me information of how she has serviced past clients and provided solutions that I might experience in an unknown future;4. I really appreciate that she gave me a tour of the dealership. She showed me where to go and who was there and what the spatial lay-out was and how to navigate when I return for my service. I felt secure in knowing how to navigate the complex even though this was all new to me, my first experience at this dealership;5. 'Mike' the Finance Manager was thoughtful, descriptive, and genuine, also completely likable. This was the first contract I signed with confidence because of how he guided the experience.In my opinion, this is a well-run operation; quiet, calm, CLEAN, direct, organized for those of you who prefer this type of experience. I DO. And so I am grateful. Everything felt calm, collected, secure, organized, and professional.I highly recommend Linda and the experience at Luther Burnsville VW.

I contacted Burnsville VW inquiring on an Atlas Cross Sport lease. Within 5 minutes a sales assistant contacted me and let me know a salesperson would be in touch shortly. Within 20 min, Luke reached out and provided all the info I requested. My wife and I scheduled an appointment for a few days later. When we showed up Luke was there waiting for us with the vehicle we were interested in ready for a test drive. While we were test driving our trade in was being valued. When we returned Tim and Luke had our numbers ready for us to review. They knocked it out of the park on the first go. My wife requested to look at another more upgraded vehicle, Luke promptly pulled it up so we could go through it. This was the vehicle. The numbers still worked out. My wife needed the night to think about it to which Tim and Luke said just let us know. There was no pressure, no guilt trip and no games played. We contacted Luke later that evening to let him know we were going to be in the next day for the Cross Sport. He had it fueled, cleaned and a requested accessory installed for us the next morning. Luke s communication was impeccable, he answered all of our questions and got us through the process quickly. All in all with the help of Luke, Tim and Eddy (finance) we were in and out in an hour. A very easy stress free experience. We will be back for another vehicle at Burnsville VW.

Been looking around for a used car for the last month or so and eyeing a VW here. After seeing a price drop and getting into the price range I wanted to get to, decided to move ahead and checked to see if it was available to move forward with. It was, so worked out details of down-payment options, applied for financing and figured out a ride since I wasn't trading in and from out of state. I was told I could do a deposit to hold it until Monday if I couldn't make it in sooner, but was able to make it that day after working out a ride. Had an appt scheduled a couple of hours out, and on the way in about 15 min out from the dealership, got a call that someone else came in and was going to buy it instead. Didn't get more details than that, so not sure what happened, a break down in communication or process or what, but not a great feeling. Did I need a deposit to hold it for those 2 hours? Not sure, would have been nice if it would have been mentioned if it was. So not only interrupted the drivers day for 2 hours for nothing, took an inquiry to credit report for nothing, and now have to cancel the sale of my car. Feel like that could have been handled better, and a reminder that while their job is to "help" you, you're still just a disposable number at the end of the day.Out of the 7 or 8 sales people I worked with the last month or so, this one was probably about #2 on the list, low pressure, accommodating for test drives with being prepared and knowledgeable. Hard to compete with #1 who's first question is when you tell them why you're looking "why don't you just keep your car? But I can sell you something if you really want." Now that's as low pressure as you can get, but that's a different review. So the initial looking and test driving went fine, but having the rug pulled out literally minutes before getting there leaves a sour taste.

Everyone s very nice, yet I came in at the end of the day, I was told it would take an hour & I was not even there 30 minutes max for an oil change. My check engine light is still on, they vacuumed my drivers side & did a quick job on one window forgot about the rest. Just felt rushed & makes me question the integrity of the oil change. Can t pick & choose who you ll give the proper service must be consistent.

Had a wonderful experience buying an Atlas from Linda Radu. It s our third VW purchase with her. We had to replace our previous car due to hitting a deer. We texted her with our wish list and she had cars ready to see and test drive when we got there. It was a seamless experience with Linda:) Highly recommend.

Highly recommend seeking out Evan if you are going to purchase your next vehicle from Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. Evan treated me with the same respect as any other customer should receive when car shopping, which is not something I always get at other dealerships due to my young age. He was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Emily in finance was also great. Got me in and out of the financing office in about an hour. An overall great experience! Everything went great however, they forgot to re-set the oil life as I specifically requested. Otherwise, a very good experience. Brad is fair, knowledgeable, and a very good communicator.
